Bruton’s tyrosine kinase inhibitors(BTKis)have revolutionized the treatment of B-cell ***,safety issues related to the use of BTKis may hinder treatment continuity and further affect clinical efficacy.A comprehensive and systematic expert consensus from a pharmacological perspective is lacking for safety issues associated with BTKi treatment.A multidisciplinary consensus working group was established,comprising 35 members from the fields of hematology,cardiovascular disease,cardio-oncology,clinical pharmacy,and evidencebased *** evidence-based expert consensus was formulated using an evidence-based approach and the Delphi *** Joanna Briggs Institute Critical appraisal(JBI)tool and Grading of Recommendations Assessment,Development,and Evaluation(GRADE)approach were used to rate the quality of evidence and grade the strength of recommendations,*** consensus provides practical recommendations for BTKis medication based on nine aspects within three domains,including the management of common adverse drug events such as bleeding,cardiovascular events,and hematological toxicity,as well as the management of drug-drug interactions and guidance for special *** multidisciplinary expert consensus could contribute to promoting a multi-dimensional,comprehensive and standardized management of BTKis.

Photodynamic eradication of intratumoral microbiota with bacteria-targeted micelles overcomes gemcitabine resistance of pancreatic cancer

Background: The incidence and mortality of colorectal cancer (CRC) in China are increasing in recent years. The clarified pathogenesis and detectable precancerous lesions of CRC make it possible to prevent, screen, and diagnose CRC at an early stage. With the development of endoscopic and surgical techniques, the choice of treatment for early CRC is also worth further discussion, and accordingly, a standard follow-up program after treatment needs to be ***: This clinical practice guideline (CPG) was developed following the recommended process of the World Health Organization, adopting Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development and Evaluation (GRADE) in assessing evidence quality, and using the Evidence to Decision framework to formulate clinical recommendations, thereby minimizing bias and increasing transparency of the CPG development process. We used the Reporting Items for practice Guidelines in HealThcare (RIGHT) statement and appraisal of Guidelines for Research and Evaluation II (AGREE II) as reporting and conduct guides to ensure the guideline’s completeness and ***: This CPG comprises 46 recommendations concerning prevention, screening, diagnosis, treatment, and surveillance of CRC. In these recommendations, we have indicated protective and risk factors for CRC and made recommendations for chemoprevention. We proposed a suitable screening program for CRC based on the Chinese context. We also provided normative statements for the diagnosis, treatment, and surveillance of CRC based on existing clinical evidence and ***: The 46 recommendations in this CPG are formed with consideration for stakeholders’ values and preferences, feasibility, and acceptability. Recommendations are generalizable to resource-limited settings with similar CRC epidemiology pattern as China.

Background:With the rapid development of robotic surgery,especially for the abdominal surgery,robotic pancreatic surgery(RPS)has been applied increasingly around the ***,evidence-based guidelines regarding its application,safety,and efficacy are still *** harvest robust evidence and comprehensive clinical practice,this study aims to develop international guidelines on the use of ***:World Health Organization(WHO)Handbook for Guideline Development,GRADE Grid method,Delphi vote,and the AGREE-II instrument were used to establish the Guideline Steering Group,Guideline Development Group,and Guideline Secretary Group,formulate 19 clinical questions,develop the recommendations,and draft the *** online meetings were held on 04/12/2020,30/11/2021,and 25/01/2022 to vote on the recommendations and get advice and suggestions from all involved *** the experts focusing on minimally invasive surgery from America,Europe and Oceania made great contributions to this consensus ***:After a systematic literature review 176 studies were included,19 questions were addressed and 14 recommendations were developed through the expert assessment and comprehensive judgment of the quality and credibility of the ***:The international RPS guidelines can guide current practice for surgeons,patients,medical societies,hospital administrators,and related social *** randomized trials are required to determine the added value of RPS as compared to open and laparoscopic surgery.

