Abstract： The present article compares the propane dehydrogenation performance of alumina binder-added PtSnNa/ A1SBA-15 catalysts prepared via three different procedures in comparison with the performance of a binder-free PtSnNa/ AISBA-15 catalyst. All these catalysts have been investigated by reaction tests and some physico-chemical characterizations such as BET, H2 chemisorption, catalytic grain crushing strength, NHa-TPD and TPO analyses. Test results showed that the addition of alumina binder could enhance the mechanical strength of catalyst evidently. Moreover, the different preparation procedures not only modified the characteristics of both acid and metal functions but also affected the coke deposition on the catalysts. Among these catalysts studied, the catalyst prepared by impregnation followed by the agglomeration of alumi- na binder had exhibited the highest catalytic activity and stability compared with other catalyst samples undergoing different preparation procedures. The possible reason may be attributed to the highest metallic dispersion and the strong interactions among Pt, Sn and the support.

AIM： To elucidate the localization of RhoA in gastric SGC-7901 cancer cells and its translocation by lysophosphatidic acid （LPA） and/or 8-chlorophenylthio- cAMP （CPT-cAMP）.METHODS： Immunofluorescence microscopy was used to determine the localization of RhoA. Western blotting was used to detect both endogenous and exogenous RhoA in different cellular compartments （membrane, cytosol, nucleus） and the translocation of RhoA following treatment with LPA, CPT-cAMP, or CPT-cAMP ＋ LPA.RESULTS： Immunofluorescence staining revealed endogenous RhoA to be localized in the membrane, the cytosol, and the nucleus, and its precise localization within the nucleus to be the nucleolus. Western blotting identified both endogenous and exogenous RhoA within different cellular compartments （membrane, oltosol, nucleus, nucleolus）. After stimulation with LPA, the amount of RhoA within membrane and nuclear extracts increased, while it decreased in the cytosol fractions. After treatment with CPT-cAMP the amount of RhoA within the membrane and the nuclear extracts decreased, while it increased within the cytosol fraction. Treatment with a combination of both substances led to a decrease in RhoA in the membrane and the nucleus but to an increase in the cytosol.CONCLUSION： In SGC-7901 cells RhoA was found to be localized within the membrane, the cytosol, and the nucleus. Within the nucleus its precise localization could be demonstrated to be the nucleolus. Stimulation with LPA caused a translocation of RhoA from the cytosol towards the membrane and the nucleus; treatment with CPT-cAMP caused the opposite effect. Furthermore, pre-treatment with CPT-cAMP was found to block the effect of LPA.

The Erdaogou fault,also known as the 101 fault,comprises the most important NE strike component in the ore-controlling system in the Qingchengzi orefield,Liaodong *** to the poor outcrop conditions in the field,the Erdaogou fault lacks activity time *** demonstrate the constraint activity time of the fault since we observe a lamprophyre that was cut through by the Erdaogou fault in the Taoyuan area,central to the Qingchengzi *** grains from the lamprophyre dyke exhibit typical oscillatory zoning and yield weighted mean U–Pb age of 223.8±1.1 Ma(MSWD=1.5).The lower activity time limit of the Erdaogou fault is thus first constrained as 224 Ma or so and is correlated with the crystallization age of the Xinling and Shuangdinggou plutons within the *** previous mineralization studies into consideration,a Triassic tectonic-magmatism-mineralization model is approved in the Qingchengzi orefield.

The Yingfeng rapakivi granite on the north flank of Qaidam is a newly discovered Proterozoic rapakivi pluton in China, which was found after the discovery of Shachang rapakivi in Miyun County, Beijing and Kuandian rapakivi in Jilin province. Yingfeng rapakivi pluton is ex-posed on the north side of the suture belt between Qinling-Kunlun orogenic belt and North China plate. U-Pb zircon isotopic dating and Ar-Ar isotopic dating of both hornblende and K-feldspar from the Yingfeng rapakivi granite have been conducted. The results show that the age of (1776±33)Ma at the upper intercept in Concorde diagram represents the age of formation of the plu-ton, whereas the age of (526 281) Ma at the lower intercept and Ar-Ar mineral dating of horn-blende and K-feldspar correspond to the age of a later event affecting the pluton, suggesting that Yingfeng pluton has ever been affected by strong regional Caledonian-Hercynian tectonic movement after its formation. The discovery of middle Proterozoic Yingfeng rapakivi granite pro-vides a petrologic evidence for the timing of cratonization of both the continental crust basement in western China and the basement of the North China plate and for a rifting event taking place in the mid-Proterozoic, suggesting that an amalgamation of ancient China continents had ever happened during the L liang Movement?between the early Proterozoic and the mid-Proterozoic.

