This article has the general objective of estimating the efficiency of urban solid waste management in 940 Brazilian munici-palities through Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA)technique and has specific objectives:(i)to estimate efficiency scores;(ii)to compare the performance between different groups of municipalities;and(ii)to analyze the profile of efficient munici-palities from the perspective of the guidelines of Law 12,305/2010 and socio-economic and environmental *** technique used was DEA with output-oriented and variable scale to return *** results showed higher efficiency scores in the municipalities with populations above 500,000 *** score variation ranged from 0.5(municipalities with populations<10,000 inhabitants)to 0.9(municipalities with more than 500,000 inhabitants).Of the sample set,only 12.34%of the municipalities were considered efficient,and when analyzing the efficient group,it was found that adherence to legislation was not a major factor in achieving efficiency.

The rise in online home delivery services(OHDS)has had a significant impact on how urban services are supplied and used in recent *** on the spatial accessibility of OHDS are emerging,but few is known about the temporal dimension of OHDS accessibility as well as the geographic and socioeconomic differences in the spatiotemporal accessibility of *** study measures the spatiotemporal accessibility of four types of OHDS,namely leisure,fresh and convenient,medical,and catering *** geographic and socioeconomic disparities in the spatiotemporal accessibility of these four types of OHDS are then identified using spatial statistical methods and the Kruskal-Wallis test(K-W test).The case study in Nanjing,China,suggests that:1)spatiotemporal accessibility better reflects the temporal variation of OHDS accessibility and avoids overestimation of OHDS accessibility when only considering its spatial dimension.2)The spatiotemporal accessibility of OHDS varies geographically and *** located in the main city or neighborhoods with higher housing prices,higher population density,and higher point of interest(POI)mix have better OHDS spatiotemporal *** study contributes to the understanding of OHDS accessibility from a spatiotemporal perspective,and the empirical insights can assist policymakers in creating intervention plans that take into account variations in OHDS spatiotemporal accessibility.

The rapid development of Internet of things(Io T) and edge computing technologies has brought forth numerous possibilities for the intelligent and digital future. The frequent communication and interaction between devices inevitably generate a large amount of sensitive information. Deploying a blockchain network to store sensitive data is crucial for ensuring privacy and security. The openness and synchronicity of blockchain networks give rise to challenges such as transaction privacy and storage capacity issues, significantly impeding their development in the context of edge computing and Io T. This paper proposes a reliable fog computing service solution based on a blockchain fog architecture. This paper stores data files in the inter planetary file system(IPFS) and encrypts the file hash values used for retrieving data files with stream cipher encryption. It employs a steganographic transmission technique leveraging Alpha Zero's Gomoku algorithm to discretely transmit the stream cipher key across the blockchain network without a carrier, thus achieving dual encryption. This approach aims to mitigate the storage burden on the blockchain network while ensuring the security of transaction data. Experimental results demonstrate that the model enhances the transmission capacity of confidential information from kilobytes(KB) to megabytes(MB) and exhibits high levels of covert and security features.

Recently, neural implicit function-basedrepresentation has attracted more and more attention,and has been widely used to represent surfacesusing differentiable neural networks. However, surfacereconstruction from point clouds or multi-view imagesusing existing neural geometry representations stillsuffer from slow computation and poor accuracy. Toalleviate these issues, we propose a multi-scale hashencoding-based neural geometry representation whicheffectively and efficiently represents the surface asa signed distance field. Our novel neural networkstructure carefully combines low-frequency Fourierposition encoding with multi-scale hash encoding. Theinitialization of the geometry network and geometryfeatures of the rendering module are accordinglyredesigned. Our experiments demonstrate that theproposed representation is at least 10 times faster forreconstructing point clouds with millions of *** also significantly improves speed and accuracyof multi-view reconstruction. In recent years, decision-making under uncertainty has attracted substantial attention in both academia and industry, with a growing number of organizations prioritizing decision support for talent evaluation. Vague set theory has been recognized as a powerful tool to address the ambiguity of problem parameters and manage uncertainty. This paper introduces a novel talent evaluation method that harnesses the potential of vague sets. We construct a vague set Ordered Weighted Averaging(OWA) operator for offering a robust solution to intricate decision-making problems, especially in talent evaluation. The application of the OWA operator augments the decision-making process by providing a mechanism to handle the aggregation of information in a more flexible and comprehensive manner. Experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed method, presenting an alternative for decision-makers, aiding them in selecting their preferred choices amidst uncertainty.
