Experimental study on mix proportion optimization of anti-calcium dissolution shotcrete for tunnels based on response surface methodology

Aiming at the issue of crystallization and blockage of drainage system due to the massive calcium loss from the tunnel shotcrete,a selfdesigned tunnel seepage crystallization modelling system was *** system was produced in co.junction with the initial tunnel support shotcrete construction and drainage pipe installation,and is capable of simulating both the seepage process of groundwater in the shotcrete and the process of crystallization in the drainage *** on three different mechanisms of anti-crystallization,which include absorbing free calcium,reducing the porosity and increasing hydrophobicity,antialkali agent,nano-calcium carbonate,and silane were selected to test,***,the suitable dosing ranges of these three external admixtures for resisting calcium loss in shotcrete were determined by single factor tests,which were 7%–11%,4%–8%,and 0.3%–0.5%,***,the response surface method was employed to evaluate the interaction of antialkali agent,nano-calcium carbonate and silane on calcium loss in shotcrete,and to establish the relationship between them,and thus to determine the admixture ratio that can effectively reduce calcium loss crystallization in shotcrete,with the optimal admixture amounts of antialkali agent being 9.242%,nano-calcium carbonate 4.889%and silane 0.366%.Lastly,the reliability of the model test results was verified by the microsco.ic analysis,and the results showed that the total amount of calcium dissolution in the optimized group co.ld be reduced by 75%co.pared with the blank co.trol group,and was basically co.sistent with that derived from the response surface regression model,validating the high accuracy of the buildup response surface regression *** present study can provide some ideas and references for reducing the seepage crystallization behavior of groundwater in the initial tunnel support shotcrete.

As an open-source cloud co.puting platform,Hadoop is extensively employed in a variety of sectors because of its high dependability,high scalability,and co.siderable benefits in processing and analyzing massive amounts of ***,to derive valuable insights from transportation big data,it is essential to leverage the Hadoop big data platform for analysis and *** summarize the latest research progress on the application of Hadoop to transportation big data,we co.ducted a co.prehensive review of 98 relevant articles published from 2012 to the ***,a bibliometric analysis was performed using VOSviewer software to identify the evolution trend of ***,we introduced the co.e co.ponents of ***,we systematically reviewed the98 articles,identified the latest research progress,and classified the main application scenarios of Hadoop and its optimization *** on our analysis,we identified the research gaps and future work in this *** review of the available research highlights that Hadoop has played a significant role in transportation big data research over the past ***,the focus has been on transportation infrastructure monitoring,taxi operation management,travel feature analysis,traffic flow prediction,transportation big data analysis platform,traffic event monitoring and status discrimination,license plate reco.nition,and the shortest ***,the optimization framework of Hadoop has been studied in two main areas:the optimization of the co.putational model of Hadoop and the optimization of Hadoop co.bined with *** research results have been achieved in the field of transportation big ***,there is less systematic research on the co.e technology of Hadoop,and the breadth and depth of the integration development of Hadoop and transportation big data are not *** the future,it is suggested that Hadoop may be co.bined with other big data frameworks such a

High-Temperature Deformation and Low-Temperature Fracture Behavior of Steel Slag Rubber Asphalt Mixture Surface Layer

Steel slag is regarded as one of the most widespread solid by-products of steel smelting with little co.mercial *** can play a vital role in the construction industry especially in the field of transportation infrastructure ***,there are few evaluation systems established on the high-temperature deformation and low-temperature fracture behavior of steel slag rubber asphalt mixture(SSRAM).This study explores the perfor-mance of SSRAM by uniaxial penetration test,Semi-Circular Bending(SCB)test and evaluates test data through regression *** uniaxial penetration test results shows that the failure deformation of SSRAM increases with the increase of steel slag *** to the minimum allowable permanent deformation(R TS-min),the deformation of SSRAM should be co.trolled within 3 ***,the cracking index of the SSRAM surface layer calculated at low temperature can meet the design *** SCB test results show that the stress peak degradation rate(specimens with 10 mm notch are co.pared with 0 mm)of SSRAM with 40%steel slag co.tent is 20.04%.That means proper steel slag co.tent makes the stress peak degradation rate of SSRAM reaches the lowest *** calculation results of fracture energy density(J_(1C))show that the steel slag additive reduced the fracture energy density of ***,it is still proved that SSRAM with 40%steel slag has the best low-temperature fracture performance based on critical fracture toughness(K_(1C))and fracture stress ***-more,the crack propagation velocity parametric equation of SSRAM is proposed through fracture mechanics theory and the increase of velocity is *** the high-temperature deformation resistance and low-temperature fracture property,the SSRAM surface layer with 40%steel slag co.tent showed a batter application potential.

gansu Province is a large province in Western China, and its geographical location and eco.omic status are very important. With the state’s attention to the western development, the eco.omy of the western region represented by gansu Province has developed rapidly, and the construction of roads and other infrastructure has also been developed. Taking gansu Province as an example, this paper studies and discusses the application of highway maintenance platform based on GIS + BIM Technology. Firstly, this paper expounds the advantages of GIS + BIM Technology in highway construction and maintenance, and analyzes the development status of GIS + BIM Technology;Seco.dly, it expounds how to solve the problem of highway maintenance from the aspects of GIS + BIM system and its advantages and difficulties in highway maintenance, and briefly explains the difficulties existing in highway maintenance in gansu Province. Then, starting from the path of GIS + BIM Technology to solve highway maintenance in gansu Province, this paper analyzes the expected effect of GIS + BIM Technology in highway maintenance in gansu Province.

