Aflatoxin B1(AFB1) is a common contaminant in cereals of global concern， and long-term low-dose exposure can adversely affect human health. Here， we showed that populations with dietary patterns characterized by high-fat diet (HFD) might have an increased risk of exposure to high levels of AFB1. Our data indicated that chronic exposure of AFB1 induced “gut-liver axis” injury in mice under HFD and normal diet (ND) patterns. AFB1 further aggravated hepatic and intestinal injury， and intestinal microbiota disruption in HFD mice. Bifidobacterium breve BAA-2849 intervention analysis showed that liver injury and lipid disorders caused by AFB1 exposure were alleviated by regulating the proportions of different gut microbes. We demonstrated through a mice model that the populations with a dietary pattern of HFD might be more susceptible to AFB1 exposure and adverse effects on the gut-liver axis， and the toxicity of AFB1 exposure can be alleviated by regulating the gut microbiota.

Despite the discovery of a series of fullerenes and a handful of noncarbon clusters with the typical topology of Ih-C60, the smallest fullerene with a large degree of curvature, C20, and its other-element counterparts are difficult to isolate experimentally. In coinage metal nanoclusters（NCs）, the first all-gold fullerene, Au32, was discovered after a long-lasting pursuit, but the isolation of similar silvery fullerene structures is still challenging. Herein, we report a flying saucer-shaped 102-nuclei silver NC（Ag102） with a silvery fullerene kernel of Ag32, which is embraced by a robust cyclic anionic passivation layer of（KPO4）10. This Ag32kernel can be viewed as a non-centered icosahedron Ag12encaged into a dodecahedron Ag20, forming the silvery fullerene of Ag12@Ag20. The anionic layer（KPO4）10is located at the interlayer between the Ag32kernel and Ag70shell, passivating the Ag32silvery fullerene and templating the Ag70shell. The ~tBuPhS-and CF3COO-ligands on the silver shell show a regioselective arrangement with the 60 ~tBuPhS-ligands as expanders covering the upper and lower of the flying saucer and 10 CF3COO-as terminators neatly encircling the edges of the structure. In addition, Ag102 shows excellent photothermal conversion efficiency（η） from the visible to near-infrared region（η = 67.1% ± 0.9% at 450 nm, 60.9% ± 0.9% at 660 nm and 50.2% ± 0.5% at 808 nm）, rendering it a promising material for photothermal converters and potential application in remote laser ignition. This work not only captures silver kernels with the topology of the smallest fullerene C20, but also provides a pathway for incorporating alkali metal（M） into coinage metal NCs via M-oxoanions.

Cardiovascular disease(CVD)is the leading cause of death worldwide[1].Arterial sclerosis(AS)and hypertension are the main risk factors and pathological bases of *** pulse wave velocity(PWV)measurements could reflect early progression of *** on the structure-function properties of the vascular wall and hemodynamics,strong evidence suggests that any increase in blood pressure levels can mechanically impair the ability of the endothelium to maintain vascular homeostasis[2].High levels of blood pressure parameters,such as systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),pulse pressure(PP),and mean arterial pressure(MAP)have been identified as essential risk biomarkers for atherosclerosis.

Value-at-Risk(VaR)and expected shortfall(ES)are two key risk measures in financial risk *** these two measures has been a hot debate,and most discussions focus on risk measure *** paper uses independent data and autoregressive models with normal or t-distribution to examine the effect of the heavy tail and dependence on comparing the nonparametric inference uncertainty of these two risk *** and numerical analyses suggest that VaR at 99%level is better than ES at 97.5%level for distributions with heavier tails.

Digital technology is profoundly shaping the Chinese governance *** study presents a multilayered theoretical model comprising the"tool empowerment layer-organizational change layer-system upgrading layer"to elucidate the impacts and underlying logic of digital technology in reshaping this governance paradigm,showing that it is undergoing spiral advancement and incremental ***-local relations show a transition from"top-down decentralization"to"unified integration";the intergovernmental structural paradigm shows a transition from"congruent responsibilities"to"integrated collaboration";risk governance shows a transition from"reactive response"to"proactive prevention";interface communication shows a transition from"vague delay"to"agile governance";and finally,resource allocation shows a transition from"unidirectional allocation"to"bidirectional coupling."These transitions underscore three key logics:technological tool empowerment,organizational adaptive learning,and systemic *** integration of digital technology into government governance is not only reshaping state-society relations but also promoting a dynamic,interconnected,and adaptable governance ecosystem,facilitating harmonious progress between the state and society.

Previous studies have shown that exposure to black carbon(BC,a tracer of traffic-related air pollution)and psychosocial stress are both associated with adverse cardiac effects,but whether psychosocial stress could modify the cardiac effects of BC is *** investigate the potential modifying effect of psychosocial stress on the associations between acute exposure to BC and typical cardiac health variables,real-time personal 24 h measurements were conducted in a repeated-measure study among adults with elevated blood pressure(high-risk group)and a panel study among normal adults(low-risk group)in *** cardiac health variables included ST-segment depression events,heart rate,and heart rate variability(HRV)*** Stress Scale,state Anxiety Inventory and Self-rating Depression Scale were used to assess the recent psychosocial stress status of the participants,and a composite stress index was established based on these *** linear mixed-effects model was used to analyze the associations between BC exposure and cardiac health variables and potential effect modification by psychosocial stress.A total of 9724 h measurements among 97 participants in the repeated-measure study and 20224 h measurements among 87 participants in the panel study were included in the final *** BC exposure was significantly associated with increased ST-segment depression events and heart rate and decreases in HRV in both *** marginal effects of acute BC exposure on most cardiac health variables generally tended to be amplified under higher vs low levels of psychosocial stress in both studies,with the composite stress index apparently modifying the associations of BC exposure with most ST-segment depression events and HRV *** findings suggest that psychosocial stress may increase the participants’cardiac susceptibility to BC exposure,which could be helpful for the identification of susceptible individuals in the context of traff

Accumulating studies reveal that mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)promote skin wound healing mainly through the paracrine ***,one of the crucial paracrine mediators in wound healing,are cell-derived nanosized membranous vesicles containing diverse bioactive *** the potent ability of modulating skin cell behaviors,MSC-derived exosomes(MSC-Exos)are regarded as a promising nanomaterial for regenerative wound *** hostile conditions,MSC-Exos are efficient in protecting skin cells from severe damage and restoring their *** to recent studies,MSC-Exos possess remarkable pro-healing effects in a variety of skin wounds,typically resulting in increased wound closure,inhibited scar tissue formation,and better restoration of skin *** further enhance the therapeutic potential of MSC-Exos,the development of applicable pretreatment strategies and the optimization of exosome delivery are under intensive ***,we summarize current research progress of MSC-Exos for skin wound treatment,with an emphasis on the biological effects of these nanovesicles,the repair mechanisms,and future challenges in clinical translation.
