Polarized-sensitive image sensors are a kind of photodetector with great development potential due to their enhanced ability to detect and identify the target objects from the aspect of spatial,spectral and polarized ***,low-dimensional anisotropic materials with inherent anisotropic properties,ultrathin thickness,tunable bandgap and feasible integration with co.plementary metal oxide semico.ductor(CMOS)fabrication processes have attracted great interest for their facilitation of polarized photodetector devices *** the polarized detection performance of low-dimensional materials to satisfy realistic needs stimulates the exploration of modulation of anisotropic *** this review,we co.prehensively introduce the latest research progress in modulating the optical and optoelectronic anisotropy characteristics of low-dimensional *** strategy of anisotropy regulation through crystal structure engineering and co.pling system is discussed ***,the latest progress in image reco.nition applications using anisotropic low-dimensional materials is reviewed in ***,we summarize the challenge and propose future opportunities in the practical application of polarized-sensitive imaging photodetectors based on low-dimensional anisotropic materials.

In order to investigate the impact of channel model parameters on the channel capacity of a multipleinput multiple-output （MIMO） system, a novel method is proposed to explore the channel capacity under Rayleigh fiat fading with co.related transmit and receive antennas. The optimal transmitting direction which can achieve maximum channel capacity is derived using random matrices theory. In addition, the closed-form expression for the channel capacity of MIMO systems is given by utilizing the properties of Wishart distribution when SNR is high. co.puter simulation results show that the channel capacity is maximized when the antenna spacing increases to a certain point, and furthermore, the larger the scattering angle is, the more quickly the channel capacity co.verges to its maximum. At high SNR （〉12 dB）, the estimation of capacity is close to its true wlue. And, when the same array co.figuration is adopted both at the transmitter and the receiver, the UCA yields higher channel capacity than ULA.

Neutron-sensitive microchannel plates(nMCPs)have applications in neutron detection,including energy spectrum measurements,neutron-induced cross sections,and neutron imaging.10B-doped MCPs(B-MCPs)have attracted significant attention owing to their potential for exhibiting a high neutron detection efficiency over a large neutron energy *** spatial and temporal resolutions are useful for neutron energy-resolved ***,their practical applications still face many technical *** this study,a B-MCP with 10 mol%10B was tested for its response to wide-energy neutrons from eV to MeV at the Back-n white neutron source at the China Spallation Neutron *** neutron detection efficiency was calibrated at 1 eV,which is approximately 300 times that of an ordinary MCP and indicates the success of 10 B *** factors that caused the reduction in the detection efficiency were simulated and *** neutron energy spectrum obtained using B-MCP was co.pared with that obtained by other measurement methods,and showed very good co.sistency for neutron energies below tens of *** response is more co.plicated at higher neutron energy,at which point the elastic and nonelastic reactions of all nuclides of B-MCP gradually beco.e *** is beneficial for the detection of neutrons,as it co.pensates for the detection efficiency of B-MCP for high-energy neutrons.

Ru(III) catalyzed permanganate oxidation of aniline at environmentally relevant pH

Ru（Ⅲ） was employed as catalyst for aniline oxidation by permanganate at environmentally relevant pH for the first time. Ru（Ⅲ） co.ld significantly improve the oxidation rate of aniline by 5-24 times with its co.centration increasing from 2.5 to 15 μmol/L. The reaction of Ru（Ⅲ） catalyzed permanganate oxidation of aniline was first-order with respect to aniline, permanganate and Ru（Ⅲ）, respectively. Thus the oxidation kinetics can be described by a third-order rate law. Aniline degradation by Ru（Ⅲ） catalyzed permanganate oxidation was markedly influenced by pH, and the seco.d-order rate co.stant （ktapp） decreased from 643.20 to 2.67 （mol/L）^-1 sec^-1 with increasing pH from 4.0 to 9.0, which was possibly due to the decrease of permanganate oxidation potential with increasing pH. In both the uncatalytic and catalytic permanganate oxidation, six byproducts of aniline were identified in UPLC-MS/MS analysis. Ru（Ⅲ）, as an electron shuttle, was oxidized by permanganate to Ru（Ⅵ） and Ru（Ⅶ）, which acted the co.oxidants for deco.position of aniline. Although Ru（Ⅲ） co.ld catalyze permanganate oxidation of aniline effectively, dosing homogeneous Ru（Ⅲ） into water would lead to a seco.d pollution. Therefore, efforts would be made to investigate the catalytic performance of supported Ru（Ⅲ） toward permanganate oxidation in our future study.

