Rodent Ecology and Etiological Investigation in China:Results from Vector Biology Surveillance—shandong province,China,2012–2022

Introduction:Rodents are hosts of a wide range of zoonotic disease pathogens which threaten human ***,comprehensive investigations of rodent ecology and etiology in shandong are ***,we aimed to analyze rodent ecology and infection with relevant pathogens in shandong province,***:Rodent survey data collected from 2012 to 2022 in shandong province were used in this *** captured from 2020 to 2022 were identified to species and tested for ***:From 2012 to 2022,4,145 rodents were captured,with an average capture rate of 0.70%.High capture rates were observed in rural residential areas and other habitats,such as farmland and *** norvegicus(***)was the dominant species,followed by Mus musculus(***).The regions with the highest capture rates of *** were Dongying(0.82%)and Heze(0.63%),while *** was more prevalent in Dongying(0.81%)and Weihai(0.56%).Rodent capture rates were highest between March and *** positive detection rates of Hantavirus(HV),Leptospira interrogans(***),Rickettsia typhi(***),Anaplasma phagocytophilum(***),and Francisella tularensis(***)in rodents were 2.58%,1.10%,0.94%,0.16%,and 0.19%,***:The rodent capture rate in human habitation environments has trended downward in shandong province,with *** and *** being the dominant *** infection risk from HV,***,and *** showed seasonal *** rodent surveillance and maintaining a low capture rate of host animals could be pivotal for preventing and controlling relevant rodent-borne diseases in high-risk areas.

Introduction:This study aims to analyze the potential impact of the meteorological environment and air pollutants on road traffic ***:Road traffic fatality data in shandong province from 2012 to 2021 were obtained from the Population Death Information Registration Management *** and air pollutant data for the same period were collected from the *** Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and the Ecological Environment Monitoring Center of shandong province,***’s correlation and ridge regression were used to analyze the impact of the meteorological environment and air pollutants on road traffic ***:From 2012 to 2021,there were 163,863 road traffic fatality *** results of the ridge regression analysis showed that the daily average temperature was negatively correlated with total fatalities and passengers and positively correlated with pedestrians,nonmotorized drivers,and motorized *** daily minimum temperature was negatively correlated with total fatalities and positively correlated with motorized *** daily maximum temperature was positively correlated with both pedestrian and nonmotorized *** daily accumulated precipitation was negatively correlated with *** duration was positively correlated with both nonmotorized and motorized *** particulate matter(PM_(10))and nitrogen dioxide(NO_(2))were positively correlated with total fatalities,pedestrians,and nonmotorized *** dioxide(SO_(2))was positively correlated with total fatalities but negatively correlated with nonmotorized drivers,passengers,and motorized ***:Atmospheric factors associated with the occurrence of road traffic fatalities include air temperature,daily accumulated precipitation,sunshine duration,and air pollutants such as PM_(10),NO_(2),and SO_(2).

Tree peony(Paeonia suffruticosa Andrews)is a well-known ornamental plant with high economic value,but the short fluorescence is a key obstacle to its ornamental value and industry *** temperature accelerates flower senescence and abscission,but the associated mechanisms are poorly *** this study,the tandem mass tag(TMT)proteome and label-free quantitative ubiquitome from tree peony cut flowers treated with 20℃for 0 h(RT0),20℃or 28℃for 60 h(RT60 or HT60)were examined based on morphological observation,***,6970 proteins and 1545 lysine ubiquitinated(Kub)sites in 844 proteins were *** residues(such as glutamate and aspartate)neighboring the Kub sites were in preference,and 36.01%of the Kub sites were located on the protein *** differentially expressed proteins(DEPs)and Kub-DEPs in HT60 vs RT60 were mainly enriched in ribosomal protein,protein biosynthesis,secondary metabolites biosynthesis,flavonoid metabolism,carbohydrate catabolism,and auxin biosynthesis and signaling revealed by GO and KEGG analysis,accompanying the increase of endogenous abscisic acid(ABA)accumulation and decrease of endogenous indoleacetic acid(IAA)***,the expression patterns of six enzymes(SAMS,ACO,YUC,CHS,ANS and PFK)putatively with Kub modifications were analyzed by proteome and real-time quantitative *** cell-free degradation assays showed PsSAMS and PsACO proteins could be degraded via the 26 S proteasome system in tree peony ***,a working model was proposed for the acceleration of flower senescence and abscission by high *** summary,all results contributed to understanding the mechanism of flower senescence induced by high temperature and prolonging fluorescence in tree peony.

The Wangjiazhuang Cu(-Mo)deposit,located within the Zouping volcanic basin in western shandong province,China,is unique in this area for having an economic *** order to expound the metallogenetic characteristics of this porphyry-like hydrothermal deposit,a detailed fluid inclusion study has been conducted,employing the techniques of representative sampling,fluid inclusion petrography,microthermometry,Raman spectroscopy,LA-ICP-MS analysis of single fluid inclusions,as well as cathode fluorescence spectrometer analysis of host mineral *** deposit contains mainly two types of orebodies,***-dissemination-stockwork orebodies in the K-Si alteration zone and pegmatiticquartz sulfide veins above *** addition,minor breccia ore occurs *** types of fluid inclusions in the deposit and altered quartz monzonite are identified:L-type one-or two-phase aqueous inclusions,V-type vapor-rich inclusions with V/L ratios greater than 50%-90%,D-type multiphase fluid inclusions containing daughter minerals or solids and S-type silicate-bearing fluid inclusions containing mainly muscovite and *** petrography and fluid inclusion study has revealed a three-stage mineralization process,driven by magmatic-hydrothermal fluid activity,as ***,a hydrothermal fluid,separated from the parent magma,infiltrated into the quartz monzonite,resulting in its extensive K-Si alteration,as indicated by silicate-bearing fluid inclusions trapped in altered quartz *** is followed by the early mineralization,the formation of quartz veinlets and dissemination-stockwork *** the main mineralization stage,due to the participation and mixing of meteoric groundwater with magmatic-sourced hydrothermal fluid,the cooling and phase separation caused deposition of metals from the hydrothermal *** a result,the pegmatitic-quartz sulfide-vein ores *** the late mineralization stage,decreasing fluid salinity led to the formation of L-type aqueous
