The combined effects of stretching and single-walled carbon nanotubes （SWCNTs） on crystalline structure and mechanical properties were systematically investigated in melt-spun polypropylene （PP） fibers prepared at two different draw ratios. The dispersion, alignment of the SWCNT bundles and interfacial crystalline structure in the composite fibers are significantly influenced by the stretching force during the melt spinning. The nanohybrid shish kebab （NHSK） superstructure where extended PP chains and aligned SWCNT bundle as hybrid shish and PP lamellae as kebab has been successfully obtained in the composite fibers prepared at the high draw ratio and the related formation mechanism is discussed based on the results of morphological observations and 2d-SAXS patterns. Large improvement in tensile strength and modulus has been realized at the high draw ratio due to the enhanced orientation and dispersion of SWCNT bundles as well as the formation of NHSK.

Based on the second integrable ease of known two-dimensional Hamiltonian system with a quartie potentiM, we propose a 4 × 4 matrix speetrM problem and derive a hierarchy of coupled KdV equations and their Hamiltonian structures. It is shown that solutions of the coupled KdV equations in the hierarchy are reduced to solving two compatible systems of ordinary differentiM equations. As an application, quite a few explicit solutions of the coupled KdV equations are obtained via using separability for the second integrable ease of the two-dimensional Hamiltonian system.

480 healthy 1-day-old male yellow-feathered chickens were selected and assigned randomly into groups A and B,each having 6 pens with 40 birds per *** birds in group A were fed with wheatbased diet and group B with wheat-based diet supplemented with xylanase(1.2×l0~4 U/kg diet).On day 16,two birds per replication with average live weight were selected and *** samples of jejunum and ileum were collected to detect mRNA expression of cationic amino acid transporters using *** results showed that xylanase significantly increased the abundance of mRNA for rBAT and CAT4 in the intestines of broilers fed with wheat-based diets(P0.05),y^+LAT2,CAT1 and CAT4 in ileum(P>0.05).The treatment had no effect on the expression of rBAT mRNA in ileum(P>0.05).

We propose a new repeat-until-success （RUS） measurement-based scheme to implement quantum controlled phase gates according to the effect of dipole-induced-transparency （DIT） in a cavity and single-photon interference at a 50：50 beam-splitter. In our scheme, the DIT effect can appropriately attach a photon to the state of the dipoles according to their initial state, and in this way, a suitably encoded dipole-photon state is thus prepared. The measurement of the photon after it passing through a 50：50 beam-splitter can project the encoded matter-photon state to either a desired phase gate operation for the matter qubits or to their initial states. The recurrence of the initial state permits us to implement the desired entangling gate in a RUS way.

The three-layered(W-60 vol%Cu/W-40 vol%Cu/W-20 vol%Cu)W/Cu functionally graded material(FGM)containing a Cu network structure was fabricated at different temperatures by hot-pressed sintering produced from copper-coated tungsten *** effects of various sintering temperatures on relative density,microstructure,thermal conductivity,hardness and flexural strength were *** electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD)analysis show that a Cu network extends throughout the W/Cu FGM specimens sintered at 1065℃and the graded structure can be retained perfectly,and W particles are distributed *** low-temperature sintering densification of W/Cu FGM arises because the sintering mode of the copper-coated tungsten particles includes just sintering Cu to Cu,rather than Cu to W,Cu to Cu and W to W,as required for conventional powder *** relative density of W/Cu FGM sintered at 1065℃for 3 h under a load of25 MPa is 96.1%.The thermal conductivity is up to204 W·m^-1·K^-1 at normal temperature and 150 W·m^-1·K^-1at 800℃.And the Vickers hardness varies with the gradient of different layers from 3.34 to 4.05 GPa.

Antioxidant and Anti-inflammatory Capacity of Ferulic Acid Released from Wheat Bran by Solid-state Fermentation of Aspergillus niger

Objective A strain of Aspergillus niger(A. niger), capable of releasing bound phenolic acids from wheat bran, was isolated. This strain was identified by gene sequence identification. The antioxidant and anti-inflammatory capacity of ferulic acid released from wheat bran by this A. niger strain(FA-WB) were evaluated. Methods Molecular identification techniques based on PCR analysis of specific genomic sequences were conducted; antioxidant ability was examined using oxygen radical absorbance capacity(ORAC), cellular antioxidant activity(CAA) assays, and erythrocyte hemolysis assays. RAW264.7 cells were used as a model to detect anti-inflammatory activity. Results The filamentous fungal isolate was identified to be A. niger. ORAC and CAA assay showed that FA-WB had better antioxidant activity than that of the ferulic acid standard. The erythrocyte hemolysis assay results suggested that FA-WB could attenuate AAPH-induced oxidative stress through inhibition of reactive oxy gen species(ROS) generation. FA-WB could significantly restore the AAPH-induced increase in intracellular antioxidant enzyme activities to normal levels as well as inhibit the intracellular malondialdehyde formation. TNF-?, IL-6, and NO levels indicated that FA-WB can inhibit the inflammation induced by lipopolysaccharide(LPS). Conclusion Ferulic acid released from wheat bran by a new strain of A. niger had good anti-inflammatory activity and better antioxidant ability than standard ferulic acid.

The title compound of physalin B（C28H32O9）, a main active physalin of Physalis angulata L, was isolated from the whole plant of Physalis angulata L, and characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21 with C28H32O9, a = 12.4996（2）, b = 14.35620（10）, c = 14.75190（10）, V = 2607.97（5） 3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.382 mg/cm3, Mr = 542.56, F（000） = 1152, and μ = 0.870 mm-1. The final R = 0.0389 and wR = 0.1037 for 47670 observed reflections（I 〉 2σ（I））. The rigid molecule consists of eight fused rings involving two lactones. There are two C28H32O9 molecules in an symmetric unit, and the title compound is stacked into a 3D layer structure through hydrogen bonds. In the 5~20 μmol/L range, physalin B can significantly inhibit the secretion of inflammatory cytokines TNF-α and IL-6 on RAW264.7 cells. The results suggest that physalin B has anti-inflammatory activity in vitro.

An Anonymous Authentication Scheme Withstanding the Conspiracy Attack

A novel anonymous authentication scheme is proposed based on the ring signature. In the scheme, the private key and the the freely chosen anonymity set are used to achieve anonymous authentication. In terms of the threshold sharing, a group of t members jointly implement threshold tracking. In order to improve the security of tracking, message recovery equation is used to verify and recover data leaked by the user. Compared with Liu et al’s scheme, the proposed scheme can resist conspiracy tracking and has less computational cost. On the premise of the discrete-logarithm-based assumption put forth by Lysyanskaya, Rivest, Sahai, and Wolf（LRSW） and Diffie-Hellman（DDH） assumption, the scheme is proved to meet the demands of anonymous authentication. The scheme has broad application prospects in many fields such as ad hoc network, electronic voting, and so on.
