SPE-UHPLC-MS/MS was firstly used to evaluate the contamination of ochratoxin A (OTA) in Rasa roxburghii and firstly assessed the human exposure risk of OTA in Rasa roxburghii. A more suitable method for OTA extraction and purification of R. roxburghii was obtained， 25 mL of R. roxburghii juice was treated with enzymatic hydrolysis at a concentration of 0.06 mg/mL. The resulting mixture was filtered and concentrated to dry， then redissolved with 0.2 mL of methanol and diluted with 0.4 mL of ultra-pure water. The activated HLB column， which was added the sample solution， was washed with 6 mL of ultra-pure water and then eluted with 6 mL of methanol to purify. The eluent was collected and dried by nitrogen at 40 ℃， then redissolved in 1 mL of methanol and filtered for detection. The hazard quotient (HQ) values of all samples ranged from 0.077% to 35.792%， which were within the allowable limits for human consumption. But from the perspective of OTA contamination， we recommend the max stored time were 14 days at room temperature， 35 days at 4 ℃ and 63 days at -20 ℃ for R. roxburghii fruit， and 7 days for sealed storage and the same-day for open storage at room temperature， 14 days for sealed storage and 7 days for open storage at 4 ℃， and 63 days for sealed storage and 56 days for open storage at -20 ℃ for R. roxburghii juice. And all thirty samples randomly sampled from the market were OTA negative. The results of this study can lay a foundation for the formulation of OTA limit standards in fruits and juice in the future， and provide a reference for consumers to consume R. roxburghii more healthily.

Microvitellogenin(mVg) belongs to the lepidopteran-specific lipoprotein＿11 super family and is thought to be involved in insect reproduction. However, the function of mVg in reproduction has not been established. In this study, we identified and characterized MsmVg in Mythimna separata, a destructive insect pest of grain crops. MsmVg is comprised of a 1,310 bp open reading frame(ORF) encoding 437 amino acids. Structural analysis showed that MsmVg contains three conserved domains in the lipoprotein＿11 super family, including the all-α-N-terminal domain(NTD), a Pseudomonas putida homologous domain(PPD), and an all-β-C-terminal domain(CTD). MsmVg was highly expressed in mature female adults and enriched in the ovaries of 3-day-old female adults. Disruption of MsmVg by RNA interference did not change the expression of MsmVg, vitellogenin(MsVg) or the vitellogenin receptor(MsVgR) in fat bodies, but it inhibited their transcription in ovaries. Phenotype analysis showed that knockdown of MsmVg did not affect yolk deposition in ovaries, but impaired eggshell formation and led to a reduction in the reproductive capacity. Furthermore, knockdown of MsmVg significantly inhibited the expression of genes associated with eggshell formation(MsChP1-3 and MsFcP3C). Taken together, these data suggest that MsmVg plays an important role in female reproduction by affecting eggshell formation in M. separata, which provides a potential target for managing this insect pest.

China’s low-carbon development path will make significant contributions to achieving global sustainable development *** to the diverse natural and economic conditions across different regions in China,there exists an imbalance in the distribution of car-bon ***,regional cooperation serves as an effective means to attain low-carbon *** study examined the pattern of carbon emissions and proposed a potential joint emission reduction strategy by utilizing the industrial carbon emission intens-ity(ICEI)as a crucial *** utilized social network analysis and Local Indicators of Spatial association(LISA)space-time trans-ition matrix to investigate the spatiotemporal connections and discrepancies of ICEI in the cities of the Pearl River Basin(PRB),China from 2010 to *** primary drivers of the ICEI were determined through geographical detectors and multi-scale geographically weighted *** results were as follows:1)the overall ICEI in the Pearl River Basin is showing a downward trend,and there is a significant spatial imbalance.2)There are numerous network connections between cities regarding the ICEI,but the network structure is relatively fragile and unstable.3)Economically developed cities such as Guangzhou,Foshan,and Dongguan are in the center of the network while playing an intermediary role.4)Energy consumption,industrialization,per capita GDP,urbanization,science and techno-logy,and productivity are found to be the most influential variables in the spatial differentiation of ICEI,and their combination in-creased the explanatory power of the geographic variation of ***,through the analysis of differences and connections in urban carbon emissions under different economic levels and ICEI,the study suggests joint carbon reduction strategies,which are centered on carbon transfer,financial support,and technological assistance among cities.

