Lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)have dominated the portable electronic and electrochemical energy markets since their commercialisation,whose high cost and lithium scarcity have prompted the development of other alkali-ion batteries(AIBs)including sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)and potassium-ion batteries(PIBs).Owing to larger ion sizes of Na^(+)and K^(+)compared with Li^(+),nanocomposites with excellent crystallinity orientation and well-developed porosity show unprecedented potential for advanced lithium/sodium/potassium *** enticing open rigid framework structures,Prussian blue analogues(PBAs)remain promising self-sacrificial templates for the preparation of various nanocomposites,whose appeal originates from the well-retained porous structures and exceptional electrochemical activities after thermal *** review focuses on the recent progress of PBA-derived nanocomposites from their fabrication,lithium/sodium/potassium storage mechanism,and applications in AIBs(LIBs,SIBs,and PIBs).To distinguish various PBA derivatives,the working mechanism and applications of PBA-templated metal oxides,metal chalcogenides,metal phosphides,and other nanocomposites are systematically evaluated,facilitating the establishment of a structure–activity correlation for these *** on the fruitful achievements of PBA-derived nanocomposites,perspectives for their future development are envisioned,aiming to narrow down the gap between laboratory study and industrial reality.

Experimental study and evaluation on hydrocarbon generation of macerals

Some typical coal and maceral samples are selected for oil and gas-generatingsystematic thermal simulation experiments, Rock-Eval, GC and GC-MS analyses. Results cause productivity curves of extracts and gaseous, light, liquid as well as total hydrocarbon. Effects of macerals and maturation on hydrocarbon productivities and compositions are synthetically discussed. Evaluation indexes and plan on coal-generated oil and gas in bituminous coal rank are suggested according to the data from experiments and analyses.

Recovery of yttrium from deep-sea mud

Deep-sea mud rich in rare earth yttrium has received lots of attention from the international community as a new resource for Y. A novel process, which mainly includes acid leaching, solvent extraction, and oxalic acid precipitation-roasting, is proposed for recovery of Y from deep-sea mud. A series of experiments were conducted to inspect the impacts of various factors during the process and the optimum conditions were determined. The results show that the Y of deep-sea mud totally exists in apatite minerals which can be decomposed by hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid solution. The highest leaching efficiency of Y is 94.53% using hydrochloric acid and 84.38% using sulfuric acid under the conditions of H^＋concentration 2.0 mol/L, leaching time 60 min, liquid-solid ratio 4：1 and room temperature 25 ℃（only in case of sulfuric acid, when using hydrochloric acid, the leaching temperature should be 60 ℃）. Because of the much lower leaching temperature, sulfuric acid leaching is preferred. The counter current extraction and stripping tests were simulated by a cascade centrifugal extraction tank device. Using 10 vol% P204,15 vol% TBP and 75 vol% sulfonated kerosene as extractant, 98.79% Y^3＋ and 42.60% Fe^3＋ are extracted from sulfuric acid leaching liquor（adjusted to pH = 2.0） after seven-stage counter current extraction with O/A ratio of 1：1 at room temperature, while other metals ions such as Al^3＋, Ca^2＋, Mg^2＋and Mn^2＋ are almost not extracted. The Y^3＋ in loaded organic can be selectively stripped using 50 g/L sulfuric acid solution and the stripping efficiency reaches 99.86% after seven-stage counter current stripping with O/A ratio of 10：1 at room temperature, while only 2.26% co-extracted Fe^3＋ is stripped. The Y^3＋ of loaded strip liquor can be precipitated by oxalic acid to further separate Y^3＋ and Fe^3＋. Correlation of effective hepatic blood flow with liver pathology in patients with hepatitis B virus

Geochemical significance of hydrocarbons desorbed from asphaltenes

Saturate hydrocarbon fractions desorbed (cleaned) from asphaltenes extracted and separated from two core samples (a tar sand and a reservoir sandstone sample) were analyzed by gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC MS). The results indicated that n alkanes adsorbed in asphaltenes were kept quite well during and after severe biodegradation over 360 Ma. Hydrocarbon desorption could be an alternative method of, or even better than the pyrolysis of asphaltenes to reconstruct the hydrocarbon fingerprints of primary oils and extend the understanding of the origins of hydrocarbon reservoirs.

