Porcine teat numbers are crucial indicators of the reproductive performance of sows in the pig *** lactation periods,sows with fewer teats may lead to inadequate colostrum intake in piglets,which affects piglet weight gain and mortality(Tummaruk,2013).In pig breeding,high-intensity artificial selection on litter traits potentially gives rise to the functional weakening of teat traits due to the pleiotropic effects of genes affecting both traits(Chen et al.,2022).

The Janus fabrics designed for personal moisture/thermal regulation have garnered significant attention for their potential to enhance human ***,the development of smart and dynamic fabrics capable of managing personal moisture/thermal comfort in response to changing external environments remains a ***,a smart cellulose-based Janus fabric was designed to dynamically manage personal moisture/*** cotton fabric was grafted with N-isopropylacrylamide to construct a temperature-stimulated transport ***,hydrophobic ethyl cellulose and hydrophilic cellulose nanofiber were sprayed on the bottom and top sides of the fabric to obtain wettability *** fabric exhibits anti-gravity directional liquid transportation from hydrophobic side to hydrophilic side,and can dynamically and continuously control the transportation time in a wide range of 3–66 s as the temperature increases from 10 to 40℃.This smart fabric can quickly dissipate heat at high temperatures,while at low temperatures,it can slow down the heat dissipation rate and prevent the human from becoming too *** addition,the fabric has UV shielding and photodynamic antibacterial properties through depositing graphitic carbon nitride nanosheets on the hydrophilic *** smart fabric offers an innovative approach to maximizing personal comfort in environments with significant temperature variations.

Coincidence measurements of breakup fragments in reactions of^(6.7)with^(209)Bi at energies around and above the Coulomb barrier were carried out using a large solid-angle covered detector *** the Q values along with the relative energies of the breakup fragments,different breakup components(prompt breakups and delayed breakups)and different breakup modes(α+t,α+d,α+p,andα+α)are distinguished.A new breakup mode,α+t,is observed in^(6)Li-induced reactions at energies above the Coulomb *** between breakup modes and breakup components as well as their variations with the incident energy are *** results will help us better understand the breakup effects of weakly bound nuclei on the suppression of a complete fusion,particularly for the above-barrier energies.

Recently,there are great efforts that have been taken to suppressing/controlling the coffee ring effect,but it is of challenge to achieve inexpensive and efficient control with less disturbance,suitable for scalable production and highly enhancing the printing/dyeing color *** only adding trace amounts of salt into the suspensions,here we experimentally achieve the facile and highly efficient control of the coffee ring effect of suspended matter on substrates of graphene,natural graphite,and polyethylene terephthalate ***,friction force measurements show that ion-controlled uniform patterns also greatly enhance color *** dynamics simulations reveal that,due to strong hydrated cation-π interactions between hydrated cations and aromatic rings in the substrate surface,the suspended matters are adsorbed on the surfaces mediated by cations so that the suspended matters are uniformly *** findings will open new avenues for fabricating functional patterns on graphene substrates and will benefit practical applications including printing,coating,and dyeing.

Photosynthesis affects crop growth and *** roles of microRNAs(miRNAs)in photosynthesis are little *** the present study,the role of the OsNF-YB7–OsMIR5810–OsMRLP6 regulatory module in photosynthesis was *** malectin-like protein gene OsMRLP6 was identified as a target gene of osa-miR5810(miR5810).Overexpression in rice of miR5810 or down-expression of OsMRLP6 resulted in reduced expression of genes involved in chloroplast development and photosynthesis and decreased net photosynthetic rate,finally leading to lower shoot biomass and grain ***-expression of miR5810 and overexpression of OsMRLP6 showed the opposite *** of transcription factor OsNF-YB7 elevated expression of OsMIR5810 in rice seedlings by binding to its *** OsNFYB7–OsMIR5810–OsMRLP6 regulatory module affects photosynthesis to mediate growth and grain yield.

