With the increase of wind power capacity in China, the situation of curtailment of wind power is getting worse. An annual sequence production simulation model is established with maximum wind power consumption as the objective function. The calculation of specific power grid operation in 2013 verifies the precision of this model. The impact of different factors on wind power accommodation as well as the impact of power grid reserve, wind resources and load on wind power curtailment is analyzed. The calculation results quantify the impact of different factors from power system to the accommodation of wind power and provide reference to solving the problem of wind power curtailment.

Thermal storage technology is becoming more and more significant with the increase of high-power equipment in space *** this paper,3 D printing technology and Phase Change Material(PCM)were combined into a Thermal Energy Storage(TES)system,which could fulfill the requirements of light weight and high thermal conductivity.A 3 D-printed lattice-structure TES plate with N-tetradecane as the PCM and aluminum alloy as the thermal conductivity enhancer was manufactured,and experimentally tested in a thermal vacuum *** addition,a simplified simulation model of the lattice cell was established to clearly analyze the heat transfer process of the TES *** effects of initial temperature distribution and heat load gradient on the thermal storage performances were investigated experimentally and *** equivalent thermal conductivity of the 3 D-printed lattice-structure TES plate turns out to be 13 times of the pure PCM thanks to the aluminum *** heat transfer enhancement appears at the end of the phase change stage due to the sudden mixture of the PCM with different *** simulation results agree well with the experimental *** equivalent thermal conductivity obtained by the phase change simulations are a little higher than those of the experiments,which is mainly caused by the initial uneven temperature distribution in the ***,the effects of non-uniform heat load and the presence of the PCM in the TES plate are *** work successfully validates the feasibility and effectiveness of 3 D printing technology and TES technology for the temperature control in space applications.

power technology is developing rapidly, the community for the power quality requirements are more stringent, smart grid technology continues to apply and gradually mature. But in the power supply and distribution system, the power supply capacity cannot meet the needs of the community for electricity, and there are insecurity grid factors. Relay protection technology as a smart grid in a critical technology, its development and application should be of concern. Electric power system reliability of the relay protection, security requirements become more stringent. According to the basic characteristics of smart grid, as well as the traditional relay protection tuning technology, this paper expounds the important significance of relay protection in smart grid environment, a brief analysis of the smart grid system, and then analyses the technology of relay protection in smart grid environment, finally, the concept of wide area protection function and system structure are discussed, and the analysis of the principle and characteristics of the main algorithm of wide area protection.

Optical neural networks (ONNs), enabling low latency and high parallel data processing withoutelectromagnetic interference, have become a viable player for fast and energy-efficient processing andcalculation to meet the increasing demand for hash rate. Photonic memories employing nonvolatile phase-change materials could achieve zero static power consumption, low thermal cross talk, large-scale, andhigh-energy-efficient photonic neural networks. Nevertheless, the switching speed and dynamic energyconsumption of phase-change material-based photonic memories make them inapplicable for in situ ***, by integrating a patch of phase change thin film with a PIN-diode-embedded microring resonator,a bifunctional photonic memory enabling both 5-bit storage and nanoseconds volatile modulation wasdemonstrated. For the first time, a concept is presented for electrically programmable phase-changematerial-driven photonic memory integrated with nanosecond modulation to allow fast in situ training and zerostatic power consumption data processing in ONNs. ONNs with an optical convolution kernel constructedby our photonic memory theoretically achieved an accuracy of predictions higher than 95% when testedby the MNIST handwritten digit database. This provides a feasible solution to constructing large-scalenonvolatile ONNs with high-speed in situ training capability.

Wind speed prediction is of great importance because it affects the efficiency and stability of power systems with a high proportion of wind ***-spatial wind speed features contain rich information;however,their use to predict wind speed remains one of the most challenging and less studied *** paper investigates the problem of predicting wind speeds for multiple sites using temporal and spatial features and proposes a novel two-layer attentionbased long short-term memory(LSTM),termed 2Attn-LSTM,a unified framework of encoder and decoder mechanisms to handle temporal-spatial wind speed *** eliminate the unevenness of the original wind speed,we initially decompose the preprocessing data into IMF components by variational mode decomposition(VMD).Then,it encodes the spatial features of IMF components at the bottom of the model and decodes the temporal features to obtain each component's predicted value on the second ***,we obtain the ultimate prediction value after denormalization and *** have performed extensive experiments for short-term predictions on real-world data,demonstrating that 2Attn-LSTM outperforms the four baseline *** is worth pointing out that the presented 2Atts-LSTM is a general model suitable for other spatial-temporal features.

A prompt gamma neutron activation analysis system with a 252Cf neutron source for on-line cement analysis has been simulated with the MCNP *** results indicate that the optimum arrangement is a Bi shield of 20-mm thickness,a polyethylene moderator of 50-mm thickness,a source-to-sample distance of 70 mm,and cement samples of 1200 mm×600 mm×170 *** absorb thermal neutrons and suppress low-energy γ-rays,the optimum-sized sheets are 150 mm×7 mm Cd,and 150 mm×15 mm Pb.

随着电网中间歇性可再生能源发电规模的增大，为了保证电能质量和频率的稳定性，电网对可控资源的需求也随之增加。需求响应（demand response, DR）资源的灵活性已成为解决这一问题的一个有价值的方法。然而，目前关于DR资源的灵活性预测问题尚未得到充分的研究。本研究应用一种深度学习技术，即结合时间卷积神经网络的TRANSFORMER模型（temporal convolution network-combined transformer）来预测电动汽车与家庭热水系统两种DR资源的聚合灵活性。所提出的灵活性预测方法使用了基于DR资源的历史用电数据以及为了辅助预测所提出的DR信号数据。所提方法不仅可以预测聚合灵活性的大小，还可以预测其维持时间。最后，本文通过算例仿真验证了灵活性预测结果的准确性。仿真结果表明，在不同的灵活性维持时间下，DR资源灵活性的大小会发生变化。文中所提出的DR资源灵活性预测方法展现了其在释放需求侧资源的灵活性以向电网提供备用容量方面的应用。

Large-scale cryogenic air separation units(ASUs),which are widely used in global petrochemical and semiconductor industries,are being developed with high operating elasticity under variable working *** from discrete processes in traditional machinery manufacturing,the ASU process is continuous and involves the compression,adsorption,cooling,condensation,liquefaction,evaporation,and distillation of multiple *** feature indicates that thousands of technical parameters in adsorption,heat transfer,and distillation processes are correlated and merged into a large-scale complex system.A lumped parameter model(LPM)of ASU is proposed by lumping the main factors together and simplifying the secondary ones to achieve accurate and fast performance *** the basis of material and energy conservation laws,the piecewise-lumped parameters are extracted under variable working conditions by using ***–Sugeno(T–S)fuzzy interval detection is recursively utilized to determine whether the critical point is detected or not by using different *** with the traditional method,LPM is particularly suitable for“rough first then precise”modeling by expanding the feasible domain using fuzzy *** LPM,the performance of the air compressor,molecular sieve adsorber,turbo expander,main plate-fin heat exchangers,and packing column of a 100000 Nm3 O2/h large-scale ASU is enhanced to adapt to variable working *** designed value of net power consumption per unit of oxygen production(kW/(Nm3 O2))is reduced by 6.45%.
