The influence of non-dimensional rotational velocity, flow Reynolds number and Prandtl number of the fluid on laminar forced convection from a rotating horizontal cylinder subject to constant heat flux boundary condition is numerically investigated. The numerical simulations have been conducted using commercial Computational Fluid Dynamics package CFX available in ANSYS Workbench 14. Results are presented for the non-dimensional rotational velocity α ranging from 0 to 4, flow Reynolds number from 25 to 40 and Prandtl number of the fluid from 0.7 to 5.4. The rotational effects results in reduction in heat transfer compared to heat transfer from stationary heated cylinder due to thickening of boundary layer as consequence of the rotation of the cylinder. Heat transfer rate increases with increase in Prandtl number of the fluid.

The broadband, narrow width, rectangular dielectric resonator antenna(RDRA) of aluminum nitride(εr=8.6) was designed and the effect of inclusion of air gap at the bottom of the dielectric resonator antenna(DRA),above the ground plane, was investigated. Gain around 7 dBi was obtained for DRA with air gap(DRAAG) over a broad bandwidth in upper X, Ku, and K bands. Further enhancement in gain could be obtained by placing a metal wall parallel to the length of DRA. However, due to the presence of metal wall, bandwidth was reduced. These structures with the metal wall are capable of operating over a wide band extending from Ku band to lower K band with the gain of around 10 dBi. CST Microwave Studio Software was used to simulate all these *** parameters of DRA with air gap were compared with several broadband DRA structures reported in recent literature. The proposed DRAAG with the metal wall in this paper is capable of operating over a wide bandwidth along with a significant gain.

Wavelength-dependent mathematical modelling of the differential energy change of a photon has been performed inside a proposed hypothetical optical *** existence of this medium demands certain mathematical constraints,which have been derived in *** reverse modelling,a medium satisfying the derived conditions is proven to store energy as the photon propagates from the entry to exit point.A single photon with a given intensity is considered in the analysis and hypothesized to possess a definite non-zero probability of maintaining its energy and velocity functions analytic inside the proposed optical medium,despite scattering,absorption,fluorescence,heat generation,and other nonlinear *** energy and velocity functions are thus singly and doubly differentiable with respect to *** solution of the resulting second-order differential equation in two variables proves that energy storage or energy flotation occurs inside a medium with a refractive index satisfying the described mathematical *** minimum-value-normalized refractive index profiles of the modelled optical medium for transformed wavelengths both inside the medium and for vacuum have been *** proofs,design equations,and detailed numerical analyses are presented in the paper.

The fifth-generation(5G)wireless technology is the most recent standardization in communication services of interest across the *** concept of Multiple-Input-Multiple-Output antenna(MIMO)systems has recently been incorporated to operate at higher frequencies without *** paper addresses,design of a high-gain MIMO antenna that offers a bandwidth of 400 MHz and 2.58 GHz by resonating at 28 and 38 GHz,respectively for 5G millimeter(mm)-wave *** proposed design is developed on a RT Duroid 5880 substrate with a single elemental dimension of 9.53×7.85×0.8 mm^(3).The patch antenna is fully grounded and is fed with a 50-ohm stepped impedance microstrip *** also has an I-shaped slot and two electromagnetically coupled parasitic slotted *** design is initially constructed as a single-element structure and proceeded to a six-element MIMO antenna configuration with overall dimensions of 50×35×0.8 mm^(3).The simulated prototype is fabricated and measured for analyzing its performance characteristics,along with MIMO antenna diversity performance factors making the proposed antenna suitable for 5G mm-wave and 5G-operated handheld devices.

Metal-organic frameworks （MOFs）,that have emerged as promising electrocatalysts in oxygen evolution reaction （OER）,usually undergo structural reconstruction to form metal hydroxides as active ***,it remains a great challenge to design and synthesize ideal MOF-based pre-catalysts for properly cognizing and utilizing the reconstruction process toward efficient OER ***,the well-defined MOF-808 is post-modified by 2-hydroxyphosphonoacetic acid （HPAA） to form a micro-adsorber that enables to capture of metal ions ***3+and Ni2+ions are synergistically anchored into the microadsorber,developing a Fe/Ni-containing pre-catalyst that can be dynamically electrooxidized to be an active and stable dual-site electrocatalyst denoted by R-MOF-HPAA@FeNi with abundant metal *** a result,R-MOF-HPAA@FeNi exhibits an excellent OER performance with a low overpotential of 272 mV and Tafel slope of 35.9 m V dec-1,as well as long-term stability over 300 h at 10 m A *** and theoretical calculations suggest the resulting catalyst mainly follows a lattice oxygen mechanism （LOM） of dual-metal-site mechanism （DMSM）.Owing to the chelating role of HPAA,the post-synthesized MOF-HPAA behaves as a trap to uniformly and firmly adhere Fe3+and Ni2+ions,leading to a functionalized MOF-based pre-catalyst which can be structurally evolved into atomic level-distributed OER electrocatalysts.

Agriculture plays a vital role in economic *** major pro-blem faced by the farmers are the selection of suitable crops based on environ-mental conditions such as weather,soil nutrients,*** farmers were following ancestral patterns,which could sometimes lead to the wrong selection of *** this research work,the feature selection method is adopted to improve the performance of the classiﬁ*** most relevant features from the dataset are obtained using a Probabilistic Feature Selection(PFS)approach,and classiﬁ-cation is done using a Neural Fuzzy Classiﬁer(NFC).Scaling Conjugate Gradient(SCG)optimization method is used to update the *** data set used for analysis contain various parameters such as soil characteristics,geographical loca-tion,and environmental factors such as temperature and *** proposed method recommends suitable crops for cultivation based on site-speciﬁc *** result shows that the proposed method provides high accu-racy and efﬁciency as compared to existing methodologies.
