In the process of heterogeneous photo catalytic degradation, the reaction rate depends strongly on the property of organic binding on the surface. It is important to identify the adsorption of organic compounds on TiO 2 surface to understand the mechanism of degradation and proper kinetics expression. The infrared spectroscopy was used to analyze the methyl orange adsorption on TiO 2 surface in aqueous solutions in different pH ranges. The variation of the surface complexation of methyl orange formed on the TiO 2 surface in different acid and basic media was discussed. And the adsorption amounts were also qualitatively analyzed. Methyl orange has strong, weak and little adsorption on the TiO 2 surface in acid, basic and near neutral solution, respectively.

The method for precursor information acquisition based on acoustic emission (AE) data for jointed rock masses is of significant importance for the early warning of dynamic disasters in underground engineering. A clustering-convolutional neural network (CNN) method is proposed, which comprises a clustering component and a CNN component. A series of uniaxial compression tests were conducted on granite specimens containing a persistent sawtooth joint, with different strain rates (10-5-10-2 s-1) and joint inclination angles (0 degrees-50 degrees). The results demonstrate that traditional precursory indicators based on full waveforms are effective for obtaining precursor information of the intact rock failure. However, these indicators are not universally applicable to the failure of rock masses with a single joint. The clustering- CNN method has the potential to be applied to obtain precursor information for all three failure modes (Modes I, II and III). Following the waveform clustering analysis, the effective waveforms exhibit a low main frequency, as well as high energy, ringing count, and rise time. Furthermore, the clustering method and the precursory indicators influence the acquisition of final precursor information. The Birch hierarchical clustering method and the S value precursory indicator can help to obtain more accurate results. Injection-induced seismicity has been a focus of industry for decades as it poses great challenges to the associated risk mitigation and hazard assessment. The response surface methodology is integrated into the geo-mechanical model to analyze the effects of multiple factors on induced seismicity during the post shut-in period. We investigate the roles of poroelastic stress and pore pressure diffusion and examine the differences in the controlling mechanism between fault damage zones and the fault core. A sensitivity analysis is conducted to rank the selected factors, followed by a Box-Behnken design to form response surfaces and formulate prediction models for the Coulomb stress and its components. Reservoir properties significantly affect the potentials of induced seismicity in the fault by changing pore pressure diffusion, which can be influenced by other factors to varying degrees. Coulomb stress is greater in pressurized damage zones than in fault cores, and the seismicity rate exhibits a consistent variation. Poroelastic stress plays a similar role to pore pressure diffusion in the stability of the fault within the pressurized damage zones. However, pore pressure diffusion dominates in the fault core due to the low rigidity, which limits the accumulation of elastic energy caused by poroelastic coupling. The slip along the fault core is a critical issue to consider. The potential for induced seismicity is reduced in the right damage zones as the pore pressure diffusion is blocked by the low-permeability fault core. However, poroelastic stressing still occurs, and in deep basements, the poroelastic effect is dominant even without a direct increase in pore pressure. The findings in this study reveal the fundamental mechanisms behind injection-induced seismicity and provide guidance for optimizing injection schemes in specific situations. Based on the infrared characterization of methyl orange adsorption on TiO 2 surface and the titration of TiO 2, the triple layer model of methyl orange adsorption on TiO 2 was established according to electric double theory. The software FITEQL3.1 was applied to calculate the distribution of organic adsorption on TiO 2 surface by introducing dummy components to help to overcome mathematical difficulties. It is shown that the chem. adsorption species of methyl orange have a great adsorption amount. The adsorption constants of three kinds of surface complexation expressed as SOH +org -,SOH 2org 2 and SOHorg - are 5.98, 17.57 and -4.2, respectively.

The selection of stable wavebands for the near-infrared(NIR)spectroscopic analysis of total nitrogen(TN)in soil was accomplished by using an improved moving window partial leastsquares(MWPLS)method.A new modeling approach was performed based on randomness,similarity and stability,which produced an objective,stable and practical *** on the MWPLS method,a search was in the overali scanning region from 400 to 2498 nm,and the optimal waveband was identified to be 1424 to 282 nm.A model space that includes 41 wave-bands that are equivalent to the optimal waveband was then *** public range of the 41equivalent optimal wavebands was 1590 to 1870 nm,which contained suficient TN *** wavebands of 1424 to 2282 nm,1590 to 1870nm,and the long NIR region 1100 to 2498 nmall achieved satisfactory validation ***,the public waveband of 1590 to 1870 nm hadonly a minimum number of wavelengths,which significantly reduced the method *** equivalent wavebands serve as guidelines for designing spect roscopic *** could address the restrictions of position and the number of wavelengths in instru-ment design.

