Bacterial leaf streak caused by Xanthomonas oryzae ***(Xoc)is a continuous threat to rice cultivation,leading to substantial yield losses with socioeconomic *** ions are essential mineral nutrients for plant growth,but little information is available on how they influence mechanisms of rice immunity against ***,we investigated the role of the myeloblastosis-related(MYB)transcriptional repressor OsMYBxoc1 in modulation of rice resistance through control of iron ion *** of OsMYBxoc1 significantly increased rice resistance,whereas OsMYBxoc1 RNA-interference lines and knockout mutants showed the opposite *** of OsMYBxoc1 expression dampened the immune response induced by pathogen-associated molecular *** demonstrated that OsMYBxoc1 binds specifically to the OsNRAMP5 promoter and represses transcription of ***5,a negative regulator of rice resistance to bacterial leaf streak,possesses metal ion transport activity,and inhibition of OsMYBxoc1 expression increased the iron ion content in *** of the iondependent H2O2 scavenging enzyme catalase was increased in plants with suppressed expression of OsMYBxoc1 or overexpression of *** found that iron ions promoted Xoc infection and interfered with the production of reactive oxygen species induced by *** type Ⅲ effector XopAK directly inhibited OsMYBxoc1 transcription,indicating that the pathogen may promote its own proliferation by relieving restriction of iron ion transport in *** addition,iron complemented the pathogenicity defects of the RS105_DXopAK mutant strain,further confirming that iron utilization by Xoc may be dependent upon *** conclusion,our study reveals a novel mechanism by which OsMYBxoc1 modulates rice resistance by regulating iron accumulation and demonstrates that Xoc can accumulate iron ions by secreting the effector XopAK to promote its own infection.

Energy storage systems(ESSs)operate as independent market participants and collaborate with photovoltaic(PV)generation units to enhance the flexible power supply capabilities of PV ***,the dynamic variations in the profitability of ESSs in the electricity market are yet to be fully *** study introduces a dual-timescale dynamics model that integrates a spot market clearing(SMC)model into a system dynamics(SD)model to investigate the profit-aware capacity growth of ESSs and compares the profitability of independent energy storage systems(IESSs)with that of an ESS integrated within a PV(PV-ESS).Furthermore,this study aims to ascertain the optimal allocation of the ***,SD and SMC models were set ***,the SMC model simulated on an hourly timescale was incorporated into the SD model as a subsystem,a dual-timescale model was ***,a development simulation and profitability analysis was conducted from 2022 to 2040 to reveal the dynamic optimal range of PV-ESS ***,negative electricity prices were considered during clearing *** simulation results revealed differences in profitability and capacity growth between IESS and PV-ESS,helping grid investors and policymakers to determine the boundaries of ESSs and dynamic optimal allocation of PV-ESSs.

Obtaining all perfect matchings of a graph is a tough problem in graph theory, and its complexity belongs to the #P-Complete class. The problem is closely related to combinatorics, marriage matching problems, dense subgraphs, the Gaussian boson sampling, chemical molecular structures, and dimer *** this paper, we propose a quadratic unconstrained binary optimization formula of the perfect matching problem and translate it into the quantum Ising model. We can obtain all perfect matchings by mapping them to the ground state of the quantum Ising Hamiltonian and solving it with the variational quantum eigensolver. Adjusting the model's parameters can also achieve the maximum or minimum weighted perfect matching. The experimental results on a superconducting quantum computer of the Origin Quantum Computing Technology Company show that our model can encode 2~n dimensional optimization space with only O（n） qubits consumption and achieve a high success probability of the ground state corresponding to all perfect matchings. In addition, the further simulation results show that the model can support a scale of more than 14 qubits, effectively resist the adverse effects of noise, and obtain a high success probability at a shallow variational depth. This method can be extended to other combinatorial optimization problems.

CF_(2)H-containing molecules play pivotal roles in diverse fields from medicinal chemistry to materials science. However, the application of existing CF_(2)H reagents as a source of CF_(2)H radical is limited by their reactivity and preparation. Herein, we develop a simple and general visible-light-catalyzed radical difluoromethylation reaction of alkenes, dienes, and heteroaromatics using commercially available, easy-to-handle, and low-cost difluoroacetic anhydride as the CF_(2)H reagent. This scalable protocol enables the convenient synthesis of a range of CF_(2)H-containing compounds under mild conditions, exhibiting a broad substrate scope and functional group tolerance. Potential applications are further demonstrated by gram-scale synthesis, sunlight experiments, derivatization experiments as well as the synthesis of bioactive molecules.

通过爆炸焊接技术制备了含夹层的TC1/AA1060/AA6061复合材料,并对界面形貌和界面元素分布进行了研究。通过电子背散射衍射方法研究界面晶粒分布,并通过数值模拟得到的界面温度来解释晶粒分布。通过力学性能试验得到复合材料的拉伸和剪切力学性能。界面微观组织结构和力学性能的测试结果表明:TC1/AA1060/AA6061复合材料具有较好的焊接质量。两个界面形貌与数值模拟结果一致,数值模拟得到的界面温度可以解释界面和涡旋区域的晶粒分布。元素在TC1/AA1060界面的扩散宽度为12.3μm,未检测到金属间化合物。在两个涡流区只检测到Al和O元素。此外,还在界面附近不同区域进行了纳米压痕试验,TC1/AA1060界面的纳米硬度介于两侧材料之间,而AA1060/AA6061界面的纳米硬度小于两侧材料。

Prediction and driving factors of forest fire occurrence in Jilin Province,China

Forest fires are natural disasters that can occur suddenly and can be very damaging,burning thousands of square *** is better than suppression and prediction models of forest fire occurrence have developed from the logistic regression model,the geographical weighted logistic regression model,the Lasso regression model,the random forest model,and the support vector machine model based on historical forest fire data from 2000 to 2019 in Jilin *** models,along with a distribution map are presented in this paper to provide a theoretical basis for forest fire management in this *** studies show that the prediction accuracies of the two machine learning models are higher than those of the three generalized linear regression *** accuracies of the random forest model,the support vector machine model,geographical weighted logistic regression model,the Lasso regression model,and logistic model were 88.7%,87.7%,86.0%,85.0%and 84.6%,*** is the main factor affecting forest fires,while the impacts of topography factors,human and social-economic factors on fire occurrence were similar.
