Spatiotemporal pattern of climate change in the China-Myanmar economic Corridor from 1901 to 2018

The China-Myanmar economic Corridor(CMEC) is an important part of China's Belt and Road Initiative and an important area for global ecology and biodiversity. In this study, the annual and seasonal spatiotemporal patterns of temperature and precipitation in the CMEC over the past century were investigated using linear tendency estimation, the Mann-Kendall mutation test, the T-test, and wavelet analysis based on the monthly mean climatic data from 1901 to 2018 released by the Climatic research Unit(CRU) of the University of East Anglia, UK. The results show that the CMEC demonstrated a trend of warming and drying over the past 100 years, and the rate of change in Myanmar was stronger than that in Yunnan province of China. The warming rate was 0.039 ℃/10a. Precipitation decreased at a rate of -6.1 mm/10a. From the perspective of spatial distribution, temperature was high in the central and southern, low in the north of the CMEC, and the high-temperature centers were mainly distributed in the southern plain and river valley. Precipitation decreased from west to east and from south to north of the CMEC. From the perspective of the rate of change, warming was stronger in central and northern CMEC than in southern and northeastern CMEC. The rate of precipitation decline was stronger in the central and western regions than in the eastern region. This study provides a scientific reference for the CMEC to address climate change and ensure sustainable social and economic development and ecological security.

Dynamic Evaluation and Analysis of Regional Innovation Capability in Eastern China from the Perspective of high-quality development

The economy of China has turned to the stage of high-quality development. In this sense,the connotation of regional innovation capacity should reflect more aspects, such as better economic effectiveness, people-centered philosophy of development and better living conditions. This study aims at establishing the evaluation index system of regional innovation capacity under high-quality perspective.Then the dynamic evaluation method based on gray correlation degree and TOPSIS is improved. And the improved method is applied to evaluate the regional innovation capacity under high-quality development perspective. The results show that: 1) The regional innovation capacity of Jiangsu, Zhejiang,Shanghai and Guangdong under high-quality development perspective is better than other regions,while the regional innovation capacity of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is imbalanced. Regional innovation capability of fujian, Shandong, and Hainan from a high-quality perspective is at the middle and lower levels. 2) From the perspective of development trends, the gap of regional innovation capacity between Beijing, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Guangdong and fujian, Hebei, Shandong is gradually narrowing.3) An in-depth analysis of the regional innovation capability of the eastern provinces and cities from the perspective of high-quality development through different dimensions shows that Beijing, Guangdong, Jiangsu perform well in all dimensions, while fujian and Hainan need to pay more attention to innovation input and the creation of a better innovation environment to enhance innovation output and promote innovation effectiveness. At last, based on above analysis, relevant policy recommendations are proposed.

数字经济日益成为推动经济高质量发展的新引擎。透析数字经济国际研究进展,对于进一步推进国内研究和实践具有重要的借鉴和导向作用。基于文献计量法和知识图谱可视化分析法,以Web of science核心合集2003—2022年收录的数字经济研究文献作为样本数据,从研究的时空分布、知识基础、研究热点、研究趋势等维度进行定量和定性分析。研究结果表明,数字经济国际研究热点主要集中于数字经济对生态环境的影响、数字经济与技术创新关系和数字经济背景下企业转型这3个主题;研究趋势涉及数字经济的测度、数字经济的治理和数字经济赋能传统实体经济发展的技术路径等。

以闽江流域为研究对象,基于2011—2020年闽江流域面板数据,从环境影响、资源消耗、经济效益角度构建投入产出指标体系,采用考虑非期望产出超效率SBM模型和面板空间误差模型,揭示闽江流域生态效率时空演化特征及驱动机制。研究结果表明:闽江流域生态效率均值总体呈下降趋势,生态效率未达到有效水平县(市)占全样本的比重增加,生态效率出现极化现象并形成“低低集聚、高高集聚”空间格局;生态效率空间分布变化显著且存在空间自相关现象,低生态效率区域呈增加趋势,较高生态效率区域呈减少趋势,生态效率表现为下游>中游>上游的空间分布特征;人均地区生产总值对区域生态效率为正向驱动效应,科技水平、产业结构、政府宏观调控对区域生态效率为负向驱动效应。为此,在新发展格局下要推进闽江流域上游、中游、下游协同发展,优化配置创新资源,促进人才区域合理布局,提升流域整体生态效率。

