1978～2008年中国湿地类型变化

分别基于美国陆地卫星(Landsat MSS/TM/ETM+)和中巴资源卫星(CBERS-02B)影像数据,以人工目视解译为主,完成了中国1978～2008年4期(基准年分别为1978,1990,2000和2008年)湿地遥感制图,并进行了大量的室内外验证.在此基础上,对我国湿地现状及近30年来湿地变化进行了初步分析,得到以下主要结论:(ⅰ)截止2008年,中国湿地面积约为324097km2,其中以内陆沼泽(35%)和湖泊湿地(26%)为主.(ⅱ)1978～2008年,中国湿地面积减少了约33%,而人工湿地增加了约122%.过去30年里湿地减少的速度大幅降低,由最初5523km2/a(1978～1990年)降为831km2/a(2000～2008年).(ⅲ)减少的自然湿地(包括滨海湿地和内陆湿地),其类型变化由湿地向非湿地转化的比例逐渐降低.初期(1978～1990年)几乎全部(98%)转换为非湿地;在1990～2000年间减少的自然湿地约有86%转化为非湿地,而在2000～2008年,这一比例下降为77%.(ⅳ)气候变化和农业活动是中国湿地变化的主要驱动因素,湿地变化在中国分为三大不同特征区域,即西部三省/自治区(西藏、新疆和青海)、北部两省/自治区(黑龙江和内蒙古)和其他省市区.其中西部区域尤其是青藏高原,湿地变化的驱动因子以气候增温为主;新疆湿地由于气候增温和农业活动共同作用造成变化不大.北部省/自治区的湿地变化则主要由农业活动引起;而其他省市区的湿地变化几乎完全受控于人类的农业经济活动.

Pakistan is a country with diversified features in terms of geography and climate. It is an agriculture based country, mainly dependent on Indus water system. In Pakistan, there are loftyplateaus to the north and Arabian Sea in the south, while the interior portion is covered with plateaus or agriculture plains. For such a region, any attempt to monitor/analyze climatic data requires some more specific details. A statistical software “SDSM” is utilized for downscaling daily temperature data of Pakistan and the results generated are compared with the output of a recommended model “ECHAM5”. After analysis, it revealed that comparatively SDSM produced much better results. The outputs from both the approaches were correlated with the observed data;SDSM-observed gave values for correlation coefficient R2 in the range of 81% - 94% whereas ECHAM5-observed produced 73% - 87% for different meteorological stations of Pakistan. On the basis of this study, SDSM can be recommended for future scenario generation of temperature data of Pakistan as well.

Dear Editor,Plant viruses make up almost half of the plant disease-causing pathogens,affecting crop yields and the global economy(Savary et al.,2019).Soybean(Glycine max)is one of the most valuable legume crops in the world,supplying 25%of the global edible oil and two-thirds of the global concentrated protein for livestock ***,the outbreak of soybean stay-green syndrome with delayed leaf senescence(stay-green),flat pods,and increased number of abnormal seeds has swept the soybean production in the Huang-Huai-Hai region of China,resulting in huge yield losses(Xu et al.,2019).This disease has become an epidemic and prominent problem in soybean production and is still expanding its geography,including North America,posing a serious threat to soybean production(Harbach et al.,2016;Zhang et al.,2016;Li et al.,2019).However,the cause of soybean stay-green syndrome remains obscure.

根据湖北永兴洞石笋（YX51）10个U／Th年龄，470组氧、碳同位素数据建立了深海氧同位素3阶段（MIS3）早期57．7～35．6kaB．P．期间东亚夏季风演化时间序列。在发育时段，千年尺度δ^18O峰谷变化与高纬冰芯记录的Dansgaard-Oeschger（D0）事件一致；δ^18C呈现出与δ^18O正相关同步演化特征，但受区域环境影响，在事件内部细节上存在差异。区域对比表明，同一季风区的永兴洞和葫芦洞石笋δ^18O指示的季风降水同位素组成具有本质上一致性；高低纬记录对比显示，千年尺度的峰谷变化一一对应，反映热带辐合带（ITCZ）水汽传输能力、平均位置变化对东亚季风和高北纬气候具有重要影响。在DO13至DO15事件内部，永兴洞石笋δ^18O记录了显著的双峰特征，说明低纬季风强度变化和格陵兰冰芯δ^18O揭示的次级暖峰具有一致对应关系，指示大气快速传输机制在高低纬环境突变中起着重要作用。

