Minimally invasive surgery is a kind of surgical operation,which is performed by using professional surgical instruments and equipment to inactivate,resect,repair or reconstruct the pathological changes,deformities and wounds in human body through micro-trauma or micro-approach,in order to achieve the goal of treatment,its surgical effect is equivalent to the traditional open surgery,while avoiding the morbidity of conventional surgical *** addition,it also has the advantages of less trauma,less blood loss during operation,less psychological burden and quick recovery on patients,and these minimally invasive techniques provide unique value for the examination and treatment of gastric cancer *** minimally invasive surgical techniques have developed rapidly and offer numerous options for the treatment of early gastric cancer(EGC):endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR),underwater EMR(UEMR),endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD),endoscopic full-thickness resection(EFTR),endoscopic submu-cosal excavation(ESE),submucosal tunnel endoscopic resection,laparoscopic and endoscopic cooperative surgery(LECS);Among them,EMR,EFTR and LECS technologies have a wide range of applications and different modific-ations have been derived from their respective surgical operations,such as band-assisted EMR(BA-EMR),conven-tional EMR(CEMR),over-the-scope clip-assisted EFTR,no-touch EFTR,the inverted LECS,closed LECS,and so *** new and improved minimally invasive surgeries are more precise,specific and effective in treating different types of EGC.

Objective: This study evaluated the safety and efficacy of an anti-epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) antibody(SCT200) and an anti-programmed cell death 1(PD-1) antibody(SCT-I10A) as third-line or subsequent therapies in patients with rat sarcoma viral oncogene(RAS)/v-raf murine sarcoma viral oncogene homolog B(BRAF) wild-type(wt) metastatic colorectal cancer(mCRC).Methods: We conducted a multicenter, open-label, phase Ib clinical trial. Patients with histologically confirmed RAS/BRAF wt m CRC with more than two lines of treatment were enrolled and treated with SCT-I10A and SCT200. The primary endpoints were the objective response rate(ORR) and safety. The secondary endpoints included disease control rate(DCR), progression-free survival(PFS), and overall survival(OS).Results: Twenty-one patients were enrolled in the study through January 28, 2023. The ORR was 28.57% and the DCR was 85.71%(18/21). The median PFS and OS were 4.14 and 12.84 months, respectively. The treatment-related adverse events(TRAEs) were tolerable. Moreover, compared with the monotherapy cohort from our previous phase I study evaluating SCT200 for RAS/BRAF wt m CRC in a third-line setting, no significant improvements in PFS and OS were observed in the combination ***: SCT200 combined with SCT-I10A demonstrated promising efficacy in previously treated RAS/BRAF wt m CRC patients with an acceptable safety profile. Further head-to-head studies with larger sample sizes are needed to validate whether the efficacy and safety of combined anti-EGFR and anti-PD-1 therapy are superior to anti-EGFR monotherapy in the third-line setting.(Registration No. NCT04229537).

BACKGROUND In recent years,intraoperative radiotherapy(IORT)has been increasingly used for the treatment of rectal ***,the efficacy and safety of IORT for the treatment of rectal cancer are still *** To evaluate the value of IORT for patients with rectal *** We searched PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library,Web of Science databases,and conference abstracts and included randomized controlled trials and observational studies on IORT vs non-IORT for rectal *** variables were evaluated by odds ratio(OR)and 95%confidence interval(CI),hazard ratio(HR)and 95%CI was used as a summary statistic of survival *** analyses were performed using Stata V.15.0 and Review Manager 5.3 *** In this study,3 randomized controlled studies and 12 observational studies were included with a total of 1460 patients,who are mainly residents of Europe,the United States,and *** results did not show significant differences in 5-year overall survival(HR=0.80,95%CI=0.60-1.06;P=0.126);5-year disease-free survival(HR=0.94,95%CI=0.73-1.22;P=0.650);abscess(OR=1.10,95%CI=0.67-1.80;P=0.713),fistulae(OR=0.79,95%CI=0.33-1.89;P=0.600);wound complication(OR=1.21,95%CI=0.62-2.36;P=0.575);anastomotic leakage(OR=1.09,95%CI=0.59-2.02;P=0.775);and neurogenic bladder dysfunction(OR=0.69,95%CI=0.31-1.55;P=0.369).However,the meta-analysis of 5-year local control was significantly different(OR=3.07,95%CI=1.66-5.66;P=0.000).CONCLUSION The advantage of IORT is mainly reflected in 5-year local control,but it is not statistically significant for 5-year overall survival,5-year disease-free survival,and complications.

