Xi Jinping's Theory of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era is the newest theoretical achievement of Communist Party of China, and it is urgent and necessary to assimilate this theory into college ideological and political education. This article takes graduate students as example, studies the current situation and effectiveness of students in learning Xi Jinping's Theory of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era in depth and the countermeasures, and finds out effective educational implementation path, media carrier and power support for the fusion of college ideological and political education and the theory.

After analysis of the existing problems of traditional RBAC model, user group and resource domain are introduced to conduct finely granular extension of RBAC model. Extended model reduces the redundancy of roles, lowers the complexity of authorization management and enhances the flexibility and maintainability of users＇ authorization. It is well proved in its application in postgraduate student management system.

Questionnaires and interviews are employed in this paper to investigate and analyze the situation with respect to express packaging waste at the graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences(GCASS).The survey results show that:(1)the campus receives a large number of express packages and there is,in turn,a considerable amount of packaging waste;(2)there are four main types of express packaging materials:paper packaging,plastic bags,wrapping tapes and package fillers;(3)neither the students nor the school perform well in the recycling of express packaging waste;(4)the samples investigated in this paper can be divided into four categories by cluster analysis,and the author infers from this that the colleges and universities with a large proportion of female students should pay more attention to the issue of recycling of express packaging *** suggestions are presented based on the research results:(1)establishing a campus waste recycling system is the most efficient way to solve the problem of express packaging waste at GCASS;(2)we should advocate for green packaging and manage it from the source of waste generation because most of the express packaging material does not easily degrade naturally,and this represents a huge hidden danger to human health and the environment;(3)the school should cultivate student awareness of environmental *** education and penalties are implemented together,the recovery system will run better.

1 Background The fast development of China＇s postgraduate education has led to a total number of 2 million en- rolled graduate students with about 70 000 doctoral degree recipients and 500 000 master＇s degree recip- ients each year （Zhu et al., 2014）. The policy adopted by many universities that a certain number of pub- lished articles are necessary for their degrees means that almost all the graduate students have started their paper writing and submitting when they are still at school.

Variations in the mental health and sense of coherence (SOC) of new graduate nurses and the effects of SOC on variations in mental health

The paper aims at exploring the ability and performance of female doctoral candidates in Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. Based on relevant information at the entry and exit levels, the paper reveals that women participation is high in Science despite an earlier finding which suggests high participation in Art and Humanities. Regardless of specialization, the paper shows that females whom achieved better results in their undergraduate level are more ready and capable to undertake doctoral degree. Female doctoral candidates also performed better in their thesis examination and form substantial proportion of candidates graduated on time in Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.

The current research conducted a longitudinal study of new graduate nurses at 3 times-prior to their employment as nurses and 3 months and 1 year afterward. This study yielded 3 findings. 1) The mental health of new graduate nurses significantly worsens 3 months after employment as a nurse and mental health 1 year after employment as a nurse was significantly worse than that before employment. 2) A sense of coherence (SOC) is the ability to cope with stressors, and the 3 components of SOC decreased significantly in the year after employment as a nurse. 3) The mental health of new graduate nurses was significantly affected by a low SOC and by previous diminishing of SOC. Findings suggested the importance of support to sustain and improve the mental health of new graduate nurses and the importance of approaches in the workplace to encourage the development of SOC.

Higher education institutions invest a significant amount of resources every year to recruit new ***,higher education administrators have been continuously facing challenges in enrollment management due to the demographic shifts,dramatic increases in educational costs,intense competition among institutions,and the uncertain nature of human selection patterns(Baum,Kurose,&McPherson,2013).[3]Today's post-baccalaureate applicants are more knowledgeable than in previous years,because they can access information on a specific graduate program,in a given college,at any *** reported in numerous studies,the number of graduate students switching out of their universities continues to be an essential issue.A useful prediction model of matriculation that uses available student data is highly desirable to assist the graduate students with timely advising early in their *** study was designed to build a predictive model for the probability that a specific admitted graduate student will *** results indicated that ten predictive variables were statistically significant at the.05 *** an assistantship made the most substantial positive contribution in predicting student matriculation,followed by FAFSA,experience with the university,campus,degree level,college,gender,age,the number of days between application and admission,and distance to the *** study's results could be beneficial for improving marketing efforts aimed toward individuals with characteristics most likely to *** could calculate the predictive score(or percentage)for each prospective student based on the predictive *** efforts could then concentrate on those applicants whose predictive score is high and eliminate the low qualifying students from their recruitment plan.

By automatically learning the priors embedded in images with powerful modelling ca-pabilities,deep learning-based algorithms have recently made considerable progress in reconstructing the high-resolution hyperspectral(HR-HS)*** previously collected large-amount of external data,these methods are intuitively realised under the full supervision of the ground-truth ***,the database construction in merging the low-resolution(LR)HS(LR-HS)and HR multispectral(MS)or RGB image research paradigm,commonly named as HSI SR,requires collecting corresponding training triplets:HR-MS(RGB),LR-HS and HR-HS image simultaneously,and often faces dif-ficulties in *** learned models with the training datasets collected simultaneously under controlled conditions may significantly degrade the HSI super-resolved perfor-mance to the real images captured under diverse *** handle the above-mentioned limitations,the authors propose to leverage the deep internal and self-supervised learning to solve the HSI SR *** authors advocate that it is possible to train a specific CNN model at test time,called as deep internal learning(DIL),by on-line preparing the training triplet samples from the observed LR-HS/HR-MS(or RGB)images and the down-sampled LR-HS ***,the number of the training triplets extracted solely from the transformed data of the observation itself is extremely few particularly for the HSI SR tasks with large spatial upscale factors,which would result in limited reconstruction *** solve this problem,the authors further exploit deep self-supervised learning(DSL)by considering the observations as the unlabelled training ***,the degradation modules inside the network were elaborated to realise the spatial and spectral down-sampling procedures for transforming the generated HR-HS estimation to the high-resolution RGB/LR-HS approximation,and then the reconstruction errors of the observations were formulated for mea