TiO2 and 1% Ce^3＋-TiO2 prepared by hydrothermal method were characterized by means of XRD and UV-visible diffusive reflectance spectra（DRS）. The results of DRS analysis indicated that the 1% Ce^3＋-TiO2 catalyst had significant optical absorption in the visible region between 400-450 nm because electrons could be excited from the valence band of TiO2 or cerium oxides to Ce 4f level. To investigate the photocatalytic activity of different catalysts for crop fungal disease control, a series of Quine tests were carried out for cucumber powdery mildew and litchi downy blight control in home-made photocatalytic reactor. The results showed that TiO2 photocatalysis technique should be effective to inhibit the growth of fungal diseases to some extent and P-25 had a higher activity for antifungal control than home-made TiO2 catalysts. TiO2-A prepared with Ti（SO4）2 is more active to contro 1 antifungal disease than TiO2-B prepared with TiOSO4 as precursor because the crystalline of TiO2-A was higher than that of TiO2-B. The antifungal index litchi downy blight control was greatly enhanced by doping 1% cerium ion. The antifungal index of 1.0%Ce3^＋-TiO2 was（47.0 ± 4.7）%, （82.2 ± 3.5）%, （100 ±0.0）% under indoor weaker light, solar light and black light, respectively. The results of field experiments showed that the antifungal index of 1.0%Ce^3＋-TiO2 was more than that of P-25. The antifungal index of 1.0%Ce^3＋-TiO2 was （81.7 ± 6.5）%, （67.5 ±4.7）%, （38.6±1.9）% for litchi downy blight, maize southern leaf spot, and rice blast, respectively. It was concluded that TiO2 photocatalysis technique should be an effective way for litchi fungal disease control in practice.

Dongguan （东莞） City, located in the Pearl River Delta, South China, is famous for its rapid industrialization in the past 30 years. A total of 90 topsoil samples have been collected from agricultural fields, including vegetable and orchard soils in the city, and eight heavy metals （As, Cu, Cd, Cr, Hg, Ni, Pb, and Zn） and other items （pH values and organic matter） have been analyzed, to evaluate the influence of anthropic activities on the environmental quality of agricultural soils and to identify the spatial distribution of trace elements and possible sources of trace elements. The elements Hg, Pb, and Cd have accumulated remarkably here, incomparison with the soil background content of elements in guangdong （广东） Province. Pollution is more serious in the western plain and the central region, which are heavily distributed with industries and rivers. Multivariate and geostatistical methods have been applied to differentiate the influences of natural processes and human activities on the pollution of heavy metals in topsoils in the study area. The results of cluster analysis （CA） and factor analysis （FA） show that Ni, Cr, Cu, Zn, and As are grouped in factor F1, Pb in F2, and Cd and Hg in F3, respectively. The spatial pattern of the three factors may be well demonstrated by geostatistical analysis. It is shown that the first factor could be considered as a natural source controlled by parent rocks. The second factor could be referred to as ＂industrial and traffic pollution sources＂. The source of the third factor is mainly controlled by long-term anthropic activities, as a consequence of agricultural activities, fossil fuel consumption, and atmospheric deposition.

Background Decreasing the intracranial pressure has been advocated as one of the major protective strategies to prevent spinal cord ischemia after endovascular aortic repair. However, the actual changes of cerebrospinal fluid （CSF） pressure and its relation with spinal cord ischemia have been poorly understood. We performed CSF pressure measurements and provisional CSF withdrawal after thoracic endovascular aortic repair, and compared the changes of CSF pressure in high risk patients and in patients with new onset paraplegia and paraparesis.

Narrowband light-emitting materials play critical roles in improving the color gamut and energy consumption of electroluminescence. Herein we demonstrated that by regulating the ground state resonance structure form of emitters with polycyclic aromatic heterocycles, the high-energy vibration of the C–C bond can be effectively suppressed, resulting in narrow emission like classical cyanine dyes. The designed compounds consist of twist and planar conformation, while having differences in the orientation of the positioning electron-donating(nitrogen) and electron-accepting(carbonyl) groups in the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon skeleton. The resulting compound Ac-Ph-Ac with a dominated zwitterionic resonance structure exhibits a relatively wide electroluminescent profile with the full width at half maximum(FWHM) of 42 nm and moderate device performance. In contrast, the “soliton transition” of 2AcPh based on the cyanine limit character effectively suppresses C–C stretching vibration in the polycyclic aromatic heterocycle skeleton, leading to a narrow electroluminescent profile with FWHM of 30 nm(0.16 eV)associated with an impressively high external quantum efficiency of 28.52%, which is among the highest efficiencies of so far reported non-sensitized organic light-emitting diodes.