Grain refinement of Mg-Al alloys inoculated by MgAl_(2)O_(4)powder

As a potent nucleating substrate forα-Mg grain,MgAl_(2)O_(4) powder was used to inoculate the Mg-Al melt in this *** effects of MgAl_(2)O_(4)amount,holding time and Al content on the grain size and grain refining ratio of the inoculated Mg-Al alloys are systematically *** results show that the minimum grain size of Mg-3Al alloy is achieved by adding 2wt.%MgAl_(2)O_(4)powder and this alloy exhibits higher grain refining ratio than Mg-5Al and Mg-8Al *** crystallographic misfit calculation indicates the wellmatching and possible orientation relationships(ORs)betweenα-Mg and MgAl_(2)O_(4).Among these predicted ORs,[10–10]α−Mg//[110]MgAl2O4 in(0002)α−Mg//(1–13)MgAl2O4 possesses the smallest misfit,i.e.,2.34%(fr).Both results of the experiment and crystallographic calculation demonstrate that the grain refinement of Mg-Al alloys is attributed to the MgAl_(2)O_(4)particles acting as the heterogeneous nucleation substrates forα-Mg grains.

Methane hydrate formation and dissociation behaviors in montmorillonite

The methane hydrate formation and the methane hydrate dissociation behaviors in montmorillonite are experimentally studied. Through the analyses of the microstructure characteristic, the study obtains the porous characteristic of montmorillonite. It is indicated that methane hydrate in montmorillonite forms the structure I (si) crystal. Meanwhile, molecular dynamics simulation is carried out to study the processes of the methane hydrate formation and the methane hydrate dissociation in montmorillonite. The microstructure and microscopic properties are analyzed. The methane hydrate formation and methane hydrate dissociation mechanisms in the montmorillonite nanopore and on the montmorillonite surface are expounded. Combining the experimental and simulating analyses, the results indicate the methane hydrate formation and methane hydrate dissociation processes have little influence upon the crystal structure of porous media from either micro- or macro-analysis. It is beneficial to the fundamental researches on the exploitation and security control technologies of natural gas hydrate in deep-sea sediments.

Experimental research on the heating performance of a single cylinder refrigerant injection rotary compressor heat pump with flash tank

A single cylinder rotary compressor was applied in the refrigerant injection air-source heat pump to improve the heating performance in cold regions. In this study, the performance of an R410 A single cylinder rotary compressor vapor injection(SCRCVI) system was measured and analyzed by varying the compressor frequency f and injection pressure Pi njat the ambient temperature To d=–10°*** experimental results indicated that an optimum injection pressure to gain the maximum COP_h (coefficient of performance) existed in the SCRCVI cycle. However, the maximum COP_h of the SCRCVI system decreased as the increase of the frequency, and the maximum COPhwas even lower than that of the CSVC system at high compressor frequency. Therefore, in view of the energy saving and emission reduction, the SCRCVI system should be switched to single stage compression system when the heating capacity demand could be satisfied at high compressor frequency f. Compared to the conventional single-stage vapor compression(CSVC) system, refrigerant injection could enhance the heating capacities and COP_h by 28.2% and 7.91%, respectively. The average total mass flow rate of the SCRCVI system was 24.68% higher than that of the CSVC system. As the SCRCVI system worked at the optimum injection pressure, the variation trends of the different system parameters were investigated in detail. These trends were reliably used to optimize the refrigerant injection system design and the control strategy. The parameter of(P_(inj)–P_s) could be adopted as the signals to control the opening of the upper stage electronic expansion valve EEV1.
