The properties of polyurethane concrete containing a large amount of fly ash are investigated,and accordingly,a model is introduced to account for the influence of fly ash fineness,water ratio,and loss of ignition(LOI)on its mechanical *** research shows that,after optimization,the concrete has a compressive strength of 20.8 MPa,a flexural strength of 3.4 MPa,and a compressive modulus of elasticity of 19.2 *** main factor influencing 28 and 90 d compressive strength is fly ash content,water-binder ratio,and early strength agent content.

混凝土与木混合结构中木楼盖计算模型

采用有限元软件Sap2000建立了2种不同的混凝土与木混合结构模型,即完全木楼盖模型和简化木楼盖模型;采用这2种模型对于1个单层混合结构抗侧力试验进行了数值模拟;采用简化木楼盖模型和刚性楼盖模型分别建立了6层混合结构模型,对模型进行了抗震分析,并将2种楼盖模型的计算结果进行了对比.结果表明:完全木楼盖模型与简化木楼盖模型都能够较好地模拟单层混合结构试验模型的水平抗侧力性能,简化木楼盖模型可以替代完全木楼盖模型应用于混合结构的受力分析;采用简化木楼盖模型对6层混合结构进行抗震分析所得到的中部框架受到的水平力略大于边框架,简化木楼盖模型与刚性楼盖模型进行时程分析所得到的顶点时程位移曲线较为接近.

In recent years, stronger interest has been focused on the development of field application of polymer impregnation for the purpose of improving the durability of various reinforced concrete structures. Field polymer impregnation system is applied as the surface treatment of old or new cast-in-place reinforced concrete structures. The conventional field polymer impregnation system generally consists of base concrete drying, impregnant penetration and polymerization processes. The authors have developed a new labor- and energy-saving system in which the impregnant is penetrated immediately after the drying of the base concrete, and then the polymerization is accomplished by the heat or thermal energy remaining in the dried concrete in a short time. The purpose of this investigation is to establish the practical procedures for such a rapid field polymer impregnation system. In the laboratory tests, base concrete slabs are dried under various conditions by use of an LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) torch burner and a far infrared heater, and penetrated with methyl methacrylate-based impregnant by ponding method, subsequently polymerized by the remaining thermal energy. The behavior of the impregnant under heating conditions and the effects of the impregnant formulations and working life, base concrete temperature and remaining thermal energy on polymer penetration depth are examined. As a result, it is concluded that the polymer penetration depth can be controlled by the working life of the impregnant and the drying temperature-time product of the base concrete regardless of the drying methods and conditions of the base concrete. The temperature-time product expresses the approximate level of the remaining thermal energy. The practical procedures for the rapid field polymer impregnation system is proposed on the basis of the laboratory test results. ＜正＞For the design of CFRD, it is important to learn the stresses and deformation that develop in the concrete slab and the behavior of the slab during earthquakes. Thus, in addition to the static analysis of the slab, the dynamic analysis was conducted to examine stresses and deformation in the slab during earthquakes. As the result of the static analysis, it was found that the rigidity of the embankment body （Zone B） affects mostly the concrete slab deformation. Further, as the result of the dynamic analysis, it became clear that the concrete slab joints repeat open and close movement to the order of approximately 15mm and the slab moves by following the behavior of the embankment body.

Experimental evidences and theoretical analyses have amply suggested that in cancer genesis and progression genetic information is very important but not the whole. Nevertheless, ＂cancer as a disease of the genome＂ is still currently the dominant doctrine. With such a background and based on the fundamental properties of biological systems, a new endogenous molecular-cellular network theory for cancer was recently proposed by us. Similar proposals were also made by others. The new theory attempts to incorp.rate both genetic and environmental effects into one single framework, with the possibility to give a quantitative and dynamical description. It is asserted that the complex regulatory machinery behind biological processes may be modeled by a nonlinear stochastic dynamical system similar to a noise perturbed Morse-Smale system. Both qualitative and quantitative descriptions may be obtained. The dynamical variables are specified by a set of endogenous molecular-cellular agents and the structure of the dynamical system by the interactions among those biological agents. Here we review this theory from a pedagogical angle which emphasizes the role of modularization, hierarchy and autonomous regulation. We discuss how the core set of assumptions is exemplified in detail in one of the simple, important and well studied model organisms, Phage lambda. With this concrete and quantitative example in hand, we show that the application of the hypothesized theory in human cancer, such as hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC）, is plausible, and that it may provide a set of new insights on understanding cancer genesis and progression, and on strategies for cancer prevention, cure, and care.

When the installation of cables and pipelines needs to go across rivers,bridges are usually adopted to support the cables and pipelines for crossing the *** measure can make full use of the space resources and have no effect on the flow pattern of *** this reason,analysis on the structural-type design of a large-span steel truss bridge specially used for cables has been *** numerical results indicate that the stayed-cable bridge with steel truss beam and concrete main tower has better performance and improved structural type caparisoned with that of the beam and arch bridges,and the construction of the major beam can be without the temporary support.

Most of the concrete shielding walls and pipes around a reactor pressure vessel of a light water reactor become low level radioactive waste at decommission phase because they contain radioactive nuclides by thermal-neutron irradiation during its *** radioactivity of some low level radioactive wastes is close to the clearance *** is very desirable in terms of life cycle cost reduction that the radioactivity of those low level radioactive wastes is decreased below clearance *** case of light water reactors,however,methodology of low activation design of a nuclear plant has not been established yet because the reactor is a large-scale facility and has various structural *** objectives of this work are to develop low activation material design methodology and material fabrication for reduction of radio-active wastes of nuclear power plant such as reinforced *** realize fabrication of reduced radioactive concrete,it is necessary to develop(1)the database of the chemical composition of raw materials to select low activation materials,(2)the tool for calculation of the neutron flux and the spectrum distribution of nuclear plants to evaluate radioactivity of reactor components,(3)optimization of material process conditions to produce the low activation cement and the low activation *** of the data base development,calculation tools and trial production of low activation cements will be presented.