A microstructure co.posed of martensite matrix,lower bainite,and stable film-like austenite was designed by a quenching and isothermal bainitic holding process in a 0.30C–2.69Mn–1.71Si(wt.%)*** yield strength,tensile strength,and ductile-to-brittle transition temperature(DBTT)of the high-strength steel thus obtained were 1263 MPa,1521 MPa,and-33℃,respectively,and at-20℃,it showed superior low-temperature toughness,which reached 77.5 J/cm^(2).Meanwhile,it showed excellent hydrogen embrittlement(HE)resistance,and the total elongation loss is only 3.1%after 15 min of hydrogen *** excellent co.prehensive performance is attributed to the fact that fine stable austenite with film-like morphology hindered the crack nucleation and propagation,and hindered hydrogen diffusion as a hydrogen ***,with a decrease in the isothermal temperature,transition carbide precipitation was acco.panied by a further decrease in austenite grain *** this co.dition,although transition carbides can act as effective hydrogen traps,excessive precipitation decreased the carbon co.tent of retained austenite and increased the deformation heterogeneity between austenite and martensite matrix,leading to weakened austenite stability and HE resistance,a total elongation loss of approximately 39%(15 min hydrogen charging),a sharp decrease in impact toughness,and an increase in *** co.petitive role of film-like austenite and transition carbides on the co.prehensive mechanical performance of steel is revealed,especially the suppression of crack nucleation and propagation that will provide a guide for the design of high strength steels with excellent impact toughness and HE resistance.

Simulations of the Dependence of Gas Physical Parameters on Deposition Variables during HFCVD Diamond Films

During the growth of the hot filament chemical vapor deposition （HFCVD） diamond films, numerical simulations in a 2-D mathematical model were employed to investigate the influence of various deposition parameters on the gas physical parameters, including the temperature, velocity and volume density of gas. It was found that, even in the case of optimized deposition parameters, the space distributions of gas parameters were heterogeneous due primarily to the thermal blockage co.e from the hot filaments and cryogenic pump effect arisen from the co.d reactor wall. The distribution of volume density agreed well with the thermal round-flow phenomenon, one of the key obstacles to obtaining high growth rate in HFCVD process. In virtue of isothermal boundary with high temperature or adiabatic boundary co.dition of reactor wall, however, the thermal roundflow was profoundly reduced and as a co.sequence, the uniformity of gas physical parameters was co.siderably improved, as identified by the experimental films growth.

The latest publications regarding the development of technology to co.trol inclusion co.positions focusing on MgO?Al2O3 spinel inclusions were summarized in this review article. The problems caused by spinel inclusions, which affect practice as well as products were shown. The formation mechanism of MgO?Al2O3 spinel inclusions is seco.dly explained thermodynamically from the view points of chemistries of molten steels and slag co.positions. Furthermore, crystallization behaviour of spinel was introduced. co.ntermeasures co.ducted in practices and laboratories were shown along with some problems still left that should be solved in the future.

Microwave absorption（MA） materials are essential for protecting against harmful electromagnetic *** this study,highly efficient and ultrawide-band microwave-absorbing fabrics with superhydrophobic surface features were developed using a facile dip-co.ting method involving in situ graphene oxide（GO） reduction,deposition of TiO2nanoparticles,and subsequent co.ting of a mixture of polydimethylsiloxane（PDMS） and octadecylamine（ODA） on polyester *** to the presence of hierarchically structured surfaces and low-surface-energy materials,the resultant reduced GO（rGO）/TiO2-ODA/PDMS-co.ted fabrics demonstrate superhydrophobicity with a water co.tact angle of 159° and sliding angle of 5°.Under the synergistic effects of co.nduction loss,interface polarization loss,and surface roughness topography,the optimized fabrics show excellent microwave absorbing performances with a minimum reflection loss(RLmin) of-47.4 dB and a maximum effective absorption bandwidth(EABmax) of 7.7 GHz at a small rGO loading of 6.9 wt%.In addition,the rGO/TiO2-ODA/PDMS co.ting was robust,and the co.ted fabrics co.ld withstand repeated washing,soiling,long-term ultraviolet irradiation,and chemical attacks without losing their superhydrophobicity and MA properties,Moreover,the co.ting imparts self-healing properties to the *** study provides a promising and effective route for the development of robust and flexible materials with microwave-absorbing properties.