Mechanism behind Time Dependent Elasticity of Crumb Rubber-Nano-Asphalt Hybrids Using Discrete Relaxation Spectrum

Crumb rubber powder is a successfully used renewable material obtained from waste tire rubber,which has been inco.porated into paving asphalt since the 1930s due to its good resistance to deformation and fatigue as well as its eco.friendly *** this study,carbon nanotubes and nano silica were inco.porated into the terminal blend crumb rubber modified asphalt technology to remedy the issues of excessive desulfurization and degradation of ground tyre rubber with this *** mechanism behind the high temperature delayed elastic properties of the crumb rubber-nano-asphalt hybrids was experimentally investigated based on discrete relaxation *** of the discrete relaxation spectra was acco.plished by fitting on the 60℃ storage modulus data tested by the dynamic shear rheometer using the generalized Maxwell ***,the feasibility of characterizing delayed asphalt elasticity using main relaxation time was verified by test results from the 60℃ creep and reco.ery *** indicated that the crumb rubber-nano-asphalt hybrids exhibited arrheodictic behavior and the asphalt elasticity was strengthened by two nano ***,the elasticity reinforcement with carbon nanotubes was greater than with nano ***,a good co.relation was observed between the 60℃ zero shear visco.ity and main relaxation time,and greater 60℃ zero shear visco.ity was co.related to longer main relaxation ***,longer main relaxation time of the asphalt was related to greater average reco.ery rate in the creep and reco.ery *** research is expected to shed some light on the mechanism behind time-dependent elasticity of crumb rubber modified asphalt from the perspective of polymer physics.

Numerical simulation and analysis of the pile underpinning technology used in shield tunnel crossings on bridge pile foundations

Currently,the pile foundation underpinning technology is widely used when underground transportation infrastructure passes through existing buildings or structures in urban *** study aims to investigate stress transfer mechanisms in pile foundations during an underpinning process as well as the influence of shield tunnel construction on pile *** this end,the pile foundation underpinning technology used in China’s Shenzhen Metro Line 10 crossing through the bridge pile foundation group of the Guangzhou-Shenzhen highway was analyzed in *** refined numerical simulation of the pile foundation underpinning and shield tunnel construction processes were co.ducted using the fast Lagrangian analysis of co.tinua in 3 dimensions(FLAC3D)*** results demonstrate that after the pile foundation underpinned,the previous bridge load system of bridge panel→pile foundation→bearing soil would transform into a bridge panel→existing pile foundation→new underpinning pile→deep bearing soil stratum *** overlying load on the underpinned pile co.ld be effectively transferred to a new underpinning *** the process of underpinning and tunnel excavation,the settlement and deformation of the foundation can improve the tip resistance and shaft friction of piles,which in turn,can reduce the maximum principal stress in the pile foundation *** deformation of the bridge pile foundation is mainly caused by ground loss and excavation disturbance generated during shield tunneling as the settlement induced by pile foundation underpinning acco.nts for approximately 20%-30% of the total *** reduction effects of settlement deformation,lateral displacement,and principal stress are mainly manifested in underpinning piles,while the non-underpinning pile exhibits minimal ***,the deformation of the segment lining structure of the shield tunnel primarily occurs near the underpinning area of the pile foundation,and it is mainly settlemen

A Pull-Out Test Study on the Working State of Fully Grouted Bolts

The present study examines the working co.ditions of fully grouted bolts used for the construction and expansion of high *** the basis of a pull out destructive test,the work load and the ultimate load are obtained on site,and the Flac3d numerical simulation method is employed to determine the axial force distribution and the effective anchor *** test results show that(1)the Q-S(load-displacement)curve of the bolt displays a certain degree of deformation co.pled with the creep of the surrounding rock;(2)the working load of the bolt is closely related to the sliding deformation trend of the slope,while the ultimate load depends on the design parameters of the bolt and the lithology of the slope;(3)the distribution of bolt axial force is characterized by a single peak along the bolt length and the effective anchorage length of the bolt is 3 m;(4)after 20 years,the bolt’s ultimate load has a maximum loss of 31.94%.

The slope stability of Ya’an expressway in Sichuan dominated by mudstone strata,is influenced greatly by both the mechanical properties and stressstrain relationship of *** this paper,the mechanical properties of the Ya’an mudstone samples under triaxial co.pression co.ditions were studied,based on an established co.stitutive model under the framework of breakage mechanics to simulate the mechanical properties of ***,triaxial co.pression tests and SEM tests at the co.fining pressures of 0.5 MPa,1.0 MPa,and 2.0 MPa were carried out on the mudstone samples,and it was found that the mudstone sample undergoes strain softening and dilatancy followed by the volumetric ***,based on analysis on the breakage mechanism of the above test results,we idealized the mudstone sample as a binary medium material co.sisting of the bonded elements and frictional elements,of which the bonded elements are co.posed of solid matrix and pores,and the frictional elements are co.posed of broken *** the loading process,the cementation between clay minerals and non-clay minerals in the mudstone sample is first destroyed,leading to the formation of micro-cracks within the particle aggregate,that is,the bonded elements are gradually damaged during the loading process and gradually turned into the frictional elements,and the two jointly bear the external *** bonded elements are co.posed of mudstone matrix and pores,which have the cementitious characteristics of mudstone,and the frictional elements are co.posed of the broken aggregate with the frictional characteristics of the broken *** on the homogenization theory,the co.stitutive model for the mudstone is established,and the determining method for model parameters is also ***,the results of the triaxial co.pression tests of the mudstone samples are predicted by the co.stitutive model proposed here,which can reflect the main mechanical properties of the mudstone samples.
