The relationship between the factor of temperature difference of the near-surface layer(T_(1000 hPa)-T_(2m))and sea fog is analyzed using the NCEP reanalysis with a horizontal resolution of l°xl°(2000 to 2011) and the station observations(2010 to 2011).The element is treated as the prediction variable factor in the GRAPES model and used to improve the regional prediction of sea fog on guangdong coastland.(1) The relationship between this factor and the occurrence of sea fog is explicit:When the sea fog happens,the value of this factor is always large in some specific periods,and the negative value of this factor decreases significantly or turns positive,suggesting the enhancement of warm and moist advection of air flow near the surface,which favors the development of sea fog.(2) The transportation of warm and moist advection over guangdong coastland is featured by some stages and the jumping among these *** also gets stronger over ***,the northward propagation of warm and moist advection is quite consistent with the northward advancing of sea fog from south to north along the coastland of China.(3) The GRAPES model can well simulate and realize the factor of near-surface temperature ***,the accuracy of regional prediction of marine fog,the relevant threat score and Heidke skill score are all improved when the factor is involved.

We perform Rayleigh wave tomography in east guangdong and its surrounding regions by applying the ambient noise method to broadband data recorded at 26 stations from guangdong,Fujian and Jiangxi Digital Seismic ***-correlations of verticalcomponent ambient noise data are computed in one-day segments and stacked over seven months from March to September,*** Rayleigh wave group dispersion curves are measured using the frequency-time analysis *** velocity maps at periods from5s to 15s are *** resulting group velocity maps generally show good correlation with tectonic features,reflecting the velocity variations in the shallow *** basin areas are clearly resolved with lower group velocities at the short periods due to thick sedimentary layers,and the mountain areas with higher group velocities due to thin sedimentary *** variations of group velocity on the map can draw out the distribution of basins and mountains in study *** geothermal field can change the group velocity obviously,and lower group velocities are always found in high geothermal *** velocity maps indicate that a low-velocity layer may be found in the study areas.

Respiratory syncytial viruses(RSV) including subgroups A(RSV-A) and B(RSV-B) are an important cause of acute respiratory tract infections worldwide. RSV-A include major epidemic strains. Fundamental questions concerning the evolution, persistence and transmission of RSV-A are critical for disease control and prevention,yet remain unanswered. In this study,we generated 64 complete G gene sequences of RSV-A strains collected between 2008 and 2015 in guangdong,China. Phylogenetic analysis was undertaken by incorporating 572 publicly available RSV-A sequences. Current data indicate that genotypes GA1,GA4 and GA5 are endemic with limited epidemic activity. In contrast,the GA2 genotype which likely originated in 1980 has spread rapidly and caused epidemics worldwide. By analyzing GA2 genotype sequences across epidemic seasons within guangdong,we find that RSV-A epidemics in guangdong are caused by a combination of virus importation and local persistence,although the magnitude of the latter is likely overestimated due to infrequent sampling in other regions. Our results provide new insights into RSV-A evolution and transmission at global and local scales and highlights the rapid and wide spread of genotype GA2 compared to other genotypes. In order to control RSV transmission and outbreak,both local persistence and external introduction should be taken into account when designing optimal strategies.

Semen samples were collected from 1213 fertile men whose partners had a time-to-pregnancy （TTP） _〈12 months in guangdong Province in Southern China, and semen parameters including semen volume, sperm concentration, total counts, motility, and morphology were evaluated according to the World Health Organization （WHO） 2010 guideline. All semen parameters analyzed were normal in ~62.2% of the total samples, whereas 37.8% showed at least one of the semen parameters below normal threshold values. The fifth centiles （with 95% confidence intervals） were 1.3 （1.2-1.5） ml for semen volume, 20 x 106 （18x106- 20x106） m1-1 for sperm concentration, 40 x 106 （38x106-44x106） per ejaculate for total sperm counts, 48% （47%-53%） for vitality, 39% （36%-43%） for total motility, 25% （23%-27%） for sperm progressive motility, 5.0% （4%,5%） for normal morphology. The pH values ranged from 7.2 to 8.0 with the mean ~ standard deviation at 7.32 ~ 0.17. No effects of age and body mass index were found on semen parameters. Occupation, smoking and alcohol abuse, varicocele appeared to decrease semen quality. Sperm concentration, but not sperm morphology, is positively correlated with TTP, whereas vitality is negatively correlated with TTP. Our study provides the latest reference values for the semen parameters of Chinese fertile men in guangdong Province, which are close to those described in the new WHO guidelines （5th Edition）.

SARS-CoV-2 Aerosol Transmission Through Vertical Sanitary Drains in High-Rise Buildings--Shenzhen,guangdong Province,China,March 2022

Objective:The current study aimed to examine the effects of daily change of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Index on cardiovascular mortality in Guangzhou and Taishan,***:Daily mortality and stock performance data during 2006-2010 were collected to construct the time series for the two cities.A distributed lag non-linear model was utilized to examine the effect of dally stock index changes on cardiovascular mortality after controlling for potential confounding ***:We observed a delayed non-linear effect of the stock index change on cardiovascular mortality:both rising and declining of the stock index were associated with increased cardiovascular *** Guangzhou,the 15-25 lag days cumulative relative risk of an 800 Index drop was 2.08(95%a 138-3.14),and 2.38(95%CI:1.31-431) for an 800 stock index Increase on the cardiovascular mortality,*** taishan,the cumulative relative risk over 15-25 days lag was1.65(95%CI:1.13-2.42) for an 800 Index drop and 2.08(95%CI 1.26-3.42) for an 800 Index rising,***:Large ups and downs in daily stock index might be Important predictor of cardiovascular mortality.

Through building an indicator system for evaluating the marine sci-tech innovation ability of China's coastal provinces,this paper made a comparative analysis on marine sci-tech innovation ability of 11 coastal provinces in 2011-2013 by the principal components analysis( PCA) method. It found these coastal regions can be divided into three levels. guangdong Province belongs to the first level because its marine sci-tech innovation ability is relatively high. On this basis,it analyzed changes in marine sci-tech innovation ability of 11 coastal provinces with the aid of DEA's Malmquist productivity index model. Results indicate that the overall marine sci-tech innovation ability of 11 coastal provinces is rising,but there is significant difference between provinces and the influence of regional economic development level is not *** progress is main driver for promoting marine sci-tech innovation ability of guangdong Province and major factor influencing ranking of total factor productivity.

After the“restoration”of guangdong Province in 1912,the government has been working hard to construct an advanced and civilized city image of guangdong *** October of the same year,the guangdong Education Museum,which is located in the Department of Education of guangdong Province,opened in a hurry,trying to inspire a new chapter in the understanding of Chinese civilization with educational *** paper attempts to explore the cultural relationship between the exhibition mode,exhibition logic,social activities,human cognition,and urban space through a case study of the development of the regional *** the one hand,the development of its form paradigm has gone through the superposition of the texts and practical experience of the construction of the Oriental Learning and Education Museum,the exhibition of educational products in 1904,the Nanyang Business Association in 1910,the guangdong Education Conference,etc.,and various related museum experience and cultural behaviors have been highlighted,forming a standardized exhibition of Educational Museum;on the other hand,Zhong Rongguang and others have created an exhibition of Educational Museum in the social activities of“model province”,guangdong Education Museum,as an important cultural index of Guangzhou,the capital city of guangdong Province,constituted an important landscape of the metropolis in the early Republic of China,thus shaping and influencing the social and cultural space tone of Guangzhou after the 1920s.
