MRI检查比较经腹或经阴道术式治疗生殖器脱垂对盆腔脏器解剖位置改变的影响

Purpose: The aim of this study was to determine whether or not abdominal or vaginal access is the best choice for treating genital prolapse in term of anatomical postoperative results, using an MRI pre and postoperative assessment. Materials and methods: Prospective study was conducted on 43 consecutive patients planned for surgery for genital prolapse from October 2001 to February 2002. The patients were studied with dynamic and static MRI sequence 4 months after surgery to indicate surgical effects on organ position. The position was evaluated with respect to the pubo coccygeal line in a dynamic sequence. Results: Fifteen patients had their prolapse corrected by laparotomy always associated with sub-total hysterectomy, anterior and posterior prosthetic mesh with promontory fixation to the prevertebral ligament. sixteen others were subjected to vaginal route with vaginal hysterectomy, paravaginal suspension followed in all cases by suspension of the vaginal cuff using Richter’ s technique and myorraphy of the levators. Finally, 12 patients benefited from a suspension of a sacrospinous suspension and myorraphy of the levators, without paravaginal suspension. Measure of the MRI organ location showed no significant difference except for bladder position in vaginally operated women (P = 0.02). Vaginal length and axis were comparable in all groups. Conclusion: Our study confirmed the objective effectiveness of the anatomical prolapse corrections conducted by abdominal route using sacropexy or by vaginal route using sacrospinous fixation. The correction provided by vaginal route always results in a return of the bladder and the vaginal fundus to their normal positions, which clearly demonstrates the short-term effectiveness of these surgical suspensions. Prolapse corrections by vaginal route did not result in any shortening of the vagina or postoperative change in vaginal orientation. Further evaluations will be needed to assess the long-term results.

The tomato plant (Lycopersicum esculentum L.) is a perennial, shrubby-like vegetable with high reproductive ability, which behaves like a typical annual crop. The aim of this work was to select suitable tests to assess the quality of different lots of tomato seeds. six batches of tomato seeds were assessed for parameter values: moisture content, germination, first count, accelerated aging (standard: 40 mL of water;saline solution: 11 g NaCl/100mL of water and saturated saline solution: 40 g NaCl/100mL water) and seedling emergence in soil. Accelerated aging through the use of saturated salt solution for 48 h or 72 h at 41°C resulted in an alternative and efficient way to evaluate the physiological quality of tomato seeds. The standard accelerated aging test was less efficient and exhibited higher moisture variation.

We present a new design of a plasmonic Luneburg lens made from a gradient-index metasurface that was constructed with an array of nanometer-sized holes in a dielectric thin film. The fabricated structure consists of a planar lens with a diameter of 8.7 μm composed of a rectangular array of holes with a periodicity of 300 nm. The experimental characterization includes leakage-radiation microscopy imaging in the direction and frequency space. The former allows for characterization of the point spread function and phase distribution,whereas the latter grants access to qualitative measurements of the effective mode indices inside the plasmonic lens. The experimental results presented here are in good agreement with the expected average performance predicted by the numerical calculations. Nevertheless, the robustness of the characterization techniques presented here is also exploited to determine deviations from the design parameters.

The CAsTRIP* process produces a range of high strength Ultra-thin Cast strip (UCs) products (380-550 MPa) in thicknesses between 0.9 mm and 1.5 mm, which is very challenging to produce via conventional hot and cold rolled processing routes. The twin roll CAsTRIP process fully exploits the hardenability and strengthening potential of Nb in a low C-Mn-Nb-V microalloyed steel type. significant microstructural strengthening from solute Nb was obtained, even at low microalloying levels, as well as modest Mn additions, through enhancing the hardenability and further strengthening was obtained in coated products by exploiting age hardening during processing on a continuous hot dip galvanising line. Atom probe tomography and TEM determined that Nb was retained in solid solution and subsequent age hardening resulted from the formation of Nb and V rich nanosized particles. Age hardening was achieved without loss of ductility producing galvanised strip with an excellent strength-ductility combination (Y.s. >600 MPa, T.E. >10%).

Plasma Treatment for Preparing Durable Water Repellent and Anti-stain synthetic Fabrics for Automotive Applications

This paper describes the development of a plasma process to produce a durable water repellent and anti-stain thin film on synthetic textile, utilized for the upholstery in the automotive field. The coatings were deposited in non equilibrium low pressure plasmas fed with 1h, 1h, 2h-perfluo-ro- 1-decene employing, as substrates, polyethylene terephthalate and polyethylene terephthalate thermo-coupled to polyurethane foam. It was found that the XPs F/C ratio of the deposit was higher than 1.4 and that the treated textile was always very hydrophobic (WCA > 140?) and oil resistant (motor oil CA > 110?), even after wear.

＜正＞ Antidepressant drugs （ADs） blocking the reuptake of noradrenaline （NA） and/or 5-hydroxytryptamine （5-hT） cause an acute autoreceptor-mediated feed-back inhibition of nerve activity and transmitter release in NA and/or 5-hT systems that gradually recedes due to autoreceptor desensitization. Adjunctive α2 adrenoceptor blockade which antagonizes both noradrenergic α2 autoreceptors and serotonergic α2 heteroreceptors may thus enhance the release of both transmitters during acute as well as chronic AD treatment. Indeed, clinical use of adjunctive mirtazapine, a weak α2 adrenoceptor antagonist, indicates a more rapid onset of action and improved efficacy of 5-hT reuptake inhibitors in depression. Employing adjunct α2 antagonists with typical antipsychotic drugs （APDs）, which contrary to clozapine lack potent α2 antagonistic activity, markedly enhances their efficacy in treatment-resistant schizophrenia. Preclinical data propose that the increased efficacy is related to a clozapine-like enhanced prefrontal DA outflow and an associated facilitation of glutamatergic neurotransmission. Thus. α2 adrenoceptor blockade appears as a common means to improve the clinical efficacy of both ADs and APDs.
