In ambiguity application,it is discovered that the English tragedies' cognitive modes have experienced such an evolution that in Shakespeare's tragedies,the addressor and his addressee are separated and ambiguity application is wholly practiced with definite right standard context,though too late in disambiguation,in Shaw's,the addressor and his addressee are adhesive and the application wholly but with wrong standard context in disambiguation,and in O'Neill's,the addressor and his addressee are identical and disambiguation could not be done without standard *** different modes have revealed the cognitive causal process of the tragedies and the evolution the modes bring about indicates the tragedy is deepening in the English tragedies,from which the cognitive connotation of the evolution is further illuminated.

This article attempts to investigate impoliteness in Chinese courtroom interaction,aiming to explore the ways of realization and response of impolite speech acts and the relationship between institutional power and impoliteness in courtroom interactions. The research findings are that impoliteness in Chinese courtroom discourse can be realized through direct and indirect impolite speech acts and responded by silence,acceptance,defensive and offensive response. The research also shows that institutional power is positively correlated with impoliteness.

Existing neural approaches have achieved significant progress for Chinese word segmentation(CWS). The performances of these methods tend to drop dramatically in the cross-domain scenarios due to the data distribution mismatch across domains and the out of vocabulary words problem. To address these two issues,proposes a lexicon-augmented graph convolutional network for cross-domain CWS. The novel model can capture the information of word boundaries from all candidate words and utilize domain lexicons to alleviate the distribution gap across domains. Experimental results on the cross-domain CWS datasets(SIGHAN-2010 and TCM)show that the proposed method successfully models information of domain lexicons for neural CWS approaches and helps to achieve competitive performance for crossdomain CWS. The two problems of cross-domain CWS can be effectively solved through various interactions between characters and candidate words based on ***, experiments on the CWS benchmarks(Bakeoff-2005) also demonstrate the robustness and efficiency of the proposed method.

Zhao （2003a） first established a congruence for any odd prime p〉3, S（1,1,1 ;p）=-2Bp-3 （mod p）, which holds when p=3 evidently. In this paper, we consider finite triple harmonic sum S（α,β, γ,ρ）（modp） is considered for all positive integers α,β, γ. We refer to w=α＋β＋ γ as the weight of the sum, and show that if w is even, S（α,β, γ,ρ）=0 （mod p） for p≥w＋3; if w is odd, S（α,β, γ,ρ）=-rBp-w （mod p） for p≥w, here r is an explicit rational number independent ofp. A congruence of Catalan number is obtained as a special case.

Adaptation is an eternal theme of biological evolution. The paper aims at exploring the conception of positive correlation between traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） and human homeostatic evolution based on medical perspective. Discussions mainly involve TCM conforming to natural laws and natural evolution of life, spontaneous harmonization of yin and yang and operating system of human self-healing, modern human immunology and human endogenous immune function in TCM, self-homeostasis of human micro-ecological state and balance mechanism on regulating base in TCM, as well as adaptation--eternal theme of biological evolution and safeguarding adaptability--value of TCM. In perspective of medicine, theory and practice of TCM are in positive correlation with human homeostatic evolution, and what TCM tries to maintain is human intrinsic adaptive capability to disease and nature. Therefore, it is the core value of TCM, which is to be further studied, explored, realized and known to the world.

Academic English reading requires deeper cognitive involvement in addition to language proficiency and plays a vital role in moulding a critical mindset. However, cognitive progress is seldom targeted in classroom teaching. This study proposed a teaching method of three reading phases in terms of cognitive mechanism and communicative teaching *** university freshmen of non-English major participated in the study, who were taking the course of Academic English Reading in the 2nd semester. The data were collected from self-report Research Skills Assessment twice and semi-structured interview, and analyzed with paired sample t test and Pearson correlation. The results showed that 1） “critical thinking”, “organizing ideas”, and “finding information” were believed to improve significantly at the end of the course; 2） reading skill was associated with writing skill and the sense of “big picture” in self perception; 3） the cognition-based interactive reading instruction was acknowledged to be conducive to academic reading. It complements Academic English reading pedagogy by juxtaposing the need for both individual cognition and group interaction in classroom teaching.