侧面地貌景观是现有基于水平正射视角的地貌学理论体系的有益补充,主要从与水平相垂直的侧面观察视角分析地貌景观在垂直空间中的格局特征与分异规律,深化人们对地貌景观的科学认知。现今,侧面地貌景观研究尚处在初步探索阶段,还没有构建科学的定量指标体系。因此,该文系统地分析和论述了侧面地貌景观量化的基本思路、原则及其数学意义;并结合相关的实验分析结果,详述了径流节点特征信息、地貌垂直形态特征、流域能量密度3个定量指标的构建方法。研究成果对于促进侧面地貌景观探索的深入和实践应用都具有积极的意义。

通过比较中国四川黄龙、中国云南白水台、土耳其帕穆克卡莱棉花堡三地钙华景观的基本环境地质特征、钙华景观水化学、钙华沉积生物因素的差异性,探讨了土耳其棉花堡钙华退化缓慢的影响因素。对比发现,棉花堡景区藻类约为38种,种类单一,植被覆盖率较低,沉积主要受物理化学因素控制,沉积速率较快,多形成较好的层状结构,杂质少,且原生孔隙度较低,结构致密,结晶度较高,不易坍塌损坏;黄龙和白水台景区藻类分别为86种、196种,种类多样,且植被覆盖率皆高达80%以上,沉积主控于化学和生物因素,沉积速率较慢,结构呈多孔疏松状或多孔珊瑚状,原生孔隙度普遍较高,易退化。此外,棉花堡钙华景区泉水各离子含量均高于黄龙和白水台景区,尤其是Ca2+和HCO3,这能有效促进CaCO3的沉积。

自上世纪八十年代末以来,基于数据库和各种定量分析方法的古生物学、地层学、古地理学、古生态学研究逐渐成为当今国际地学研究的前沿和热点。中国的古生物学和地层学数字化科研平台的建设,最早的设计思路始于2001年,于2003年进行了首次尝试,并于2007年整合了多种相关数据资源,正式启动了GeoBiodiversity database(GBDB)这一古生物学和地层学数字化科研平台的建设。在这一平台中,目前已整合了古生物分类数据、剖面地理信息数据、岩石地层数据、化石产出数据、生物地层数据、文献数据等多项数据资源,同时还结合科学研究和生产应用的需求开发了地理信息可视化和地层信息可视化功能,以及初步的多样性分析和定量地层对比功能。这一平台的最终建设目的,是成为科学家和相关人员使用古生物学和地层学数据,开展各种定性和定量分析的国际化、网络化的科研辅助平台。

Paper explores the consequences of workplace spirituality, organizational emotional ownership and job satisfaction among IT （Information Technology） professionals of India. This study was designed with the objective to study workplace spirituality, organizational emotional ownership and job satisfaction as predictors to cope up with job stress. A sample of 100 project managers （i.e. IT professionals） from the different organizations, namely: Cognizant, Infosys and HCL was collected. Survey method was used for the study. The analysis of the data had been done by employing the techniques of Pearson’s product moment coefficient of correlation and step-wise multiple regression. Analysis of the data reveals that workplace spirituality, organizational emotional ownership and job satisfaction are negatively correlated with job stress. We have also found that workplace spirituality emerged as the strongest predictor to cope up with job stress.

The arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungal status of the 20 most common plant species distributed in 4 vegetation types (meadow steppe, desert steppe, steppe desert and typical desert) on the northern slopes of the Tianshan Mountains was investigated. Samples of the plant species and their rhizosphere soils were collected from the 4 vegetation zones and examined to compare their mycorrhizal status, AM fungal spore densities, biovolumes, and community structures. 28 AM fungal species were isolated from the rhizosphere soils: of these, 5 belonged to Acaulospora, 1 to Archaeospora and 22 to Glomus. 5 AM fungi, Glomus aggregatum, G. claroideum, G. deserticola, G. etunicatum and G. sinuosum, were observed in all 4 zonal types. No significant differences were observed in mean proportion of root length colonized by AM fungi among the plant species within each zonal type. Comparing the 4 zonal types, Plantago minuta (84.5%) in steppe desert and Eremopyrum orientale (83.1%) in typical desert showed the highest root colonizatsion rates. AM fungal spore densities and biovolumes were significantly different in the different zonal types. AM fungal spore densities and biovolumes, species richness and diversity were highest in meadow steppe and lowest in typical desert.
