In China's anti-monopoly legal practice,both traditional public enforcement and private enforcement face certain practical difficulties,and it is necessary to introduce procuratorial public interest litigation as a new anti-monopoly law implementation *** current Anti-Monopoly law only provides for civil procuratorial public interest litigation in *** is necessary to comprehensively formulate an anti-monopoly procuratorial public interest litigation system when amending the Anti-Monopoly law in the future,so as to further protect the order of fair competition in the ***-monopoly administrative procuratorial public interest litigation can use procuratorial advice,incidental review of normative documents,*** promote anti-monopoly agencies'activities under the rule of *** issuing litigation injunctions and punitive damages,antitrust civil procuratorial public interest litigation can better respond to the damage to social and public interests caused by monopolistic behavior.

The pragmatist view of human rights represents a the-oretical condensation of the Chinese practice in human rights *** view of the problem of circular idling between rights and claims caused by the traditional view of human rights of focusing on contents and not valuing implementation,social segmentation caused by empty talks on interests and claims while ignoring social develop-ment,and the phenomenon of the issue of human rights completely becoming empty and useless political rhetoric,the pragmatic view of human rights,based on the fact that there is a gap between the claims and realization of human rights,emphasizes that instead of blindly ex-panding the types of rights in term of text,it is better to base on prac-tice and promote the maximum realization of existing rights through *** pragmatist view of human rights attaches impor-tance to relevant economic,social and cultural basis to promote the realization of human rights,rather than only focusing on the claims themselves;it pays greater attention to enhancing the realization of rights,rather than the distribution of rights under the total limit;it ad-vocates more for cooperativism in the realization of rights,rather than *** pragmatic concept of human rights takes Marxism as its theoretical basis and the gene of practice and the dimension of development as its theoretical characteristics,and promotes the devel-opment of human rights through the realization of rights.

在我国反垄断法律实践中，传统的公共实施和私人实施方式均面临一定的现实困境，有必要引入检察公益诉讼作为新的反垄断法实施措施。我国《反垄断法》仅原则性规定了民事检察公益诉讼，有必要在今后修改《反垄断法》时全面制定反垄断检察公益诉讼制度，从而进一步保障市场公平竞争秩序。反垄断行政检察公益诉讼可以采用检察建议、附带性审查规范性文件等方式促进反垄断执法机构依法行政。通过发布诉讼禁令和惩罚性赔偿等方式，反垄断民事检察公益诉讼可以更好地应对垄断行为造成的社会公共利益损害。

Legal textbooks are the primary carrier of the disciplinary system, academic system, and discourse system of law. They systematically present and reflect the development achievements of the disciplinary system, academic system, and discourse system of law, and directly determine the overall structural arrangement and priorities of law teaching. Overall, the dichotomization of legal textbooks into the sub-systems of basic law and departmental law has lagged behind the progress on socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics, and the system of textbooks relying on this traditional academic division is also in need of further improvement and reform. “law-related,” “jurisprudence-related,” and “rule-of-law-related,” the three relatively independent but closely linked sub-systems of legal textbooks can better reflect the current evolution of the rule of law system in China. China’ s legal textbook system should be improved in terms of promoting the development of the main textbooks on law, vigorously promoting the development of textbooks on emerging disciplines and inter-disciplinarity, and courageously innovating the content and form of textbooks.

数字时代个人信息保护的司法治理逐渐成为世界各国关注的重点内容。中国2021年颁布的《个人信息保护法》意味着中国迈出治理个人信息违法侵权行为的重要一步,但随着司法治理逐步深入,各种理论与实践问题也逐渐显露。诸如公益诉讼治理与其他程序机制的关系、附带型公益诉讼制度的程序设置、具体规范内容的设计等等问题亟需进一步研究和完善。有鉴于此,本研究以320份裁判文书为分析样本,系统考察了中国个人信息保护公益诉讼制度的实践情况,概括归纳了具体的现实困境,从宏观和微观的双重视角讨论了完善中国个人信息保护司法治理的有效路径。

Urban green spaces play a crucial role in enhancing the well-being of urban residents and promoting sustainable urban development. However, optimizing the planning and management of urban green spaces to meet residents' diverse needs and preferences poses a considerable challenge. This study addresses this challenge by employing a landsenses ecology approach, integrating residents' perspectives into the planning and design of urban green spaces. Starting from human needs, a conceptual framework for the meliorization model of urban green spaces is constructed, grounded in the principles of landsense creation and incorporating a “design-simulation-management” process. Through this model, the mechanisms driving the meliorization process are explored. This study contributes to improving the meliorization process in landsenses ecology, while expanding the theoretical framework and methodology of landscape ecology. By emphasizing the dynamic interactions between land planning, construction, and residents' experiences, this study provides valuable insights into the dynamic development of urban green spaces, facilitating the implementation of sustainable urban development strategies and practices.

The main challenge in AI governance today is striking a balance between controlling AI dangers and fostering AI *** in a number of nations have progressively extended the regulatory sandbox,which was first implemented in the banking sector,to AI governance in an effort to reduce the conflict between regulation and *** AI regulatory sandbox is a new and feasible route for AI governance in China that not only helps to manage the risks of technology application but also prevents inhibiting AI *** keeps inventors'trial-and-error tolerance space inside the regulatory purview while offering a controlled setting for the development and testing of novel AI that hasn't yet been put on the *** providing full-cycle governance of AI with the principles of agility and inclusive prudence,the regulatory sandbox offers an alternative to the conventional top-down hard regulation,expost regulation,and tight ***,the current system also has inherent limitations and practical obstacles that need to be overcome by a more rational and effective *** achieve its positive impact on AI governance,the AI regulatory sandbox system should build and improve the access and exit mechanism,the coordination mechanism between the sandbox and personal information protection,and the mechanisms of exemption,disclosure,and communication.

Parental Educational Expectations,Academic Pressure,and Adolescent Mental Health:An Empirical Study Based on CEPS Survey Data

Background:This study aimed to investigate the relationship between parental educational expectations and adolescent mental health problems,with academic pressure as a moderating ***:This study was based on the baseline data of the China Education Panel Survey,which was collected within one school year during 2013–*** included 19,958 samples from seventh and ninth graders,who ranged from 11 to 18 years *** removing missing values and conducting relevant data processing,the effective sample size for analysis was *** OLS(Ordinary Least Squares)multiple linear regression analysis was used to examine the relationship between parental educational expectations,academic pressure,and adolescents’mental health *** addition,we established an interaction term between parents’educational expectations and academic pressure to investigate the moderating effect of academic ***:The study found that adolescents whose parents had high educational expectations reported less mental health problems.(β=−0.195;p<0.001).Additionally,adolescents who had high academic pressure reported more mental health problems.(β=0.649;p<0.001).Furthermore,the study found that academic pressure had a significant moderating effect on the relationship between parental educational expectations and adolescents’mental health problems(β=0.082;p<0.001).Conclusion:Parental educational expectations had a close relationship with adolescents’mental health problems,and academic pressure moderated this *** those adolescents with high levels of academic pressure,the association between high parental educational expectations and mental health problems became *** the contrary,for those adolescents with low levels of academic pressure,the association between high parental educational expectations and mental health problems became *** findings shed new light on how parental educational expectations affected adolescent mental health problems and h
