The rapid development of short video platforms poses new challenges for traditional recommendation *** systems typically depend on two types of user behavior feedback to construct user interest profiles:explicit feedback(interactive behavior),which significantly influences users’short-term interests,and implicit feedback(viewing time),which substantially affects their long-term ***,the previous model fails to distinguish between these two feedback methods,leading it to predict only the overall preferences of users based on extensive historical behavior ***,it cannot differentiate between users’long-term and shortterm interests,resulting in low accuracy in describing users’interest states and predicting the evolution of their *** paper introduces a video recommendationmodel calledCAT-MFRec(CrossAttention Transformer-Mixed Feedback Recommendation)designed to differentiate between explicit and implicit user feedback within the DIEN(Deep Interest Evolution Network)*** study emphasizes the separate learning of the two types of behavioral feedback,effectively integrating them through the cross-attention ***,it leverages the long sequence dependence capabilities of Transformer technology to accurately construct user interest profiles and predict the evolution of user *** results indicate that CAT-MF Rec significantly outperforms existing recommendation methods across various performance *** advancement offers new theoretical and practical insights for the development of video recommendations,particularly in addressing complex and dynamic user behavior patterns.

In the field of optoelectronics, certain types of data may be difficult to accurately annotate, such as high-resolution optoelectronic imaging or imaging in certain special spectral ranges. Weakly supervised learning can provide a more reliable approach in these situations. Current popular approaches mainly adopt the classification-based class activation maps (CAM) as initial pseudo labels to solve the task.

Z-curve’s encoding and decoding algorithms are primely important in many Z-curve-based *** bit interleaving algorithm is the current state-of-the-art algorithm for encoding and decoding *** simple,its efficiency is hindered by the step-by-step coordinate shifting and bitwise *** tackle this problem,we first propose the efficient encoding algorithm LTFe and the corresponding decoding algorithm LTFd,which adopt two optimization methods to boost the algorithm’s efficiency:1)we design efficient lookup tables(LT)that convert encoding and decoding operations into table-lookup operations;2)we design a bit detection mechanism that skips partial order of a coordinate or a Z-value with consecutive 0s in the front,avoiding unnecessary iterative *** propose order-parallel and point-parallel OpenMP-based algorithms to exploit the modern multi-core *** results on discrete,skewed,and real datasets indicate that our point-parallel algorithms can be up to 12.6×faster than the existing algorithms.

A variety of pyrazole derivatives containing 1,3,4-thiadiazole moiety were synthesized under microwave irradiation, and their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR and HRMS. They were evaluated for herbicidal and antifungal activities, and the results indicated that two compounds with a phenyl group （6a） and 4-tert-butylphe- nyl group （6n） possess good herbicidal activity for dicotyledon Brassica campestris and Raphanus sativus with the inhibition of 90% for root and 80%-90% for stalk at 100 ppm respectively. The structure-activity relationship of compounds 6a and 6n was also studied by density function theory method.

Using the perturbation method, we theoretically study the spin current and its heat effect in a multichannel quantum wire with Rashba spin-orbit coupling. The heat generated by the spin current is calculated. With the increase of the width of the quantum wire, the spin current and the heat generated both exhibit period oscillations with equal amplitudes. When the quantum-channel number is doubled, the oscillation periods of the spin current and of the heat generated both decrease by a factor of 2. For the spin current js,xy, the amplitude increases with the decrease of the quantum channel; while the amplitude of the spin current js,yx remains the same. Therefore we conclude that the effect of the quantum-channel number on the spin current js,xy is greater than that on the spin current js,yx. The strength of the Rashba spin-orbit coupling is tunable by the gate voltage, and the gate voltage can be varied experimentally, which implies a new method of detecting the. spin current. In addition, we can control the amplitude and the oscillation period of the spin current by controlling the number of the quantum channels. All these characteristics of the spin current will be very important for detecting and controlling the spin current, and especially for designing new spintronic devices in the future.

A visible light-responsive iodine-doped titanium dioxide nanosphere

I-doped titanium dioxide nanospheres （I-TNSs） were synthesized via a two-step hydrothermal synthesis route, their potential for the efficient utilization of visible light was evaluated. The prepared anatase-phase I-TNSs had a bimodal porous size distribution with a Brunauer-Emmett-Teller surface area of 76 m2/g, a crystallite size of approximately 14 nm calculated from X-ray diffraction data, and a remarkable absorption in the visible light region at wavelengths 〉 400 nm. The photocatalytic activity of the samples was evaluated by decoloration of Methyl Orange in aqueous solution under visible light irradiation in comparison to the iodine-doped TiO2 （I-TiO2）. The I-TNSs showed higher photocatalytic efficiency compared with I-TiO2 after irradiation for 180 rain even though the latter had a much greater surface area （115 m2/g）. It was concluded that the surface area was not the predominant factor determining photocatalytic activity, and that the good crystallization and bimodal porous nanosphere structure were favourable for photocatalysis.

This work focuses on numerically studying hydrodynamic interaction between a passive particle and a self-propelled particle,termed a squirmer,by using a two-dimensional lattice Boltzmann method(LBM).It is found that the squirmer can capture a passive particle and propel it simultaneously,provided the passive particle is situated within the squirmer's *** research shows that the critical capture distance,which determines whether the particle is captured,primarily depends on the intensity of the squirmer's *** stronger dipolarity of squirmer results in an increased critical capture ***,the Reynolds number is found to have minimal influence on this ***,the passive particle,when driven by the squirmer's wake,contributes to a reduction in the squirmer's *** results in a mutual acceleration for both *** findings can provide valuable perspectives for formulating the principles of reducing the drag of micro-swimmers and help to achieve the goal of using micro-swimmers to transport goods without physical tethers.

A novel robust controller is proposed in this study to realize the precise motion control of a cell puncture mechanism(CPM)driven by piezoelectric ceramics(PEAs).The entire dynamic model of CPM is constructed based on the Bouc–Wen model,and the nonlinear part of the dynamic model is optimized locally to facilitate the construction of a robust controller.A model-based,nonlinear robust controller is constructed using time-delay estimation(TDE)and fractional-order nonsingular terminal sliding mode(FONTSM).The proposed controller does not require prior knowledge of unknown disturbances due to its real-time online estimation and compensation of unknown terms by using the TDE *** controller also has finite-time convergence and high-precision trajectory tracking capabilities due to FONTSM manifold and fast terminal sliding mode-type reaching *** stability of the closed-loop system is proved by Lyapunov stability *** simulation and hardware-in-loop simulation experiments of CPM verify that the proposed controller outperforms traditional terminal sliding mode controllers,such as the integer-order or model-free *** proposed controller can also continuously output without chattering and has high control *** embryo is used as a verification target to complete the cell puncture *** the engineering application perspective,the proposed control strategy can be effectively applied in a PEA-driven CPM.

An improved YOLOv3-tiny algorithm for vehicle detection in natural scenes

YOLO(You Only Look Once),as a target detection algorithm with good speed and precision,is widely used in the *** the process of driving,the vehicle image captured by the driving camera is detected and it extracts the license plate and the front part of the *** with the network structure of YOLOv3-tiny algorithm,the acquisition method of anchor box is improved by combining the Birch *** order to improve the real-time performance,the original two-scale detection is added to the multi-scale prediction of three-scale detection to ensure its ***,the experimental results show that the improved YOLOv3-tiny network structure proposed in this study can improve the performance of mean-average-precision,intersection over union and speed by 5.99%,17.52%and 48.4%,respectively,and the algorithm has certain robustness.
