Geogenic lead (Pb) is considered to be less bioavailable than anthropogenic Pb and exerts less effect on the soil fauna. However,Pb contamination in vegetables has been reported in the case of geogenic anomalies, even at moderate concentrations (around 170 mgkg^(-1)). In this study, we investigated collembolan communities using both taxonomic- and trait-based approaches and observed fungal communities to assess the effects of a moderate geogenic Pb anomaly on collembolans and fungi in an urban vegetable garden *** indicated that geogenic Pb indeed modified fungi communities and altered the functional structure of collembolan communities in garden soils. Although geogenic Pb presented low bioavailability, it affected soil fauna and vegetables similar to anthropogenic Pb.

Purpose: To report a case of bilateral endogenous fungal endophthalmitis resulting from disseminated Scedosporium prolificans. Design: Observational case report. Methods: A56- year- old woman with cystic fibrosis status post dual lung transplantation on chronic immunosuppressive therapy presented with acute graft rejection. Cultures of bronchial brushings revealed S. prolificans. Three weeks after admission, the patient noted increased blurriness and a central scotoma in her right eye. Dilated fundus examination revealed profound vitritis in the right eye with hemorrhagic retinitis involving the macula. A peripheral, yellow choroidal infiltrate with overlying retinitis and localized vitritis was present in the left eye. Results: Intravitreal antibiotics were initiated, and vitreous cultures revealed S. prolificans. The patient ultimately succumbed to her disseminated disease. Pathologic examination of the eyes confirmed bilateral endogenous fungal endophthalmitis. Conclusion: S. prolificans is an opportunistic infection resistant to standard antifungal therapy that can result in endogenous endophthalmitis in immunocompromised individuals.

Aims: To estimate the propensity of keratomycosis for parallel or secondary bacterial infection and to explore affinities among fungal and bacterial co-isolates. Methods: A retrospective review of laboratory records over 24 years yielded 152 episodes of culture positive fungal keratitis. After collating 65 corneal specimens having bacterial co-isolates, polymicrobial co-infection was defined as detection of concordant bacteria on smear and culture or on two or more different media. Results: 30 (20% ) keratomycoses met laboratory criteria for polymicrobial infection. The risk of bacterial co-infection was 3.2 (95% confi-dence interval, 1.7 to 5.8) times greater with yeast keratitis than with filamentous fungal keratitis. Conclusions: Bacterial coinfection occasionally complicates fungal keratitis, particularly candidiasis.

2017年7月在深圳召开的第十九届国际植物学大会是该国际会议第一次在亚洲举行的大会。在大会正式日程之前一整周的命名法分会上,代表们专门就有关藻类、菌物与植物的命名法规问题进行了大量的讨论并做出了相关的决定。本文总结了有关菌物命名的相关讨论和决议。（1）菌物命名法管理：会议讨论了菌物命名法管理特别小组委员会的报告（2016）,主要涉及菌物命名法分会要在国际菌物学大会上进行（其程序与国际植物学大会上的命名法分会并行,但提案表决不设机构投票权）,有关菌物命名法规的提案要在《IMI Fungus》上发表、指导性电子邮件投票的参加人员、菌物命名法分会的官员为主席和秘书以及菌物命名法委员会要在国际菌物学大会选举等问题。这个一揽子的提案获得65.8%的赞成票通过,带来了具有里程碑意义的变化,决定了此后在国际命名法规中如何引入、修改或删除与菌物命名相关的规则。（2）保护名：这是在深圳会议上通过的关于菌物保护名的非常重要的议题,凡列入这些名单上的菌物名称可得到保护,不受未列入名单的其他名称的影响。（3）多型性菌物：有关废除以形态类型命名的多型性菌物名称在上一届国际植物学大会（2011）上就已通过,但保留了有关有性型名称对无性型具有优先权的规则。在这次深圳会议上,这个规则（57.2）也被彻底清除。现在确定菌物名称的使用不再以其为无性型或有性型模式所标定的名称来决定,而完全遵循发表日期的优先律。（4）地衣型真菌：地衣型真菌从来不受多型性真菌名称的影响,但由于上届大会上保留了有性型对无性型的优先权（规则57.2）,有几位地衣学家为了避免在地衣方面引起争论,当时在会上提出地衣的名称不受这一规则管辖。随着深圳大会清除了规则57.2,任何有关地衣的特殊规定都一起消失。（5）模式标定：包括有模式注册、培养物作为模式、DNA序列作为模式、解释模式、图片后选模式等问题。从2019年1月1日起,指定菌物名称的后选模式、新模式或解释模式必须在3个认可的菌物名称注册网站（即fungal Names,Index Fungorum或Myco Bank）上注册,获得注册号。从2019年1月1日开始,任何被指定为模式的培养物都必须指明是保留在代谢不活跃的状态,如果没有这个说明,该模式标定将被作为不合格发表。有关DNA序列作为模式的提案没有得到通过,但成立了一个专门委员会对这个问题进行研究。指定解释模式必须是因为现有的模式明显模糊不清才有必要进行。在没有实物标本情况下是否必须指定图片作为后选模式,而不管图片能否显示鉴别特征的问题没有得到解决,但由新成立的模式标定专门委员会进一步研究。（6）作者引证：关于删除名称作者引证中冒号＂：＂的提案没有得到通过,但同意推荐可以＂***.＂作为替代使用,以表明其认可名称的地位。（7）同名：从2019年1月1日起,新发表的菌物名称如果与已有的细菌或原生动物名称相同将被判定为不合格的名称。（8）注册：此次大会除了规定后标定的模式必须注册外,没有其他注册问题的变化。（9）特型（special forms）：有关接受那些以特型发表、符合基原名要求的名称的提案在会上获得通过。

冬小麦品种复壮３０中具有一对抗白粉病隐性基因，该基因对我国流行的白粉病生理小种表现为高抗或免疫，虽尚未定名，却已受到国内外的重视。我们分别以复壮３０、感病品种农大０１５、京花一号的ＤＮＡ为模板，采用３００个ＲＡＰＤ引物（ＵＢＣ４００－ＵＢＣ６９９）进行ＰＣＲ扩增，其中ＵＢＣ４０５（ＣＴＣＴＣＧＴＧＣＧ）可在抗、感品种之间扩增出一多态性片段（６２８ｂｐ），定名为ＵＢＣ４０５－６２８。通过对Ｆ２群体的ＲＡＰＤ分析，证明这条带与复壮３０的抗白粉病基因有连锁关系，可作为该基因的分子标记。

Invasive fungal infection is one of the major complication of severe burns which can induce local or systemic inflammatory response and cause serious substantial damage to the patient. The incidence of fungal infection for burn victims is increasing dramatically during recent years. This guideline, organized by Chinese Society of Burn Surgeons, aims to standardize the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of burn invasive fungal infection. It can be used as one of the tools for treatment of major burn patients.
