The prevention and control of rice bacterial leaf blight(BLB)disease has not yet been achieved due to the lack of effective agrochemicals and available ***,we develop a series of novel bissulfones and a novel target with a unique mechanism to address this *** developed bissulfones can control Xanthomonas oryzae ***(Xoo),and 2-(bis(methylsulfonyl)methylene)-N-(4-chlorophenyl)hydrazine-1-carboxamide(B_(7))is more effective than the commercial drugs thiodiazole copper(TC)and bismerthiazol(BT).Pyruvate kinase(PYK)in Xoo has been identified for the first time as the target protein of our bissulfone B_(7).PYK modulates bacterial virulence via a CrP-like protein(Clp)/two-component system regulatory protein(reg r)*** elucidation of this pathway facilitates the use of B_(7)to reduce PYK expression at the transcriptional level,block PYK activity at the protein level,and impair the interaction within the PYK-Clp-reg r complex via competitive inhibition,thereby attenuating bacterial biology and *** study offers insights into the molecular and mechanistic aspects underlying anti-Xoo strategies that target *** believe that these valuable discoveries will be used for bacterial disease control in the future.

Single-atom catalysts(SACs)are a series of catalysts in which all metal species are atomically dispersed on oxides,zeolites,sulfides,carbons,and so *** concept describing how atoms arrange with their nearest neighbors was proposed in 1969 by Van Hardeveld and co-workers[1],and researchers witness the growing popularity of SACs[2].However,the first long-standing issue in SACs is that the low concentration of active sites on the ***,weak chemical bonds between active sites with supports cannot sustain the functionalities of the SACs during long-term reactions,especially ones run at harsh conditions(high temperature or humidity,strong oxidative conditions).The loss or aggregation of active sites in SACs require substantial efforts to address the existing drawbacks in traditional SACs.

The dissolution and diffusion of CO_(2)in oil and water and its displacement mechanism were investigated by laboratory experiment and numerical simulation for Block 9 in the Tahe oilfield,a sandstone oil reservoir with strong bottom-water drive in Tarim Basin,Northwest *** parameters were analyzed as solubility ratio of CO_(2)in oil,gas and water,interfacial tension,in-situ oil viscosity distribution,remaining oil saturation distribution,and oil *** results show that CO_(2)flooding could control water coning and increase oil *** the early stage of the injection process,CO_(2)expanded vertically due to gravity differentiation,and extended laterally under the action of strong bottom water in the intermediate and late *** CO_(2)got enriched and extended at the oil-water interface,forming a high interfacial tension zone,which inhibited the coning of bottom water to some extent.A miscible region with low interfacial tension formed at the gas injection front,which reduced the in-situ oil viscosity by about 50%.The numerical simulation results show that enhanced oil recovery(EOr)is estimated at 5.72%and the oil exchange ratio of CO_(2)is 0.17 t/t.

Laser powder bed fusion(LPBF)in-situ alloying technology offers the possibility to construct gradient materials with varied structures and *** graded Fe-Cr-Co permanent magnetic alloys were fabricated by LPBF and in-situ alloying mixed powders of Fe,Cr,and Co *** effects of different Fe,Cr and Co contents on the microstructure,magnetic properties and hardness of Fe-Cr-Co alloys prepared by LPBF were *** as-built Fe-Cr-Co alloys present a single body-centered-cubic phase and have a homogeneous distribution of *** mechanical properties and magnetic properties of the compositionally graded sample show a gradient *** the increase in Cr content,the Vickers hardness of the sample increases,and the saturation magnetization of the sample *** optimal magnetic properties in an isotropic state are given as coercivity HcB=21.65 kA/m,remanence Br=0.70 T and energy product(BH)_(max)=5.35 kJ/m^(3),which are comparable to or higher than the reported magnetic properties in an isotropic state prepared by traditional powder *** in-situ alloying technology has the potential to further explore Fe-Cr-Co magnetic materials,such as those consisting of multiple or more constituent elements,and to maximize the compositional flexibility of magnetic materials.

In this work,a conventional HfO2gate dielectric layer is replaced with a 3-nm ferroelectric（Fe） HZO layer in the gate stacks of advanced fin field-effect transistors（FinFETs）.Fe-induced characteristics,e.g.,negative drain induced barrier lowering（N-dIBL） and negative differential resistance（Ndr）,are clearly observed for both p-and n-type HZO-based *** characteristics are attributed to the enhanced ferroelectricity of the 3-nm hafnium zirconium oxide（HZO） film,caused by Al doping from the TiAlC capping *** mechanism is verified for capacitors with structures similar to the *** to the enhanced ferroelectricity and N-dIBL phenomenon,the drain current(IdS)of the HZO-FinFETs is greater than that of HfO2-FinFETs and obtained at a lower operating ***,circuits based on HZO-FinFET achieve higher performance than those based on HfO2-FinFET at a low voltage drain(Vdd),which indicates the application feasibility of the HZO-FinFETs in the ultralow power integrated circuits.

