The rise in hydrogen production powered by renewable energy is driving the field toward the adoption of systems co.prising multiple alkaline water *** setups present various operational modes:independent operation and multi-electrolyzer parallelization,each with distinct advantages and *** study introduces an innovative co.figuration that inco.porates a mutual lye mixer among electrolyzers,establishing a weakly co.pled system that co.bines the advantages of two *** approach enables efficient heat utilization for faster hot-startup and maintains heat co.servation post-lye interco.nection,while preserving the option for independent operation after deco.pling.A specialized thermal exchange model is developed for this topology,acco.ding to the dynamics of the lye *** study further details startup procedures and proposes optimized co.trol strategies tailored to this structural *** heat from the caustic fully heats up the multiple electrolyzers co.nected to the lye mixing system,enabling a rapid hot start to enhance the system’s ability to track renewable energy.A co.trol strategy is established to reduce heat loss and increase startup speed,and the optimal valve openings of the diverter valve and the manifold valve are *** results indicate a co.siderable enhancement in operational efficiency,marked by an 18.28%improvement in startup speed and a 6.11%reduction in startup energy co.sumption inmulti-electrolyzer cluster systems,particularlywhen the systems are synchronized with photovoltaic energy *** findings represent a significant stride toward efficient and sustainable hydrogen production,offering a promising path for large-scale integration of renewable energy.

The electron cyclotron emission(ECE)diagnostic system has been developed on the ENN spherical torus(EXL-50).The ECE system is designed to detect radiation emitted by energetic electrons,rather than co.ventional 1D electron temperature profile measurement,in the frequency range of 4-40 *** system is co.posed of five subsystems,each co.ering a different frequency band,including the C-band(4-8 GHz),X-band(8-12 GHz),Ku-band(12-18 GHz),K-band(18-26.5 GHz)and Kα-band(26.4-40 GHz).The system uses heterodyne detection to analyze the received *** K-band and Kα-band subsystems are located horizontally in the equatorial plane of the EXL-50,while the C-band,X-band and Ku-band subsystems are located under the vacuum vessel of the *** direct the microwaves from the plasma to the antennas for the horizontal detection subsystems,a quasi-optical system has been *** the vertical detection subsystems,the antennas are directly attached to the port located beneath the torus at R=700 mm,which is also the magnetic axis of the *** system integration,bench testing and initial experimental results will be thoroughly discussed,providing a co.prehensive understanding of the ECE system s performance and capabilities.

Efficiency-oriented vehicle relocation of shared autonomous electric fleet in station-based car-sharing system

Long waiting delays for users and significant imbalances in vehicle distribution are bothering traditional station-based one-way electric car-sharing system *** address the problems above,a“demand forecast-station status judgement-vehicle relocation”multistage dynamic relocation algorithm based on the automatic formation cruising technology was proposed in this *** stage one,a novel trip demand forecast model based on the long short-term memory network was established to predict users'car-pickup and car-return order volumes at each *** stage two,a dynamic threshold interval was determined by co.bining the forecast results with the actual vehicle distribution among stations to evaluate the status of each *** vehicle-surplus,vehicleinsufficient,vehicle-normal stations,and the number of surplus or insufficient vehicles for each station were *** stage three,setting driving mileage and carbon emission as the optimization objectives,an integer linear programming mathematical model was co.structed and the optimal vehicle relocation scheme was obtained by the co.mercial solver *** 43 stations and 187 vehicles in Jiading District,Shanghai,China,as a case study,results showed that rapid vehicle rebalancing among stations with minimum carbon emissions co.ld be realized within 15 min and the users’car-pickup and car-return demands co.ld be fully satisfied without any refusal.

Design parameter optimization method for a prestressed steel structure driven by multi-factor co.pling

To achieve efficient structural design,it is crucial to reduce the co.t of materials while ensuring structural *** study proposes an optimization method for design parameters(DPs)in a prestressed steel structure driven by multi-factor *** acco.plish this,a numerical proxy model of prestressed steel structures is established with integration of DPs and mechanical parameters(MPs).A data association-parameter analysis-optimization selection system is established.A co.relation between DPs and MPs is established using a back propagation(BP)neural *** co.relation provides samples for parameter analysis and optimization *** are used to characterize the safety of the *** on the safety grade analysis,the key DPs that affect the mechanical properties of the structure are obtained.A mapping function is created to match the MPs and the key *** optimal structural DPs are obtained by setting structural materials as the optimization objective and safety energy as the co.straint *** theoretical model is applied to an 80-m-span gymnasium and verified with a scale test physical *** MPs obtained using the proposed method are in good agreement with the experimental *** with the traditional design method,the design cycle can be shortened by more than 90%.Driven by the optimal selection method,a saving of more than 20% can be achieved through reduction of structural material ***,the cross-sectional dimensions of radial cables have a substantial influence on vertical *** initial tension and cross-sectional size of the upper radial cable exhibit the most pronounced impact on the stress distribution in that *** initial tension and cross-sectional size of the lower radial cable hold the greatest sway over the stress distribution in that cable.
