With the rapid development of artificial intelligence,the Internet of Things(IoT)can deploy various machine learning algorithms for network and application *** the IoT environment,many sensors and devices generatemassive data,but data security and privacy protection have become a serious *** learning(FL)can achieve many intelligent IoT applications by training models on local devices and allowing AI training on distributed IoT devices without data *** review aims to deeply explore the combination of FL and the IoT,and analyze the application of federated learning in the IoT from the aspects of security and privacy *** this paper,we first describe the potential advantages of FL and the challenges faced by current IoT systems in the fields of network burden and privacy ***,we focus on exploring and analyzing the advantages of the combination of FL on the Internet,including privacy security,attack detection,efficient communication of the IoT,and enhanced learning *** also list various application scenarios of FL on the ***,we propose several open research challenges and possible solutions.

A scheme based on irregular V-shaped silicon nanoantennas is proposed to optimize transverse unidirectional scattering under plane wave irradiation. Traditional methods of designing regular shapes offer fewer parameters and higher search efficiency. However, due to the limitations of regular shapes, it is challenging to meet high-precision design requirements. Irregular shape design allows for a broader range of adjustments, but the complexity of shape parameters leads to lower search efficiency and a higher likelihood of converging to local optima.

We verified that the matrix method, a process analysis method used mainly for life cycle inventory analysis, has several advantages in the analysis of power systems, which have recently become more complex to enhance efficiency and to reduce C02 emissions. While designing a conceptual thermodynamic model of a complex power system, the matrix method provides a definite procedure and facilitates calculations, even if there is a recttrsive loop between the upstream and downstream processes. Similarly, in the case of partial modification to the constructed model, the matrix method can potentially reduce the time and effort required to calculate the thermodynamic balances, even if the constructed model is designed by others. In this study, we obtained mass flow and energy balances of example model power systems by the matrix method from the common thermodynamic conditions including temperatures and pressures which are set on the basis of an existing industrial steam power system. While analyzing the environmental impact of complex multiproduct power systems, such as carbon emissions, the matrix method can be used to easily derive the environmental impact of each final product. We could verify the efficacy of the matrix method in accurately deriving that of an example model power system.

Although deep learning methods have been widely applied in slam visual odometry over the past decade with impressive improvements， the accuracy remains limited in complex dynamic environments. In this paper， a composite mask-based generative adversarial network is introduced to predict camera motion and binocular depth maps. Specifically， a perceptual generator is constructed to obtain the corresponding parallax map and optical flow from between two neighboring frames. Then， an iterative pose improvement strategy is proposed to improve the accuracy of pose estimation. Finally， a composite mask is embedded in the discriminator to sense structural deformation in the synthesized virtual image， thereby increasing the overall structural constraints of the network model， improving the accuracy of camera pose estimation， and reducing drift issues in the Visual Odometer. Detailed quantitative and qualitative evaluations on the KITTI dataset show that the proposed framework outperforms existing conventional， supervised learning and unsupervised depth VO methods， providing better results in both pose estimation and depth estimation.

Feature selection is a crucial step in data preprocessing because feature selection reduces the dimensionality of data by eliminating irrelevant and redundant features. Since manual labeling is expensive, unsupervised feature selection has received increasing attention in recent years. However, existing unsupervised feature selection methods tend to prioritize selecting highly correlated features over exploring feature diversity. Thus, a regularized fractal autoencoder (RFAE) method is proposed to select informative features in an unsupervised way. Specifically, the fractal autoencoder network extends autoencoders to construct a correspondence neural network and a selection neural network. The correspondence neural network exploits interfeature correlations and the selection neural network selects the informative features. A redundancy regularization strategy consists of a redundancy elimination regularization term based on the dependency between features and a sparse regularization term based on the group lasso. The redundancy regularization strategy eliminates feature subset redundancy and enhances network generalization ability. Extensive experimental results on six publicly available datasets show that the proposed RFAE outperforms the compared methods regarding clustering accuracy and classification accuracy. Moreover, the proposed RFAE achieves acceptable computation efficiency.

In the field of optoelectronics, certain types of data may be difficult to accurately annotate, such as high-resolution optoelectronic imaging or imaging in certain special spectral ranges. Weakly supervised learning can provide a more reliable approach in these situations. Current popular approaches mainly adopt the classification-based class activation maps (CAM) as initial pseudo labels to solve the task.

The entire process of oxygen transport in microcirculation by developing a3 D porous media model is calculated numerically with coupled solid deformation-fluid seepage-convection and diffusion. The principal novelty of the model is that it takes into account volumetric deformation of both capillary and tissues resulting from capillary fluctuation. How solid deformation, fluid seepage, and convection-diffusion combine to affect oxygen transport is examined quantitatively：（1） Solid deformation is more significant in the middle of capillary, where the maximum value of volumetric deformation reaches about 0.5%.（2） Solid deformation has positive influence on the tissue fluid so that it flows more uniformly and causes oxygen to be transported more uniformly, and eventually impacts oxygen concentration by 0.1%–0.5%.（3） Convection-diffusion coupled deformation and seepage has a maximum（16%） and average（3%） increase in oxygen concentration,compared with pure molecular diffusion. Its more significant role is to allow oxygen to be transported more evenly.

Developing a bridge capping layer between perovskite and hole transport layer materials（HTMs） in the n-i-p perovskite solar cells（pero-SCs） is an effective approach to modify the morphology of HTMs and passivate the perovskite ***, we select the quinoxaline-based bifunctional passivation agent, quinoxalin-6-yl-methylamine hydrochloride（Qx MACl）,as the bridging layer, and a D-A copolymer PBQ12 containing the same quinoxaline unit as an HTM for the n-i-p pero-SCs. Due to the π-π stacking among the common quinoxaline units in the bridge layer and HTM, Qx MACl induces the π-π stacking of the PBQ12 film and improves the film morphology of HTMs with better conductivity. Additionally, Qx MACl can effectively passivate the perovskite surface, and PBQ12 possesses appropriate energy levels and high hole mobility. The pero-SCs based on FAPbI3with PBQ12/Qx MACl treatment showed a higher power conversion efficiency（PCE） of 24.05% and outstanding stability, maintaining 95.4% and 92.1% of its initial PCE after 750 h of storage and after over 800 h of thermal annealing at 85 °C, respectively. To further enhance the PCE of the PBQ12/Qx MACl-based devices, we developed a non-metal ion dopant for the PBQ12 HTM. Through trace doping of PBQ12 HTM by the non-metal ion dopant, the PCE of the PBQ12/Qx MACl-based devices reached 25.24%（the calibrated PCE of 24.55% by the National Institute of Metrology, China）.

In order to better build the neutral beam injector with negative ion source (NNBI), the pre-research on key technologies has been carried out for the comprehensive research facility for fusion technology (CRFFT). Cesium seeding into negative-ion sources is a prerequisite to obtain the required negative hydrogen ion. The performance of ion source largely depends on the cesium conditions in the source. It is very necessary to quantitatively measure the amount of cesium in the source during the plasma on and off periods (vacuum stage).
