BiSe with intrinsic low thermal conductivity has considered as a promising thermoelectric(TE)material at nearly room *** improve its low thermoelectric figure of merit(zT),in this work,Sb and Te isovalent co-alloying was performed and significantly optimized its TE property with weakly anisotropic *** substituting Sb on Bi sites,the carrier concentration is suppressed by introduction of Sbsingle bond Se site defects,which contributes to the increased absolute value of Seebeck coefficient(|S|).Further co-alloying Te on Se of the optimized composition Bi_(0.7)Sb_(0.3)Se,the carrier concentration increased without affecting the|S|due to the enhanced effective mass,which leads to a highest power factor of 12.8μW/(cm·K^(2))at 423 *** a result,a maximum zT of∼0.54 is achieved for Bi_(0.7)Sb_(0.3)Se_(0.7)Te_(0.3) along the pressing direction and the average zT(zTave)(from 300 K to 623 K)are drastically improved from 0.24 for pristine BiSe sample to ***,an energy conversion efficiency∼4.0%is achieved for a single leg TE device of Bi_(0.7)Sb_(0.3)Se_(0.7)Te_(0.3)when applied the temperature difference of 339 K,indicating the potential TE application.

Haemaphysalis longicornis ticks,commonly found in East asia,can transmit various pathogenic viruses,includingthe severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome virus(SFTSV)that has caused febrile diseases among humansin Hubei ***,understanding of the viromes of *** was limited,and the prevalence ofviruses among *** ticks in Hubei was not well *** study investigates the viromes of bothengorged(fed)and free(unfed)*** ticks across three mountainous regions in Hubei Province from 2019to ***-sequencing analysis identified viral sequences that were related to 39 reference viruses belonging tounclassified viruses and seven RNA viral families,namely Chuviridae,Nairoviridae,Orthomyxoviridae,Parvoviridae,Phenuiviridae,Rhabdoviridae,and *** abundance and diversity in these ticks were analysed,andphylogenetic characteristics of the Henan tick virus(HNTV),Dabieshan tick virus(DBSTV),Okutama tick virus(OKTV),and Jingmen tick virus(JMTV)were elucidated based on their full genomic *** demonstrated that DBSTV was the most common virus found in individual *** ticks(12.59%),followed by HNTV(0.35%),whereas JMTV and OKTV were not *** results improve our understanding of *** tick viromes in central China and highlight the role of tick feeding status and geographyin shaping the viral *** findings of new viral strains and their potential impact on public health raisethe need to strengthen surveillance efforts for comprehensively assessing their spillover potentials.

Temporal solitons have been the focus of much research due to their fascinating physical *** solitons can form bound states,which are fundamentally crucial modes in fiber laser and present striking analogies with their matter molecules counterparts,which means they have potential applications in large-capacity transmission and alloptical information *** traditionally,second-order dispersion has been the dominant dispersion for conventional solitons,recent experimental and theoretical research has shown that pure-high-even-order dispersion(PHEOD)solitons with energy-width scaling can arise from the interaction of arbitrary negative-even-order dispersion and Kerr *** these advancements,research on the bound states of PHEOD solitons is currently *** this study,we obtained PHEOD bound solitons in a fiber laser using an intra-cavity spectral pulse shaper for high-order dispersion ***,we experimentally demonstrate the existence of PHEOD solitons and PHEOD bound solitons with pure-quartic,-sextic,-octic,and-decic *** simulations corroborate these experimental ***,vibrating phase PHEOD bound soliton pairs,sliding phase PHEOD bound soliton pairs,and hybrid phase PHEOD bound tri-soliton are discovered and *** results broaden the fundamental understanding of solitons and show the universality of multi-soliton patterns.

