Jiama is a giant,high-grade porphyry copper system in the Gangdese metallogenic belt,*** intermediate-felsic porphyries intruded in this deposit,some of which are strongly associated with copper-polymetallic *** ore-bearing porphyries include monzogranite,granodiorite,and quartz diorite porphyries.A new granite aplite dyke was found in the south of *** age,genesis,and relationship with ore-related magmatism are ***,its emplacement age and petrogenesis were determined using mineralogy,zircon U-Pb dating,geochemistry,and Sr-Nd-Pb isotope *** zircon LA-ICP-MS U-Pb age of the aplite dyke is 16.66±0.21 Ma(n=14,MSWD=0.66),earlier than that of the ore-bearing porphyries(~15 Ma)in ***,the aplite exhibits high amounts of silicon(SiO_(2)=73.39%-74.74%),potassium(K_(2)O=5.12%-6.61%),aluminum(Al_(2)O_(3)=14.25%-14.69%),and light/heavy rare earth elements(LREE/HREE=12.12-16.19)as well as negative europium(δEu=0.47-0.72)and weak negative cerium anomalies(δCe=0.84-0.93).The aplite dyke is characteristic of metaluminous-peraluminous I-type granite,which is rich in large-ion lithophile elements(Rb,Ba,Th and U)and depleted in high-field-strength elements(Nb,P and Ti).The aplite dyke and ore-bearing porphyries in the Jiama deposit are the results of a partial melting of the juvenile lower crust,according to whole-rock geochemistry and Sr-Nd-Pb isotope data,but the dyke and ore-bearing porphyries were emplaced from the same magma chamber at different ***,the aplite dyke shows the composition of the early evolution stage of shallow magma in the Jiama deposit and is the product of rapid condensation and crystallization.

The Lower Triassic Feixianguan （飞仙关） Formation oolitic shoal reservoir in the Sichuan （四川） basin （southwest china） is currently an exploration and research highlight in china. The reservoir is widely believed to be formed mainly by burial dissolution and/or dolomitization on the basis of primary intergranular pores. In this study, through a comprehensive geological study on the whole basin, the dissolution and dolomitization are suggested not to be the fundamental factor of reservoir formation and there thus may be a possible new fundamental mechanism-the preservation of primary intergranular pores, i.e., the retention diagenesis. Based on this, a complex and multi-stage reservoir evolution and formation model is proposed. In the model, the depositional environment is the basis of reservoir initial formation. Subsequently, early compaction and shallow burial cementation result in the primary reservoir differentiation. Then, multi-stage burial dissolution alters and adjusts the reservoir. Because the last stage gaseous hydrocarbons have little diagenetic impact, the reservoir is formed finally. Therefore, this study presents a possible new fundamental mechanism and evolution model for the reservoir formation. The results can be applied in the regional reservoir predication and shaping exploration strategies, and provide reference for the study of shoal reservoirs in other areas.

Analysis and Evaluation of Nutritional Quality in Chinese Radish (Raphanus sativus L.)

Radish （Raphanus sativus L.） is an important vegetable crop worldwide. High nutritional quality was critical in its genetic improvement and production. The nutritional quality of 42 Chinese radish cultivars was analyzed in this study. The contents of six nutritional facts, dry matter （DM）, crude fiber （CF）, total soluble sugar （TSS）, vitamin C （Vc）, protein, and nitrate, ranged from 29.7 to 88.2, 4.507 to 18.546, 2.233 to 15.457, 0.1416 to 0.3341, 0.34 to 1.15, and 1.81 to 5.89 g·kg^-1 fresh weight （FW）, respectively. Significant differences among the 42 radish cultivars were detected in the contents of nutritional facts. The data were subjected to cross-correlation analysis and principal component analysis （PCA）. It was found that DM content was positively correlated with the content of TSS （r=0.7104）, Vc （r=0.4011） and protein （r=0.4120）. Vitamin C （Vc） content of radish showed a positive correlation （r = 0.3300） with the protein content. According to the principal component analysis, out of the 42 radish cultivars, Nau-17, Nau-28, Nau-6, Nau-11, Nau-10, Nau-27, and Nau-31 were detected with very high scores in comprehensive evaluation. It could be concluded that abundant diversity of nutritional fact content occurred in different radish genotypes, and PCA analysis was effective for selecting radish germplasm with high quality. The results could contribute useful knowledge of nutritional quality, and provide important germplasms for the elite cultivar development and the inheritance study of nutritional facts in radish.

According to the capillary theory,an equivalent capillary model of micro-resistivity imaging logging was *** this basis,the theoretical models of porosity spectrum(Ф_(i)),permeability spectrum(K_(i))and equivalent capillary pressure curve(pe)were established to reflect the reservoir *** promote the application of the theoretical models,the Archie's equation was introduced to establish a general model for quantitatively characterizing bi,K,and *** with the existing models,it is shown that:(1)the existing porosity spectrum model is the same as the general equation of gi;(2)the Ki model can display the permeability spectrum as compared with Purcell's permeability model;(3)the per model is constructed on a theoretical basis and avoids the limitations of existing models that are built only based on the component of porosity spectrum,as compared with the empirical model of capillary pressure *** application in the Permian Maokou Formation of Well TsX in the Central Sichuan paleo-uplift shows that the Ф_(i),K_(i),and p_(ci) models can be effectively applied to the identification of reservoir types,calculation of reservoir properties and pore structure parameters,and evaluation of reservoir heterogeneity.

Helicase-like transcription factor (HLTF) has been found to be involved in the maintenance of genome stability and tumoursuppression, but whether its downregulation in cancers is associated with posttranslational regulation remains unclear. Here, weobserved that HLTF was significantly downregulated in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) tissues and positively associated with thesurvival of HCC patients. Mechanistically, the decreased expression of HLTF in HCC was attributed to elevated β-TrCP-mediated ubiquitination and degradation. Knockdown of HLTF enhanced p62 transcriptional activity and mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR)activation, leading to HCC tumourigenesis. Inhibition of mTOR effectively blocked β-TrCP overexpression- or HLTF knockdownmediated HCC tumourigenesis and metastasis. Furthermore, in clinical tissues, decreased HLTF expression was positively correlatedwith elevated expression of β-TrCP, p62, or p-mTOR in HCC patients. Overall, our data not only uncover new roles of HLTF in HCCcell proliferation and metastasis, but also reveal a novel posttranslational modification of HLTF by β-TrCP, indicating that theβ-TrCP/HLTF/p62/mTOR axis may be a new oncogenic driver involved in HCC development. This finding provides a potentialtherapeutic strategy for HCC patients by targeting the β-TrCP/HLTF/p62/mTOR axis.

This paper reports a new reverse butterfly-shaped chaotic attractor and its experimental confirmation. Some basic dynamical properties, and chaotic behaviours of this new reverse butterfly attractor are studied. Simulation results support brief theoretical derivations, Furthermore, the system is experimentally confirmed by a simple electronic circuit.