The Edanggang area is characterized by small-scale Li-Be-bearing granitic pegmatites in the Quanji Massif， northwest China. The genesis of these Li-Be-bearing pegmatites remains unresolved. In this study， we use tourmalines as an indicator to constrain the genesis of them. In situ major and trace elements and boron isotopic compositions of tourmaline are analyzed. Two types of tourmalines are recongnized， i.e.， coarse-grained tourmaline (Tur 1) and fine tourmaline (Tur 2). Both types tourmalines share similar geochemical characteristics and are enriched in Fe， Na， and Al， but relatively depleted in Ca and Mg， with compositions close to alkali-group tourmaline and schorl. Petrography， chemical discrimination diagrams， and Al occupations in the Y-site suggest that the tourmalines are magmatic origin formed in the late stage of granitic pegmatite crystallization. Low V and Sr contents， and relatively high Co/Ni ratios of tourmalines are also in agreement with the above origin. The δ11B values of all tourmalines vary from -14.13‰ to -10.40‰， indicating the boron in the pegmatites was mainly derived from parental granitic pegmatite magma. The last-formed magmatic mineral assemblages of magmatic crystallizations in the Early Triassic might contribute to predominant Li and Be reserves rather than the late external hydrothermal metasomatism.

AIM: To analyze the correlation between cytokineinduced killer (CIK) cells adoptive immunotherapy and cancer-related death in gastric cancer patients. METHODS: One hundred and fifty-six gastric cancer patients after operation at the Third Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University were enrolled in this study. Their clinical data including demographic characteristics, operation time, tumor size, pathological type and staging, tumor metastasis, outcome of chemotherapy or CIK cells adoptive immunotherapy, survival time or time of death were collected with a standard structured questionnaire. Kaplan-Meier method was used to estimate the median survival time, and the 2- and 5- year survival rates. Hazard risk (HR) and 95% confidence interval (95% CI) of CIK cells adoptive immunotherapy for gastric cancer were calculated using the two-stage time-dependent covariates Cox model. RESULTS: The survival time of gastric cancer patients was longer after CIK cells adoptive immunotherapy than after chemotherapy (χ 2 = 10.907, P = 0.001). The median survival time of gastric cancer patients was also longer after CIK cells adoptive immunotherapy than after chemotherapy (49 mo vs 27 mo, P < 0.05). The 2- and 5-year survival rates of gastric cancer patients were significantly higher after CIK cells adoptive immunotherapy than after chemotherapy (73.5% vs 52.6%, 40.4% vs 23.9%, P < 0.05). A significant difference was observed in the survival curve for patients who received CIK cells adoptive immunotherapy (0, 1-10, 11-25, and over 25 frequencies) (χ 2 = 14.534, P = 0.002). The frequencies of CIK cells adoptive immunotherapy were significantly related with the decreasing risk of death in gastric cancer patients after adjustment for sex and age of the patients, tumor stage and relapse (HR = 0.54, 95% CI: 0.36-0.80) when the first stage Cox model was used to define the subjects who remained alive beyond 36 mo as survivors. AIM： To elucidate the localization of vasodilator stimulated phosphoprotein （VASP）, a cytoskeletal organizing protein and a substrate of protein kinases A and G in mitotic gastric cancer cells. METHODS： Immunofluorescence microscopy was used to observe the localization of α-tubulin, VASP and Ser157 phosphorylated VASP （p-VASP） in interphase of mitotic gastric cancer of the cell line SGC-7901. RESULTS： Immunofluorescence staining showed that p-VASP but not VASP was co-localized with α-tubulin on spindle poles and fibers in prophase, metaphase and anaphase of the mitotic process of the gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901. H89, an inhibitor of protein kinases A and G, had no effect on the localization of p-VASP on the spindles. CONCLUSION： VASP may play a role in assembling and stabilizing the mitotic spindle of cells, and phosphorylation of the protein is the precondition for it to exert this function.