Background Myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury is characterized by the inability of tissue and organ function to recover after the perfusion blood flow is restored followed by myocardial ischemia. Previous studies have shown that many Chinese herbal compounds can reduce myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury,but the efficacy of Wuling Powder in treating myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury has not been reported. The present study aimed to investigate the mechanism of Wuling Powder in treating myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury by network pharmacology and molecular docking. Methods The active constituents of Wuling Powder were obtained by the Traditional Chinese Medicine systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform(TCMSP), and the related targets of active constituents of Wuling Powder were screened by the Swiss Target Prediction database. Disease targets of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury were obtained by gene Cards, Dis ge NET and OMIM gene databases. The active compound-target network of Wuling Powder was constructed using Cytoscape software. The drug prediction targets were mapped to the disease target set, and the intersection targets were obtained. The gene Ontology(GO) function and Kyoto Encyclopedia of genes anf genomes(KEGG) pathway enrichment analysis were performed on the intersection targets obtained by using String database. Auto Dock Vina was used for molecular docking of core targets and the top 3 key active ingredients with degree values. Results Through screening, 56 active ingredients and 116 targets of Wuling Powder were obtained. There were 27 common targets of Wuling Powder and myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in Myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury(MIRI). Protein-Protein Interaction(PPI) network analysis in this study showed that CASP3, PTGS2, CAT, JUN, ESR1, CASP8, CASP9 and RELA may be the key targets of Wuling Powder to exert the protective effect of MIRI. Kagome magnets were predicted to be a good platform to investigate correlated topology band structure,Chern quantum phase,and geometrical frustration due to their unique lattice *** we reported single crystal growth of 166-type kagome magnetic materials,including HfMn_(6)Sn_(6),ZrMn_(6)Sn_(6),GdMn_(6)Sn_(6)and GdV_(6)Sn_(6),by using the flux method with Sn as the *** them,HfMn_(6)Sn_(6)and ZrMn_(6)Sn_(6)single crystals were grown for the first time.X-ray diffraction measurements reveal that all four samples crystallize in HfFe6ge6-type hexagonal structure with space group P6/*** samples show metallic behavior from temperature dependence of resistivity measurements,and the dominant carrier is hole,except for GdV6Sn6 which is electron *** samples have magnetic order with different transition temperatures,HfMn_(6)Sn_(6),ZrMn_(6)Sn_(6)and GdV_(6)Sn_(6)are antiferromagnetic with TN of 541 K,466 K and 4 K respectively,while GdMn_(6)Sn_(6)is ferrimagnetic with the critical temperature of about 470 *** study will enrich the research platform of magnetic kagome materials and help explore the novel quantum phenomena in these interesting *** dataset of specific crystal structure parameters for HfMn_(6)Sn_(6)are available in Science Data Bank,with the link.

Highly evolved granite is an important sign of the mature continent crust and closely associated with deposits of rare *** this work,the authors undertake systematically zircon U-Pb ages and whole rock elemental data for highly evolved granitic intrusions from the Great Xing’an Range(GXR),NE China,to elucidate their discriminant criteria,spatial-temporal distribution,differentiation and geodynamic *** data of these highly evolved granites suggest that high w(SiO_(2))(>70%)and differentiation index(DI>88)could be quantified indicators,while strong Eu depletion,high TE_(1,3),lowΣREE and low Zr/Hf,Nb/Ta,K/Rb could only be qualitative *** U-Pb ages suggest that the highly evolved gran-ites in the GXR were mainly formed in Late Mesozoic,which can be divided into two major stages:Late Ju-rassic-early Early Cretaceous(162-136 Ma,peak at 138 Ma),and late Early Cretaceous(136-106 Ma,peak at 126 Ma).The highly evolved granites are mainly distributed in the central-southern GXR,and display a weakly trend of getting younger from northwest to southeast,meanwhile indicating the metallogenic potential of rare metals within the central *** spatial-temporal distribution,combined with regional geological data,indicates the highly evolved Mesozoic granites in the GXR were emplaced in an extensional environ-ment,of which the Late Jurassic-early Early Cretaceous extension was related to the closure of the Mongol-Okhotsk Ocean and roll-back of the Paleo-Pacific Plate,while the late Early Cretaceous extension was mainly related to the roll-back of the Paleo-Pacific Plate.