“海上丝绸之路”沿线港口区位优势度的空间格局分析

Location advantages of ports refer to the current developments of ports based on their conditions, such as geographic location, traffic accessibility and hinterland economy, etc., and the spatial pattern of ports’ location advantages reflects the spatial distributions, the regularities and the correlations among their conditions for development. A good understanding of the spatial patterns of ports’ location advantages can help to better identify the relative advantages of ports, position ports’ functions and make strategic plans for development. This paper selected 1259 ports from 63 countries along the Maritime Silk Road as research objects and builds an accessing model to analyze their location advantages on the bases of six factors: the influence of strategic shipping pivot, the competitiveness of port location potential, port network status, the influence of city, the influence of traffic trunk, and road network density in hinterland. The study has the following three findings. Firstly, the location advantages of ports show a 'high-low-high' distribution pattern from the west to the east, displaying an obvious 'core-periphery' regionalized distribution. Secondly, most ports have high location advantages, mainly located in Strait of Malacca, the United Arab Emirates, northern Mediterranean coastal region and China-Japan region, the top 10 ports are mainly located in Singapore, China, Malaysia and Japan, indicating that the shipping industry in Asia-Pacific region has stepped to the far front of the global competition;slow economic growths, wars, far away from the Belt and Road countries or bad climate have low location advantages, mainly located in African coastal areas, Oceania, Northeast Europe and Russia. Thirdly, compared with the landward location advantages, the seaward location advantages have a higher influence, and different indicators of location advantages have different influences on the evaluation results, the competitiveness of port location potential being the core indicator.

Protection of architectural heritage: attitudes of local residents and visitors in Sirako, Greece

Architectural heritage comprises one o the most important elements of mountain settlements in Greece. It holds high cultural value, represents the tangible continuation of the past and forms the unique character and identity of each mountain region. Yet, controversy regarding funding for its preservation often arises. In this paper, we used two Contingent Valuation surveys to estimate the socia benefit deriving from protecting the traditiona architecture in the mountainous village of Sirako and through it, to examine perceptions and attitudes o local residents and visitors. research findings revealed a strong social will in favor of the good's protection followed by high percentages of positive willingness to pay(WTP). However, WTP is significantly higher among residents. Cultura heritage value, of the good, appears to prevail, along with the environmental one. However, both residents and visitors pointed out that local heritage, if wellpreserved, will boost tourism development. Residents appeared to better recognize the true level o architectural decay, expressed higher apprehension for its protection and were willing to pay higher amount of money. Tourists, on the other side expressed high satisfaction for their visit, appreciated the beauty and serenity emerging from local built and natural environment and spent several days visiting the surrounding area. The longer they stayed and gotfamiliar with the village, the more willing they were to contribute to local heritage's protection. Percentages reflecting indifference for protecting architecture were extremely low. Yet, they were higher among tourists. Traditional architecture is considered as public good; an opinion resulting in an important percentage of visitors stating that national government should provide the necessary funding. In addition, the architecture appears to hold a high level of topicality. Those descending from Sirako or emotionally connected to it, of both social groups,turned out to be more concerned about the good and with a stronger sense

针对属性值为三角模糊数形式的动态多属性决策问题,提出基于TOPSIS的动态三角模糊多属性决策方法.该方法不仅可以得到各备选方案的差异程度,还可分析各备选方案的增长程度,同时设置偏好参数以考虑决策者对于差异性和增长性的不同偏好,运用时间权重进行二次加权以解决不同时点排序结果不一致的问题.最后,通过算例分析及偏好参数敏感性分析说明决策时考虑决策者偏好的必要性和重要性,并通过与其他方法的比较分析进一步验证了文章方法的可行性和有效性.