黑磷凭借其高载流子迁移率、广泛可调的直接带隙及面内各向异性等优异的性质,被认为是一种极具潜力的二维半导体材料.尽管当前对黑磷已经进行了大量的研究,但制备大尺寸高质量的黑磷单晶仍然存在挑战.本文提出了双向气相输运（BVT）策略,实现了每批次数十片厘米级黑磷单晶薄片的生长.通过一系列的结构和光谱表征,证明了其卓越的晶体质量和高纯度.所生长的黑磷单晶薄片具有光滑的解理面,能够轻松剥离成大面积的纳米片.基于此方法制备的黑磷场效应晶体管表现出优异的电学性能,包括高达1150 cm2V-1s-1的载流子迁移率和约106的电流开关比.此方法同样适用于黑磷的掺杂体系,如黑砷磷、黑硒磷和黑碲磷等.本文提出的高产量生长厘米级黑磷单晶薄片的策略将加速黑磷基电子和光电子学的研究与应用.

Precise identification of HIV transmission among populations is a key step in public health ***,the HIV transmission network is usually difficult to *** molecular networks can be determined by phylogenetic approach,genetic distance-based approach,and a combination of both *** approaches are increasingly used to identify transmission networks among populations,reconstruct the history of HIV spread,monitor the dynamics of HIV transmission,guide targeted intervention on key subpopulations,and assess the effects of *** and retrospective studies have demonstrated that these molecular network-based interventions are more cost-effective than random or traditional ***,we still need to address several challenges to improve the practice of molecular network-guided targeting interventions to finally end the HIV *** data remain limited or difficult to obtain,and more automatic real-time tools are *** addition,molecular and social networks must be combined,and technical parameters and ethnic issues warrant further studies.

Structural evolution of plasma sprayed amorphous Li_(4)Ti_(5)O_(12) electrode and ceramic/polymer composite electrolyte during electrochemical cycle of quasi-solid-state lithium battery

A quasi-solid-state lithium battery is assembled by plasma sprayed amorphous Li_(4)Ti_(5)O_(12) to provide the outstanding electrochemical stability and better normal interface *** Electron Microscope(SEM),Scanning Transmission Electron Microscopy(STEM),Transmission Electron Microscopy(TEM),and Energy Dispersive Spectrometer(EDS)were used to analyze the structural evolution and performance of plasma sprayed amorphous LTO electrode and ceramic/polymer composite electrolyte before and after electrochemical *** comparing the electrochemical performance of the amorphous LTO electrode and the traditional LTO electrode,the electrochemical behavior of different electrodes is *** results show that plasma spraying can prepare an amorphous LTO electrode coating of about 8μ*** 200 electrochemical cycles,the structure of the electrode evolved,and the inside of the electrode fractured and cracks expanded,because of recrystallization at the interface between the rich fluorine compounds and the amorphous LTO ***,the ceramic/polymer composite electrolyte has undergone structural evolution after 200 test *** electrochemical cycle results show that the cycle stability,capacity retention rate,coulomb efficiency,and internal impedance of amorphous LTO electrode are better than traditional LTO *** innovative and facile quasi-solid-state strategy is aimed to promote the intrinsic safety and stability of working lithium battery,shedding light on the development of next-generation high-performance solid-state lithium batteries.

The present review focuses on the roles and underlying mechanisms of action of hepatic nuclear factor-1(HNF-1)in lipid metabolism and the development of lipid metabolism ***-1 is a transcriptional regulator that can form homodimers,and the HNF-1αand HNF-1βisomers can form *** homo-and heterodimers recognize and bind to specific cis-acting elements in gene promoters to transactivate transcription and to coordinate the expression of target lipid-related genes,thereby influencing the homeostasis of lipid ***-1 was shown to restrain lipid anabolism,including synthesis,absorption,and storage,by inhibiting the expression of lipogenesis-related genes,such as peroxisome proliferator-activated receptorγ(PPARγ)and sterol regulatory element-binding protein-1/2(SREBP-1/2).Moreover,HNF-1 enhances the expression of various genes,such as proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9(PCSK9),glutathione peroxidase 1(GPx1),and suppressor of cytokine signaling-3(SOCS-3)and negatively regulates signal transducer and activator of transcription(STAT)to facilitate lipid catabolism in ***-1 reduces hepatocellular lipid decomposition,which alleviates the progression of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).HNF-1 impairs preadipocyte differentiation to reduce the number of adipocytes,stunting the development of ***,HNF-1 reduces free cholesterol levels in the plasma to inhibit aortic lipid deposition and lipid plaque formation,relieving dyslipidemia and preventing the development of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease(ASCVD).In summary,HNF-1 transcriptionally regulates lipid-related genes to manipulate intracorporeal balance of lipid metabolism and to suppress the development of lipid metabolism disorders.
