Elliptic curve cryptography is an important part of nowaday's public key *** points of elliptic curves over finite fields is of great significance to the selection of safety *** present,there are many p-adic algorithms,such as SST algorithm,generalized AGM algorithm,Kedlaya algorithm,etc.,which can deal with the situation of finite fields of small *** this paper,the authors generalize the MSST algorithm of characteristic 2 to general fields of odd characteristic,and propose the generalized MSST *** generalized MSST algorithm is achieved by co.bining the advantages of the SST algorithm and the generalized AGM *** the time co.plexity of the multiplication of two n-bit numbers is denoted as O((n)^(μ)),then the time co.plexity of the generalized MSST algorithm is O(n^(2μ+1/1+μ)),which is the same as the improved SST *** practical experiments,the running time of the generalized MSST algorithm is less than that of the improved SST algorithm.

Most of the current research on user friendship speculation in location-based social networks is based on the co.occurrence characteristics of users,however,statistics find that co.occurrence is not co.mon among all users;meanwhile,most of the existing work focuses on mining more features to improve the accuracy but ignoring the time co.plexity in practical *** this basis,a friendship inference model named ITSIC is proposed based on the similarity of user interest tracks and joint user location *** utilizing MeanShift clustering algorithm,ITSIC clustered and filtered user check-ins and divided the dataset into interesting,abnormal,and noise *** interest trajectories were co.structed from user interest check-in data,which allows ITSIC to work efficiently even for users without *** the same time,by application of clustering,the single-moment multi-interest trajectory was further proposed,which increased the richness of the meaning of the trajectory *** extensive experiments on two real online social network datasets show that ITSIC outperforms existing methods in terms of AUC sco.e and time efficiency co.pared to existing methods.

Intelligent electronic devices(IEDs)are interco.nected via co.munication networks and play pivotal roles in transmitting grid-related operational data and executing co.trol *** the co.text of the heightened security challenges within smart grids,IEDs pose significant risks due to inherent hardware and software vulner-abilities,as well as the openness and vulnerability of co.munication *** grid security,distinct from traditional internet security,mainly relies on monitoring network security events at the platform layer,lacking an effective assessment mechanism for ***,we inco.porate co.siderations for both cyber-attacks and physical faults,presenting security assessment indicators and methods specifically tailored for ***,we outline the security monitoring technology for IEDs,co.sidering the necessary data sources for their security ***,we classify IEDs and establish a co.prehensive security monitoring index system,inco.porating factors such as running states,network traffic,and abnormal *** index system co.tains 18 indicators in 3 ***,we elucidate quantitative methods for various indicators and propose a hybrid security assessment method known as GRCW-hybrid,co.bining grey relational analysis(GRA),analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and entropy weight method(EWM).Acco.ding to the proposed assessment method,the security risk level of IEDs can be graded into 6 levels,namely 0,1,2,3,4,and *** higher the level,the greater the security ***,we assess and simulate 15 scenarios in 3 categories,which are based on monitoring indicators and real-world situations enco.ntered by *** results show that calculated security risk level based on the proposed assessment method are co.sistent with actual ***,the reasonableness and effectiveness of the proposed index system and assessment method are validated.

With the rapid increase in the installed capacity of renewable energy in modern power systems,the stable operation of power systems with co.siderable power electronic equipment requires further *** co.verter-based islanded mi-crogrid(CIM)systems equipped with grid-following(GFL)and grid-forming(GFM)voltage-source co.verters(VSCs),it is chal-lenging to maintain stability due to the mutual co.pling effects between different VSCs and the loss of voltage and frequency sup-port from the power *** previous studies,quantitative transient stability analysis was primarily used to assess the active power loop of ***,frequency and voltage dy-namics are found to be strongly co.pled,which strongly affects the estimation result of stability *** addition,the vary-ing damping terms have not been fully *** bridge these gaps,this paper investigates the transient stability of CIM co.sid-ering reactive power loop dynamics and varying ***,an accuracy-enhanced nonlinear model of the CIM is derived based on the effects of reactive power loop and post-disturbance frequency jump *** these effects will elimi-nates the risk of *** reactive power loop dynamics make the model co.fficients be no longer co.stant and thus vary with the power *** evaluate quantitatively the effects of re-active power loop and varying damping on the transient stability of CIM,an iterative criterion based on the equal area criterion theory is *** addition,the effects of parameters on the stable boundary of power system are analyzed,and the dynamic interaction mechanisms are *** and experiment results verify the merits of the proposed method.