本文将双前沿面效率评价的思想引入到传统交叉效率模型中,同时,针对双前沿面交叉效率方法中仁慈型和激进型交叉效率策略无法抉择,以及这两种交叉效率策略的应用范围有限的不足,提出了一种新的基于双前沿面的交叉效率方法。该方法的基本思想是选取一个理想决策单元和负理想决策单元,使用被评价决策单元的权重来计算理想决策单元和负理想决策单元的效率,并使被评价决策单元的效率尽可能接近理想解的效率,同时,尽可能远离负理想解的效率。根据该思想,分别在乐观前沿面和悲观前沿面下求解交叉效率值并进行集结,避免了由于前沿面的选择不同导致的差异以及决策者对仁慈型和激进型交叉效率策略进行抉择的困难。最后,将本文方法与现有方法进行对比分析,并将本文方法应用于我国东部地区10个省(直辖市)的创新效率评价中,以验证方法的有效性。

空间模式的学习和在中国的精力 eco 效率的空间效果

Energy eco-efficiency is a concept integrating ecological and economic benefits arising from energy utilization and serves as a measure of efficiency in the energy-environment-economy system. Using the slacks-based measure （SBM） model considering undesirable output, this study first measures the energy eco-efficiency of provinces in China from 1997 to 2012. It then analyzes the spatial distribution and evolution of energy eco-efficiency from three aspects： scale, intensity, and grain of spatial patterns. Finally, it examines the spatial spillover effects and influencing factors of energy eco-efficiency in different provinces by means of a spatial econometric model. The following conclusions are drawn：（1） The overall energy ecofficiency is relatively low in China, with energy-inefficient regions accounting for about 40%. Guangdong, Hainan and fujian provinces enjoy the highest energy eco-efficiency, while Ningxia, Gansu, Qinghai, and Xinjiang are repre- sentative regions with low efficiency. Thus, the pattern of evolution of China＇s overall energy eco-efficiency is U-shaped. Among local regions, four main patterns of evolution are found： increasing, fluctuating, mutating, and leveling. （2） At the provincial level, China＇s energy eco-efficiency features significant spatial agglomeration both globally and locally. high-high agglomeration occurs mainly in the eastern and southern coastal regions and low-low agglomeration in the northwestern region and the middle reaches of the Yellow River. Changes in spatial patterns have occurred mainly in areas with high-low and low-high agglomeration, with the most remarkable change taking place in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. （3） There exist significant spatial effects of energy eco-efficiency among provinces in China. For the energy eco-efficiency of a given region spatial spillovers from adjacent regions outweigh the influence of errors in adjacent regions. Industrial structure has the greatest influence on energy eco-efficiency.

数据包络分析方法由于其非参性和客观性而被广泛应用于环境效率评估.基于最远目标数据包络分析通过最大化松弛变量来确定改进目标,在进行环境效率评估时存在面临巨大改进难度和高昂改进费用的缺陷.现有的基于最近目标的数据包络分析虽然有助于低效率决策单元以更小的变化达到高效,但大多是从自评角度出发,存在效率虚高的问题.针对这个问题,文章首先结合RAM模型,在考虑环境效率测度特点的基础之上,提出考虑非期望产出的最远目标RAM模型和最近目标RAM模型;然后指出此类模型存在的缺陷;在此基础之上,结合非径向方向距离函数,提出考虑环保性原则的最近目标环境交叉测度模型,从最近目标交叉视角出发测算各地区的环境效率,并利用熵权进行效率集结,使评估结果更具可靠性.最后,以福建省9个地市的环境效率为例,通过与不同环境效率测算方法对比,验证该方法具有较强的有效性和实用性.