Background:Previous studies have demonstrated the preclinical pharmacological and toxicological consistency,and clinical pharmacokinetic equivalence of bevacizumab biosimilar LY01008 with reference bevacizumab(Avastin).This randomized controlled trial aimed to compare the efficacy and safety of LY01008 with Avastin in first-line treatment of Chinese patients with advanced or recurrent non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:StageⅢB-ⅣNSCLC patients with evaluable lesions,good physical status,and adequate organ functions from 67 centers across China were randomized in a ratio of 1:1 to receive LY01008 or Avastin 15 mg/kg intravenously in combination with paclitaxel/carboplatin(combined treatment)for 4-6 cycles,followed by maintenance monotherapy with LY01008 until disease progression,intolerable toxicity,or *** primary endpoint was objective response rate(ORR)in accordance with Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors(RECIST)version 1.1 confirmed by independent radiological review committees(IRRC).Secondary endpoints included disease control rate(DCR),duration of response(DoR),progression-free survival(PFS),overall survival(OS),and *** study was registered in Clinical ***(NCT03533127).Results:Between December 15^(th),2017,and May 15^(th),2019,a total of 649 patients were randomized to the LY01008(n=324)or Avastin(n=325)*** of September 25th,2019 for primary endpoint analysis,589 patients received ORR evaluation,with a median number of combined treatment cycles of 5(range 1-6)andmedian duration of treatment of 3.0(range 0.0-5.1)*** responseevaluable patients in the LY01008 and Avastin groups were 48.5% and 53.0%,*** stratified ORR ratio was 0.91(90%CI 0.80-1.04,within the prespecified equivalence margin of 0.75-1.33).Up to May 15^(th),2020,with a median follow-up of 13.6(range 0.8-28.4)months,no notable differences in DCR,median DoR,median PFS,median OS,and 1-year OS rate were observed between the LY010

Objective:To study the correlation of PRPS1 and JAB1 expression in the bone marrow tissue of acute leukemia with the apoptosis and invasion of tumor ***:Patients who were diagnosed with acute leukemia by bone marrow aspiration biopsy in Edong medical group Huangshi central hospital between February 2015 and December 2017 were selected as the AL group of the research, and patients who received bone marrow aspiration biopsy and were without significant abnormality in Edong medical group Huangshi central hospital during the same period were selected as the control group of the research. RNA was extracted to determine the mRNA expression of PRPS1, JAB1, apoptosis genes and invasion genes, and protein was extracted to determine the protein expression of PRPS1 and ***:Both mRNA expression and protein expression of PRPS1 and JAB1 in bone marrow tissues of AL group were significantly higher than those of control group;AuroraA, Bcl-2,β-catenin, MMP2, MMP9, N-cadherin and Msi2 mRNA expression in bone marrow tissues of AL group were significantly higher than those of control group whereas Bax, C/EBP , RUNX3 and TIMP3 mRNA expression were significantly lower than those of control group, and the PRPS1 and JAB1 mRNA expression in bone marrow tissues of AL group were positively correlated with AuroraA, Bcl-2,β-catenin, MMP2, MMP9, N-cadherin and Msi2 mRNA expression, and negatively correlated with Bax, C/EBP , RUNX3 and TIMP3 mRNA ***:The high expression of PRPS1 and JAB1 in the bone marrow tissue of acute leukemia can inhibit cell apoptosis and promote cell invasion.
