Photodetection has attracted significant attention for information *** the implementation relies primarily on the photonic detectors,they are predominantly constrained by the intrinsic bandgap of active *** the other hand,photothermoelectric(PTE)detectors have garnered substantial research interest for their promising capabilities in broadband detection,owing to the self-driven photovoltages induced by the temperature *** get higher performances,it is crucial to localize light and heat energies for efficient ***,there is limited research on the energy conversion in PTE detectors at micro/nano *** this study,we have achieved a twoorder-of-magnitude enhancement in photovoltage responsivity in the self-rolled tubular tellurium(Te)photodetector with PTE *** illumination,the tubular device demonstrates a maximum photovoltage responsivity of 252.13 VW^(-1)and a large detectivity of 1.48×10^(11)*** disclose the mechanism of the PTE conversion in the tubular structure with the assistance of theoretical *** addition,the device exhibits excellent performances in wide-angle and polarization-dependent *** work presents an approach to remarkably improve the performance of photodetector by concentrating light and corresponding heat generated,and the proposed self-rolled devices thus hold remarkable promises for next-generation on-chip photodetection.

In continuation of our previous work on simulation of robots in a virtual environment, we propose the next version of the simulation framework according to requirements of our ongoing research on algorithms of robot vision and manipulation. A dynamic 3D environment has been created in which the simulated robot is manipulated. Multiple methods to operate the robot are provided including control by input devices, graphical user interface, and program commands. In the current version, visual sensors comprising of simulated stereo cameras are built on the robot to obtain visual input from the virtual world. The interface to the simulator core is made transparent so that the control could directly be shifted to the real hardware platform when algorithms have been successfully tested. The system is designed to be modular and flexible in order to accommodate future extensions and enhancements, such as inclusion of non-visual sensors.

In this work the structural,electronic and thermoelectric properties of YbMg_(2)X_(2)(X=P,As,Sb,Bi)zintl compounds were investigated comprehensively using first principles *** electronic properties were studied using PBE GGA,TB-mBJ and hybrid(YS-PBE0)*** the structural parameters of optimized structures are in harmonious agreement to the available *** band structure study illustrates that the titled materials manifest metallic and semi metallic nature using PBE and TB-mBJ potentials while they show wide band gap semiconducting behavior by following hybrid(YS-PBE0)*** density of states(TDOS)and partial density of states(PDOS)were also calculated to glimpse the contribution of orbitals of atoms in the formation of *** properties were studied by using BoltzTraP2 code employed to *** get enormous values of Seebeck coefficient(S),power factor(PF)and thermoelectric figure of merit(ZT)for all the samples YbMg_(2)X_(2)(X=P,As,Sb,Bi),Moreover,the overwhelming transport properties for the titled compounds indicate the optimum level of carriers’concentration which pinpoints these materials to be better thermoelectrics in the 1-2-2 zintl family.

Perovskite solar cells have aroused a worldwide research upsurge in recent years due to their soaring photovoltaic performance,ease of solution processing,and low *** power conversion efficiency record is constantly being broken and has recently reached 26.1%in the lab,which is comparable to the established photovoltaic technologies such as crystalline silicon,copper indium gallium selenide and cadmium telluride(CdTe)solar ***,perovskite solar cells are standing at the entrance of industrialization,where huge opportunities and risks ***,towards commercialization,challenges of up-scaling,stability and lead toxicity still remain,the proper handling of which could potentially lead to the widespread adoption of perovskite solar cells as a low-cost and efficient source of renewable *** review gives a holistic analysis of the path towards commercialization for perovskite solar cells.A comprehensive overview of the current state-of-the-art level for perovskite solar cells and modules will be introduced first,with respect to the module efficiency,stability and current status of *** will then discuss the challenges that get in the way of commercialization and the corresponding strategies to address them,involving the upscaling,the stability and the lead toxicity *** into the future direction of commercialization of perovskite photovoltaics was also provided,including the flexible perovskite cells and modules and perovskite indoor ***,the future perspectives towards commercialization are put forward.

Influencer Identification of Threshold Models in Hypergraphs

This paper mainly studies the influence maximization problem of threshold models in hypergraphs, which aims to identify the most influential nodes in hypergraphs. Firstly, we introduce a novel information diffusion rule in hypergraphs based on Threshold Models and conduct the stability analysis. Then we extend the CI-TM algorithm, originally designed for complex networks, to hypergraphs, denoted as the H-CI-TM algorithm. Secondly, we use an iterative approach to get the globally optimal solutions. The analysis reveals that our algorithm ultimately identifies the most influential set of nodes. Based on the numerical simulations, HCI-TM algorithm outperforms several competing algorithms in both synthetic and real-world hypergraphs. Essentially, when provided with the same number of initial seeds, our algorithm can achieve a larger activation size. Our method not only accurately assesses the influence of individual nodes but also identifies a set of nodes with greater impact. Furthermore, our results demonstrate good scalability when handling intricate relationships and large-scale *** outcomes of our research provide substantial support for the applications of the threshold models across diverse fields, including social network analysis and marketing strategies.
