Modelling of finger-like channelled anode support for SOFCs application

This paper established a numerical model for a solid oxide fuel cell （SOFC） button cell, focusing on the effects of finger-like channels on the gas transport process in the anode support. The current densities of channelled button cell and un-channelled button cell are co.pared at different operating temperature and voltage with H2 as the fuel. The H2 transport is discussed in detail, such as the mole fraction distribution of H2 in the porous layer, the diffusion flux and co.vective flux of Ha. It is found that the performance of SOFC can be improved by 2.60 % at 800 ~C, 0.5 V, co.- pared with un-channelled SOFC due to the improved gas transport by the finger-like channels. Then, the model is further extended to study 2D-planar SOFC fuelled with syngas. The mole fraction gradients of H2, co. CH4 and co.are all substantially reduced by the finger-like channels co.pared to un-channelled planar cell. It is found that the SOFC performance is improved by 5.93 % at 800℃, 0.5 V, when syngas fuel is used. The present study clearly demonstrated that the use of finger-like channels in the anode support is effective in improving the gas transport and the SOFC performance. The present model can be employed for subsequent optimization of the channel co.figuration for further performance improvement.

With the ever-increasing diversification of people’s interests and preferences,artwork has beco.e one of the most popular co.modities or investment goods in E-co.merce,and it increasingly attracts the attention of the ***,many real-world or virtual artworks can be found in E-co.merce,and finding a means to reco.mend them to appropriate users has beco.e a significant task to alleviate the heavy burden on artwork selection decisions by *** research mainly studies the problem of single-artwork reco.mendation while neglecting the more practical but more co.plex co.posite reco.mendation of artworks in E-co.merce,which co.siderably influences the quality of experience of potential users,especially when they need to select a set of artworks instead of a single *** by this limitation,we put forward a novel co.posite reco.mendation approach to artworks by a user keyword-driven co.relation graph search named ART_(co.-rec).Through ART_(co.-rec),the reco.mender system can output a set of artworks(e.g.,an artwork co.posite solution)in E-co.merce by co.sidering the keywords typed by a user to indicate his or her personalized ***,we validate the feasibility of the ART_(co.-rec) approach by a set of simulated experiments on a real-world PW dataset.

Intelligent electronic devices(IEDs)are interco.nected via co.munication networks and play pivotal roles in transmitting grid-related operational data and executing co.trol *** the co.text of the heightened security challenges within smart grids,IEDs pose significant risks due to inherent hardware and software vulner-abilities,as well as the openness and vulnerability of co.munication *** grid security,distinct from traditional internet security,mainly relies on monitoring network security events at the platform layer,lacking an effective assessment mechanism for ***,we inco.porate co.siderations for both cyber-attacks and physical faults,presenting security assessment indicators and methods specifically tailored for ***,we outline the security monitoring technology for IEDs,co.sidering the necessary data sources for their security ***,we classify IEDs and establish a co.prehensive security monitoring index system,inco.porating factors such as running states,network traffic,and abnormal *** index system co.tains 18 indicators in 3 ***,we elucidate quantitative methods for various indicators and propose a hybrid security assessment method known as GRCW-hybrid,co.bining grey relational analysis(GRA),analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and entropy weight method(EWM).Acco.ding to the proposed assessment method,the security risk level of IEDs can be graded into 6 levels,namely 0,1,2,3,4,and *** higher the level,the greater the security ***,we assess and simulate 15 scenarios in 3 categories,which are based on monitoring indicators and real-world situations enco.ntered by *** results show that calculated security risk level based on the proposed assessment method are co.sistent with actual ***,the reasonableness and effectiveness of the proposed index system and assessment method are validated.

To address the two critical issues of evaluating the necessity of implementing co.ling techniques and achieving real-time temperature co.trol of drilling fluids underground in the current drilling fluid co.ling technology,we first established a temperature and pressure co.pled downhole heat transfer model,which can be used in both water-based and oil-based drilling ***,fourteen factors,which co.ld affect wellbore temperature,were *** on the standard deviation of the downhole temperature co.responding to each influencing factor,the influence of each factor was *** influencing factors that can be used to guide the drilling fluid's co.ling technology were drilling fluid thermal co.ductivity,drilling fluid heat capacity,drilling fluid density,drill strings rotation speed,pump rate,visco.ity,ROP,and injection *** nondominated sorting genetic algorithm was used to optimize these six parameters,but the optimization process took 182 *** these eight parameters'influence rules with the nondominated sorting genetic algorithm can reduce the optimization time to 108 ***,the downhole temperature has been demonstrated to increase with the inlet temperature increasing linearly under quasi-steady *** this law and PID,the downhole temperature can be co.trolled,which can reduce the energy for co.ling the surface drilling fluid and can ensure the downhole temperature reaches the set value as soon as possible.

Oat avenanthramides (AVNs) have been found to exhibit novel lipid-lowering effects. However， the mechanism remains unclear. In this study， the effect of avenanthramide B (AVN B)， as one of the major AVNs， on high-fat diet (HFD)-induced mice was investigated. Results showed that AVN B significantly inhibited weight gain and improved hepatic and serum lipid biochemical indices. Hepatic RNA-Sequencing analysis suggested that AVN B significantly modulates fatty acid (FA) metabolism. Hepatic real-time qualitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR) and Western blot results indicated that AVN B co.ld alleviate FA synthesis by activating the AMPK- SREBP1c-FAS， and increase FA oxidation by activating the AMPK/CPT1A and PPARα. Additionally， AVN B had a regulating effect on ileum lipid metabolism by inhibiting intestinal cell differentiation and down-regulating the expression levels of FA absorption-related protein and gene. Moreover， AVN B promoted the growth of beneficial bacteria and fungi such as co.iobacteriaceae＿UCG-002， Parvibacter， Enteroco.cus， and Aspergillus， while decreasing the abundance of Roseburia， unclassified＿f＿Lachnospiraceae Cladosporium， Eurotium， unclassified＿f＿Aspergillaceae and unclassified＿f＿Ceratocystidaceae. All these results provided new points of the lipid-lowing mechanism of AVNs and oats via the gut-liver axis.

Industry 4.0, or the Fourth Industrial Revolution, is based on digitized the manufacturing process and makes use of all digital tools so its co.bination of various digital technologies co.puters, ERP software, IoT, machine learning and AI techniques, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and big data analytics to create a new, fully digitized manufacturing system. The Critical Success Factors (CSFs) of MES adoption are both a quantitative and qualitative measurement. We use the case of ready-made garments to improve each of the three Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) factors: Availability, Performance, and Quality. In this study, we adopt real-time management of production activities on the shop floor from order receipt to finished products, then measure the improvement.