Aerosol effects on ozone concentrations in Beijing:A model sensitivity study

Most previous O3 simulations were based only on gaseous phase photochemistry. However, some aerosol-related processes, namely, heterogeneous reactions occurring on the aerosol surface and photolysis rate alternated by aerosol radiative influence, may affect O3 photochemistry under high aerosol loads. A three-dimensional air quality model, Models-3/Community Multi-scale Air Quality-Model of Aerosol Dynamics, Reaction, Ionization, and Dissolution, was employed to simulate the effects of the above-mentioned processes on O3 formation under typical high O3 episodes in Beijing during summer. Five heterogeneous reactions, i.e., NO2, NO3, N2O5, HO2, and O3, were individually investigated to elucidate their effects on O3 formation. The results showed that the heterogeneous reactions significantly affected O3 formation in the urban plume. NO2 heterogeneous reaction increased O3 to 90 ppb, while HO2 heterogeneous reaction decreased O3 to 33 ppb. In addition, O3 heterogeneous loss decreased O3 to 31 ppb. The effects of NO2, NO3, and N2O5 heterogeneous reactions showed opposite O3 concentration changes between the urban and extra-urban areas because of the response of the reactions to the two types of O3 formation regimes. When the aerosol radiative influence was included, the photolysis rate decreased and O3 decreased significantly to 73 ppbO3. The two aerosol-related processes should be considered in the study of O3 formation because high aerosol concentration is a ubiquitous phenomenon that affects the urbanand regional air quality in China.

Nephrite is a kind of valuable jade which forms during metamorphism under greenschist facies *** investigations focus on the genesis of nephrite,however,the formation age of nephrite remains poorly constrained due to the lack of suitable dating *** this paper,the petrological,chemical characteristics,and mineral inclusions of nephrite collected from Luanchuan,Henan,China have been studied by optical and electron microscopy and wavelength-dispersive electron microprobe(EMP).The petrological observations show that nephrite consists mainly of tremolite,minor calcite and titanite,occasionally with rutile,quartz,serpentine,chlorite,pyrite,and *** titanite and tremolite which are intergrown with each other share low-energy grain *** indicates that the two phases are equilibrated and can be considered as *** chemical composition of tremolite is high in Si,Mg,Ca,but low in Fe,Cr,and Ni,which indicates that the nephrite from Luanchuan belongs to the dolomite type rather than the serpentinite *** petrography of different nephrite structures suggests that the grain size of tremolite was determined by the stress intensity undergone during the nephrite formation ***-situ Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometer(SIMS)U-Pb dating of titanite from nephrite yielded an age of 361±4 Ma,which is the first estimate for the time of formation of the Luanchuan nephrite *** investigation provides a powerful in-situ dating method to unravel the age of nephrite,which could be served as a tool for future research on other nephrite deposits.

Background: Biliary tract carcinoma (BTC) is relatively rare and comprises a spectrum of invasive tumors arising from the biliary tree. The prognosis is extremely poor. The incidence of BTC is relatively high in Asian countries, and a high number of cases are diagnosed annually in China owing to the large population. Therefore, it is necessary to clarify the epidemiology and high-risk factors for BTC in China. The signs associated with BTC are complex, often require collaborative treatment from surgeons, endoscopists, oncologists, and radiation therapists. Thus, it is necessary to develop a comprehensive Chinese guideline for ***: This clinical practice guideline (CPG) was developed following the process recommended by the World Health Organization. The Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development, and Evaluation approach was used to assess the certainty of evidence and make recommendations. The full CPG report was reviewed by external guideline methodologists and clinicians with no direct involvement in the development of this CPG. Two guideline reporting checklists have been adhered to: appraisal of Guidelines for Research and Evaluation (AGREE) and Reporting Items for practice Guidelines in Healthcare (RIGHT).Results: The guideline development group, which comprised 85 multidisciplinary clinical experts across China. After a controversies conference, 17 clinical questions concerning the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of BTC were proposed. Additionally, detailed descriptions of the surgical principles, perioperative management, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, radiotherapy, and endoscopic management were ***: The guideline development group created a comprehensive Chinese guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of BTC, covering various aspects of epidemiology, diagnosis, and treatment. The 17 clinical questions have important reference value for the management of BTC.

China is experiencing a fast process of farmland conversion which is conducted mainly by local governments to fuel economic *** tension is aroused and policy makers take great concerns on coordinating interests among different stakeholders,especially for increasing farmers′ *** purpose of this study is to get some insights related to land acquisition institution by exploring farmers′ perception to farmland *** Rural appraisal(PRA) was applied for the investigation in peri-urban area,of Xining City,Qinghai Province,*** total of 519 householders from 15 villages completed valid questionnaire survey from July to November,*** results indicate that farmland conversion has several impacts on farmers′ *** farmers are gradually adapting to city *** living expenses and more income are perceived by farmers with average score of 4.21 and 2.69,*** average scores of 2.38 and 2.46 are for improvement of life security and more job *** expect to get some stable ways of compensation in addition to lump-sum compensation in *** subsidies every year and obtaining same number of land received strong *** these two options are cited by 49.6% and 43.9% of *** conversion brings about cleaner living condition and more amenities,but lower air visibility and drier *** reflect landless farmers′ economic and life pressures and various *** government should pay more attention to increase farmers′ income and improve rural security system.
