This paper intends to give a brief overview of oral English testing for non-English major students in guangxi Traditional Chinese Medical (TCM) university, which is located in a minority autonomous province in the southern part of P.R. China. It arises from the concrete problems facing Chinese teachers of English who feel troubled when offering an oral English test to an ever increasing number of non-English major students at the end of each semester. The frustration comes not only from the labor intensive and time consuming activity but also from the surrounding ethical issues of subjectivity by the teachers and of injustice to the students to give and receive fair marks. Moreover, there is a conflicting gap between the criteria used by the foreign native English speaking teachers and Chinese teachers of English because of their different cultural background and concept of testing. Nevertheless, an oral English test was designed and the procedures were devised, adopted, and administered to assess the student’s performance. The test and procedures, based on the national course syllabus for testing non-English majors, the level of attainment in oral English of the students, and the limited number of teaching personnel in the TCM university, utilized two different approaches. The native English speakers follow their own concept of devising formats of group testing procedures and assessment criteria forms highlighting communicative interaction. Meanwhile, the Chinese teachers of English emphasize individual rehearsed presentations and ask the student to follow up questions, to make further comment, and inquire about learning experience from the passage in order to make assessment and evaluation. Final student scores were calculated by combining daily participation of the student, the assessment foreign teacher, and the evaluation of Chinese teachers.

The enrollment of education management majors has the characteristics of work experience requirements,limited employment directions,and a high proportion of adjustment students.A large number of educational management postgraduates who are in the reality of adjustment enrollment,pursuing postgraduate studies at an older age,and employment confusion have low levels of positive academic emotions and complex academic emotional *** study takes the educational management postgraduates at guangxi Minzu university as an example to investigate their general academic *** conclusion is that educational management postgraduates have lower positive and negative academic emotions than the general college student population;The first year of graduate school has a higher level of positive emotions and a lower level of negative emotions compared to the second year;Married students have higher levels of positive academic emotions and lower levels of negative academic emotions compared to unmarried students;There is no gender difference in academic emotions,but girls who are eager to enter marriage and have high levels of marriage and childbirth anxiety may have higher levels of negative academic emotions than boys and other girls;It is more practical to pay attention to students’positive academic *** on this,suggestions are made for the management of this major in the school.

In recent years,China’s private higher education has developed significantly,and private universities have become one of the“two schools”.However,due to the expansion of the scale of public schools,the limited supply of teachers in private colleges,and the mismatch between the supply and demand of graduate employment,the crisis of students in private colleges and universities has become increasingly serious,and the pressure of survival and competition is *** main purpose of this study is to explore the influence of guangxi university of Foreign Languages marketing mix and brand awareness on brand loyalty,and to provide recommendations for guangxi university of Foreign Languages private *** researchers will use a quantitative approach to study the effect of two independent variables(marketing mix and brand awareness)on the dependent variable(brand loyalty).A total of 414 questionnaires were distributed to students of guangxi university of Foreign Languages and analyzed using statistical software *** descriptive statistical analysis to understand the sample of respondents;perform reliability and validity analysis to ensure the reliability and validity of the questionnaire;perform correlation analysis to determine the correlation between independent and dependent variables;and perform regression analysis,to explore the influence and degree of influence of various factors on the brand loyalty of private colleges and *** shows that marketing mix and brand awareness have a significant positive impact on brand loyalty of private ***,based on the research results,five suggestions are put forward from the perspective of private universities to help private university brands improve customer brand loyalty and their own brand competitiveness.

Acute lung injury(ALI) was characterized by excessive reactive oxygen species(ROS) levels and inflammatory response in the lung. Scavenging ROS could inhibit the excessive inflammatory response, further treating ALI. Herein, we designed a novel nanozyme(P@Co) comprised of polydopamine(PDA) nanoparticles(NPs) loading with ultra-small Co, combining with near infrared(NIR) irradiation, which could efficiently scavenge intracellular ROS and suppress inflammatory responses against ALI. For lipopolysaccharide(LPS) induced macrophages, P@Co + NIR presented excellent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory capacities through lowering intracellular ROS levels, decreasing the expression levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) as well as inducing macrophage M2 directional polarization. Significantly, it displayed the outstanding activities of lowering acute lung inflammation, relieving diffuse alveolar damage, and up-regulating heat shock protein 70(HSP70) expression, resulting in synergistic enhanced ALI therapy effect. It offers a novel strategy for the clinical treatment of ROS related diseases.

Stress accumulation is a key factor leading to sodium storage performance deterioration for NiSe2-based ***,inhibiting the concentrated local stress during the sodiataion/desodiation process is crucial for acquiring stable NiSe2-based materials for sodium-ion batteries（SIBs）,Herein,a stress dissipation strategy driven by architecture engineering is proposed,which can achieve ultrafast and ultralong sodium storage *** from the conventional sphere-like or rod-like architecture,the three-dimensional（3D） flower-like NiSe2@C composite is delicately designed and assembled with onedimensional nanorods and carbon *** importantly,the fundamental mechanism of improved structure stability is unveiled by simulations and experimental results *** demonstrates that this designed multidimensional flower-like architecture with dispersed nanorods can balance the structural mismatch,avoid concentrated local strain,and relax the internal stress,mainly induced by the unavoidable volume variation during the repeated conversion ***,it can provide more Na+-storage sites and multi-directional migration pathways,leading to a fast Na+-migration channel with boosted reaction *** expected,it delivers superior rate performance(441 mA h g-1at 5.0 A g-1) and long cycling stability(563 mA h g-1at 1.0 A g-1over 1000 cycles) for *** work provides useful insights for designing high-performance conversion-based anode materials for SIBs.

This paper presents, for the first time, an effective numerical approach based on the isogeometric analysis(IGA) and the six-variable quasi-three dimensional(3D)higher-order shear deformation theory(HSDT) to study the free vibration characteristics of functionally-graded(FG) graphene origami(GOri)-enabled auxetic metamaterial(GOEAM) plates submerged in a fluid medium. The plate theory incorporates the thickness stretching and the effects of transverse shear deformation without using any shear correction factors. The velocity potential function and Bernoulli's equation are used to derive the hydrodynamic pressure acting on the plate surface. Both horizontally and vertically immersed plate configurations are considered here in the form of inertia *** plates are composed of multilayer GOEAMs, with the GOri content varying through the plate's thickness in a layer-wise manner. This design results in graded auxetic *** material properties are evaluated by mixing rules and a genetic programming(GP)-assisted micromechanical model. The governing equations of motion for the FG-GOEAM plates immersed in a fluid medium are derived by Hamilton's principle. After validating the convergence and accuracy of the present model, a comprehensive parametric study is carried out to examine the effects of the GOri content, GOri distribution pattern, GOri folding degree, fluid level, immersed depth, and geometric parameter on the natural frequencies of the FG-GOEAM plates. The results show that the natural frequencies for the four GOri distribution patterns increase with the increase in the layer number when the lay number is fewer than 10, and then stabilize after the layer number reaches ***, in general, the natural frequency of the FG-GOEAM plate in a vacuum or fluid increases when the GOri content increases, while decreases when the GOri folding degree increases.