The mechanical properties of cementitious sand and gravel damming material have been experimentally determined by means of microsco.ic SEM(Scanning Electron Microsco.y)image *** results show that the co.bination of fly ash and water can fill the voids in cemented sand and gravel test blocks because of the presence of hydrated calcium silicate and other substances;thereby,the co.pactness and mechanical properties of these materials can be greatly *** every 10 kg/m^(3) increase in the amount of cementitious material,the density increases by about 2%,and the water co.tent decreases by 0.2%.The amount of cementitious material used in the sand and gravel in these tests was 80-110 kg/m^(3),the water-binder ratio was ***,the splitting tensile strength was 1/10 of the co.pressive strength,and the maximum strength was 7.42 MPa at 90 *** optimal mix ratio has been found to be 50 kg of cement,60 kg of fly ash and 120 kg of water(C50F60W120).The related dry density was 2.6 g/cm^(3),the water co.tent was 6%,and the water-binder ratio was 1.09.

To achieve efficient structural design,it is crucial to reduce the co.t of materials while ensuring structural *** study proposes an optimization method for design parameters(DPs)in a prestressed steel structure driven by multi-factor *** acco.plish this,a numerical proxy model of prestressed steel structures is established with integration of DPs and mechanical parameters(MPs).A data association-parameter analysis-optimization selection system is established.A co.relation between DPs and MPs is established using a back propagation(BP)neural *** co.relation provides samples for parameter analysis and optimization *** are used to characterize the safety of the *** on the safety grade analysis,the key DPs that affect the mechanical properties of the structure are obtained.A mapping function is created to match the MPs and the key *** optimal structural DPs are obtained by setting structural materials as the optimization objective and safety energy as the co.straint *** theoretical model is applied to an 80-m-span gymnasium and verified with a scale test physical *** MPs obtained using the proposed method are in good agreement with the experimental *** with the traditional design method,the design cycle can be shortened by more than 90%.Driven by the optimal selection method,a saving of more than 20% can be achieved through reduction of structural material ***,the cross-sectional dimensions of radial cables have a substantial influence on vertical *** initial tension and cross-sectional size of the upper radial cable exhibit the most pronounced impact on the stress distribution in that *** initial tension and cross-sectional size of the lower radial cable hold the greatest sway over the stress distribution in that cable.

With severe acute respiratory syndrome co.onavirus 2 spreading globally and causing 2019 co.onavirus disease(co.ID-19),a challenge that we unprepared for was about how to optimally plan and distribute limited top-medical resources for patients in need of urgent *** address this challenge,physicians desperately needed a scientific tool to methodically differentiate between cases with varying *** this study,the unique data of co.ID-19 intensive care unit(ICU)patients provided by the national medical team in Wuhan were classified into discrete and co.tinuous variable *** co.tinuous data were discretized using an entropy-based method and transformed into serial information margins,in which each information margin is related to a specific symptom or clinical ***,all these native and processed discrete data were used to co.figure a readable sco.ecard through logistic regression,which is the desired scientific tool aforementioned.A total of 322 ICU patients(age:[median:64,interquartile range:54-75],males:178[55.28%],and death:72[22.36%])were included in the *** of mortality in co.ID-19 patients can be evaluated using a sco.ecard model(calibration slope:1.343,Brier:0.048,Dxy=0.972,and population stability index=0.071),with desired model performances(accuracy=0.948,area under curve=0.99,sensitivity=1,and specificity=0.939).This new model can interpret clinical meanings from co.plex data,and co.pare it with existing machine learning methods through a black-box *** new data-information model answers a critical question of how a co.puting algorithm produces clinically meaningful results that will help physicians logically allocate medical resources for co.ID-19 ***,this tool has limitations,giving that this research is a retrospective ***,this tool will be tested further and optimized for adaptation to similar clinical cases in the future.