Mining-induced surface deformation disrupts ecological balance and impedes economic *** study employs SBAS-InSAR with 107-view of ascending and descending SAR data from Sentinel-1,spanning February 2017 to September 2020,to monitor surface deformation in the Fa’er Coal Mine,guizhou *** on the surface deformation time series reveals the relationship between underground mining and surface *** geological conditions,mining activities,duration,and ranges,the study determines surface movement parameters for the coal *** asserts that mining depth significantly influences surface movement parameters in mountainous mining *** mining depth elevates the strike movement angle on the deeper side of the burial depth by 22.84°,while decreasing by 7.74°on the shallower *** movement angles decrease by 4.06°,while downhill movement angles increase by 15.71°.This emphasizes the technology's suitability for local mining design,which lays the groundwork for resource development,disaster prevention,and ecological protection in analogous contexts.

With the rapid urbanization process,the space of traditional villages in China is undergoing significant *** the spatial evolution of traditional villages is significant in promoting rural spatial transformation and realizing rural revitalization and sustainable rural *** on the traceability analysis of spatial production theory,this paper constructed an analytical framework for the spatial production evolution of traditional villages,analyzed the spatial evolution process and characteristics of traditional villages by using buffer analysis,spatial syntax,and other research methods,and revealed the characteristics of the spatial production evolution of traditional villages and the driving *** results show that:(1)The village spatial formation and development follow the village life cycle theory and usually develop from embryonic villages to diversified and integrated villages;(2)The evolution of village spatial production is characterized by the diversity of material space,the sublimation of daily life space,and the integration of social system space and generalization of emotional space;(3)The evolution of village spatial production from backward and poor village to ecologically well-off village is influenced by a combination of factors;(4)The village has formed a spatial structure of"people-land-scape-culture-industry",realized comprehensive reconstruction and spatial *** study results reflect the spatial evolution characteristics of traditional villages in mountainous areas in a more comprehensive way,which helps to promote the protection and development of traditional villages in mountainous areas and,to a certain extent,provides a reference for the development of rural revitalization.

Wetland ecosystems are important regulators of global climate *** the spatiotemporal changes and driving mechanisms of their ecosystem service values(ESV)is beneficial for the sustainable development of *** paper uses the equivalent factor method,based on land use changes,to reveal the spatiotemporal evolution of the ecosystem service value in the Caohai National Nature Reserve(CNNR).The results show the following:①from 2000 to 2020,there was a significant decrease in the core zone s arable land area,with an increase in forest and water *** land mainly increased in the experimental area,and the grassland area showed a fluctuating change of first increasing and then decreasing;②in 2000,2010,and 2020,the ecosystem service value of the study area was 302 million,296 million,and 325 million yuan,respectively,showing a trend of fluctuating growth,with the value of wetland ecosystems playing a dominant role;③regulatory services are the main contributors to the ecosystem service value in the study area,with a contribution rate of 60%.Hydrological regulation is the ecosystem function with the highest value in wetland ecosystem services,contributing more than 35%to the ESV in all three periods;④in terms of spatial distribution,the core zone s ecosystem service value is *** at the total ecosystem service value of the region,the core zone>the experimental area>the buffer *** terms of ESV per unit area,the core zone(89000 yuan/hm^(2))is significantly higher than the buffer zone(39100 yuan/hm^(2))and the experimental area(15800 yuan/hm^(2)).The study can provide a basis for research and spatial management of ecosystem services in wetland ecosystems and nature reserves.
