Big data analytics(BDA)in e-commerce,which is an emerging field that started in 2006,deeply affects the development of global e-commerce,especially its layout and performance in the *** *** paper seeks to examine the relative influence of theoretical research of BDA in e-commerce to explain the differences between the *** China by adopting a statistical analysis method on the basis of samples collected from two main literature databases,Web of Science and CNKI,aimed at the *** *** results of this study help clarify doubts regarding the development of China's e-commerce,which exceeds that of the ***,in view of the theoretical comparison of BDA in e-commerce between them.

An air-supplement plasma synthetic jet(PSJ)actuator increases the air supplemental volume in the recovery stage and improves the jet energy by attaching a check valve to the chamber of a conventional *** explore the flow control effect and mechanism of the air-supplement actuator,via particle image velocimetry experiments in a low-speed wind tunnel,the flow field and boundary layer characteristics of a two-dimensional airfoil surface under different actuation states were compared for different attack angles and jet *** experimental results show that,compared with the conventional actuation state,the jet energy of the air-supplement PSJ is higher and the indirect mixing effect of the counter-vortex sequence produced by the jet-mainstream interaction is ***,the boundary layer mixing effect is better,which can further suppress flow separation and improve the critical flow separation attack ***,increasing the jet momentum coefficient can enhance the flow control *** findings of this study could provide guidance for the flow control application of air-supplement PSJs.

AIM: To explore the phenotype and genotype of WeillMarchesani syndrome(WMS) in a Chinese family and review related ***: Three WMS patients and other unaffected individuals in this family with a history of consanguineous marriage were included in this study. Medical history, comprehensive ophthalmic examinations, and systemic evaluation, as well as whole exome and Sanger sequencing of specific genomic regions, were performed. RESULTS: The three affected siblings presented with short stature, brachydactyly and ocular disorders, including very shallow anterior chamber, high myopia, microspherophakia lens subluxation with stretched zonules and glaucoma. Genetic analysis verified a homozygous missense mutation(c.2983C>T: p. Arg995Trp) in ADAMTS17,which was correlated with the diseases in this family, indicating an autosomal recessive inherited manner of WMS. This review aims to summarize the mutation sites of WMS genes, so as to prevent the disease and better guide clinical diagnosis and ***: A novel homozygous missense variant of ADAMTS17 is identified in a WMS family with a history of consanguineous marriage. Our study expands the range of mutations associated with WMS and deepens our understanding of pathology in disease associated with ADAMTS17 variants.

Effect of cAMP on short-circuit current in isolated human ciliary body

Background Cyclic adenosine monophosphate （cAMP） could activate chloride channels in bovine ciliary body and trigger an increase in the ionic current （short-circuit current, Isc） across the ciliary processes in pigs. The purpose of this study was to investigate how cAMP modulates Isc in isolated human ciliary processes and the possible involvement of chloride transport across the tissue in cAMP-induced Isc change. Methods In an Ussing-type chamber system, the Isc changes induced by the cAMP analogue 8-bromo-cAMP and an adenylyl cyclase activator forskolin in isolated human ciliary processes were assessed. The involvement of CI- component in the bath solution was investigated. The effect of CI- channel （10μmol/L niflumic acid and 1 mmol/L 4,4＇-diisothiocyanostilbene-2,2＇-disulfonic acid （DIDS））, K＋ channel （10 mmol/L tetraethylammonium chloride （TEA））, or Na＋ channel blockers （1 mmol/L amiloride） on 8-bromo-cAMP-induced Isc change was also studied. Results Dose-dependently, 8-bromo-cAMP （10 nmol/L-30 μmol/L） or forskolin （10 nmol/L-3 μmol/L） increased Isc across the ciliary processes with an increase in negative potential difference on the non-pigmented epithelium （NPE） side of the tissue. Isc increase induced by 8-bromo-cAMP was more pronounced when the drug was applied on the NPE side than on the pigmented epithelium side. When the tissue was bathed in low CI- solutions, the Isc increase was significantly inhibited. Finally, nifiumic acid and DIDS, but not TEA or amiloride, significantly prevented the Isc increase induced by 8-bromo-cAMP. Conclusions cAMP stimulates stroma-to-aqueous anionic transport in isolated human ciliary processes. Chloride is likely to be among the ions, the transportation of which across the tissue is triggered by cAMP, suggesting the potential role of cAMP in the process of aqueous humor formation in human eyes.

Background Cardiac implantable electronic devices （CIEDs） greatly improve survival and life quality of patients. However, there are gender differences regarding both the utilization and benefit of these devices. In this prospective CIED registry, we aim to appraise the gender differences in CIED utilization in China. Methods Twenty centers from 14 provinces in China were included in our registry study. All patients who underwent a CIED implantation in these twenty centers between Jan 2015 and Dec 2016 were included. Results A total of 8570 patients were enrolled in the baseline cohort, including 7203 pacemaker, 664 implantable cardiac defibrillators （ICD） implants and 703 cardiac resynchronization therapy device （CRT/D）. Totally, 4117 （48.0%） CIED patients were female, and more than 59% pacemaker patients were female, but women account only one third of ICD or CRT/D implantation in this registry. There were significant differences between genders at pacemaker and ICD indications. Female was more likely received a pacemaker due to sick sinus syndrome （SSS）（63.9% vs. 51.0%, P 〈 0.001）. Female patients receiving an ICD were more likely due to cardiac ion channel disease （29.2% vs. 4.2%, P 〈 0.001）. The percentage of utilization of dual-chamber pacemaker in female patients was significantly higher than male （85.3% vs. 81.1%, P 〈 0.001）. But male patients were more likely received a cardiac resynchronization therapy devices with defibrillator than female （56.5% vs. 41.9%, P = 0.001）. In pacemaker patient, male was more likely to have structure heart disease （31.3% vs. 28.0%, P = 0.002）. In ICD patient, male patients were more likely to have ischemic heart disease （48.2% vs. 29.2%, P 〈 0.001）. The mean age of women at the time of CRT/D implantation was older than men （P = 0.014）.