Over the past few decades,extensive scientific has been dedicated to polymer synthesis employing renewable *** this study,we devised and synthesized multifunctional polyeugenol-based nanoparticles,exhibiting remarkable antioxidant and antibacterial *** grafting of eugenol onto the nanoparticle surface was achieved via a thiol-ene chemical reaction with a grafting rate of 3.5%.To comprehend the properties of the synthesized nanoparticles,we employed Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and pyrolysis-gas chromatography mass *** scanning electron microscopic and transmission electron microscopic analyses revealed the presence of a crosslinked structure within the polyeugenol-based nanoparticles,as well as a heteroge-neous microsphere structure on the *** to the inherent crosslinking structure,the polyeugenol-based nanoparticles demonstrated robust the resistance to solvents,as ascertained through thermog-ravimetric analysis and solvent resistance ***,nitrogen adsorption/desorption studies confirmed the adsorption capacity of the polyeugenol-based nanoparticles,rendering them potentially suitable for drug transport ***,the assays for assessing cytocompatibility and reactive oxygen species scavenging activities demonstrated better performance of the eugenol-based nano-particles compared to ***,the polyeugenol-based nanoparticles exhibited certain bactericidal activities against Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,and Fusobacterium ***,these observations indicated the nontoxic nature and expansive application prospects of the polyeugenol-based nanoparticles in the domains of medicine and food *** work presented a pioneering concept for the development of antioxidant and antibacterial multifunctional polymer materials derived from eugenol.

Over recent decades, advancements in complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor integrated circuits(ICs)have mainly relied on structural innovations in transistors. From planar transistors to the fin field-effect transistor(FinFET) and gate-all-around FET(GAAFET), more gate electrodes have been added to three-dimensional(3d) channels with enhanced control and carrier conductance to provide higher electrostatic integrity and higher operating currents within the same device footprint. Beyond the 1-nm node, Moore's law scaling is no longer expected to be applicable to geometrical shrinkage. Vertical transistor stacking, e.g. in complementary FETs(CFET), 3d stack(3dS) FETs and vertical-channel transistors(VFET), for enhanced density and variable circuit or system design represents a revolutionary scaling approach for sustained IC development. Herein, innovative works on specific structures, key process breakthroughs, shrinking cell sizes and design methodologies for transistor structure research and development are reviewed. Perspectives on future innovations in advanced transistors with new channel materials and operating theories are also discussed.

With the development of knowledge graphs, a series of applications based on knowledge graphs have emerged. The incompleteness of knowledge graphs makes the effect of the downstream applications and affected by the quality of the knowledge graphs. To improve the quality of knowledge graphs, translation-based graph embeddings, such as TransE, learn structural information by rep-resenting triples as low-dimensional dense vectors. However, is difficult to generalize to unseen entities, Entities that are not observed during training but appear during testing. The other methods use the powerful representational ability of pre-trained language models to learn entity descriptions and contextual representation of triples. Although they are robust to incompleteness, but they need to calculate the score of all candidate entities for each triple during inference. We consider combining two models to enhance the robustness of unseen entities by semantic information, and prevent combined explosion by reducing inference overhead through structured information. We use a pre-training language model to code triples and learn the semantic information within them, and then use a hyperbolic space-based distance model to learn structural information and integrate the two types of information together. We evaluate our model by performing link prediction experi-ments in standard datasets. In experiments, our model achieves better performances than state-of-the-art methods on two standard datasets.

Laser wakefield acceleration,as an advanced accelerator concept,has attracted great attentions for its ultrahigh acceleration gradient and the capability to produce high brightness electron *** three-dimensional(3d)density serves as an evaluation metric for the particle bunch quality and is intrinsically related to the applications of an *** its significance,this parameter has not been experimentally measured in the investigation of laser wakefield *** report on an electro-optic 3d snapshot of a laser wakefield electron bunch at a position outside the *** 3d shape of the electron bunch was detected by simultaneously performing optical transition radiation imaging and electro-optic *** 3d structures to a few micrometer levels were reconstructed using a genetic *** electron bunch possessed a transverse size of less than 30 *** current profile shows a multi-peak *** main peak had a duration ofd a peak current>1 *** maximum electron 3d number density was~9×10^(21)m^(-3).This research demonstrates a feasible way of 3d density monitoring on femtosecond kilo-ampere electron bunches,at any position of a beam transport line for relevant applications.
