Thiswork investigates an oblique stagnation point flowof hybrid nanofluid over a rigid surface with power lawfluidas lubricated layers. Copper (Cu) and Silver (Ag) solid particles are used as hybrid particles acting in water H2O asa base fluid. The mathematical formulation of flow configuration is presented in terms of differential systemthat isnonlinear in nature. The thermal aspects of the flow field are also investigated by assuming the surface is a heatedsurface with a constant temperature T. Numerical solutions to the governing mathematical model are calculatedby the RK45 algorithm. The results based on the numerical solution against various flow and thermal controllingparameters are presented in terms of line graphs. The specific results depict that the heat flux increases over thelubricated-indexed parameter.

Our purpose of launching WJCC is to publish peer-reviewed, high-quality articles via an open-access online publishing model, thereby acting as a platform for communication between peers and the wider public, and maximizing the benefits to editorial board members, authors and readers.

Legislation on the New Types of Cybercrime and Its Application

The new types of cybercrime have different features from traditional“cumulative crimes.”The application of the relevant provisions of the Criminal Law has run into difficulties,and the relevant theoretical explanations of substantive preparatory crime and being an accomplice in crime find it hard to achieve *** on the new types of cybercrime is a legitimate response to recent changes in this *** the particular techniques of cybercrime and the circumstantial requirement of limiting the amount of criminal harm is the key to satisfying the conditions for offences warranting criminal *** harmfulness of the new types of cybercrime is not great;the law’s circumstantial requirements are flexible,and the criteria for judicial application are unclear,so the law’s provisions are seldom invoked and the sphere of criminal activity is unduly *** order to give full play to the effectiveness of this legislation,we should formulate reasonable judicial rules that accord with the constitution of cybercrimes,narrow down the constituent elements of such crimes in a reasonable way,and categorize and limit the interpretation of circumstantial requirements.

Structural Equation and Mei Conserved Quantity of Mei Symmetry for Appell Equations in Holonomic Systems with Unilateral Constraints

Structural equation and Mei conserved quantity of Mei symmetry for Appell equations in holonomic systems with unilateral constraints are investigated. Appell equations and differential equations of motion for holonomie mechanic systems with unilateral constraints axe established. The definition and the criterion of Mei symmetry for Appell equations in holonomic systems with unilateral constraints under the infinitesimal transformations of groups axe also given. The expressions of the structural equation and Mei conserved quantity of Mei symmetry for Appell equations in holonomic systems with unilateral constraints expressed by Appell functions are obtained. An example is given to illustrate the application of the results.

Flexible Planar Micro-supercapacitors Based on Carbon Nanotubes

The boom in ultrathin electronic devices and the growing need for humanization greatly facilitated the development of wearable fexible *** the technology to deposit electrode material on fexible substrate is still in its ***,the fexible symmetric micro-supercapacitors made of carbon nanotubes(CNTs)on commercial printing paper as electrode materials were fabricated by combining tetrahedral preparator auxiliary coating method and laser-cutting interdigital configuration technique on a large *** electrochemical performance of the obtained micro-supercapacitors can be controlled and tuned by simple choosing different models of tetrahedral preparatory to obtain CNTs film of different *** expected,the micro-supercapacitor based on CNTs film can deliver an areal capacitance up to 4.56 m F/cm^(2) at current of 0.02 m *** if,micro-supercapacitor undergoes continuous 10000 cycles,the performance of device can still remain nearly 100%.The as-demonstrated tetrahedral preparator auxiliary coating method and laser-cutting interdigital configuration technique provide new perspective for preparing microelectronics in an economical *** paper electrode appended by CNTs achieves steerable areal capacitance,showing broad application prospect in fabricating asymmetric micro-supercapacitor with fexible planar configurations in the future.

Special Lie Symmetry and Hojman Conserved Quantity of Appell Equations for a Holonomic System

Special Lie symmetry and Hojman conserved quantity of Appell equations for a holonomic system are studied. Appell equations and differential equations of motion for holonomic mechanic systems are established. Under special Lie infinitesimal transformations in which the time is invariable, the determining equation of the special Lie symmetry and the expressions of Hojman conserved quantity for Appell equations of holonomic systems are presented. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the application of the results.

Research on the Activity Frame Work of Using Visual Thinking Tools

The development of high order thinking has been considered as a national priority of learning. By using three iteration action research in six elementary schools in Guangzhou, China for about 1 year and a half, we found that visual thinking tools can improve students＇ high order thinking ability and change the traditional teaching method. By using this activity frame work, the teachers can better understand what are the students thinking about and the students can use the thinking tools to help themselves solve complex problems and discuss with other people. The reason we do this research is to improve the high-order thinking ability of primary student. In this paper, we summarize an activity frame work of using visual thinking tools to improve students thinking ability. And the frame work can be divided into three stages： preparatory stage, implementation stage and assessment stage. And different stage has different activity. Though this activity frame work is not perfect enough, we will improve it in our future study.

Current Situation of International Organization for Standardization/Technical Committee 249 International Standards of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective： To review the current situation and progress of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） international standards, standard projects and proposals in International Organization for Standardization（ISO）/technical committee（TC） 249. Methods： ISO/TC 249 standards and standard projects on the ISO website were searched and new standard proposals information were collected from ISO/TC 249 National Mirror Committee in China. Then all the available data were summarized in 5 closely related items, including proposed time, proposed country, assigned working group（WG）, current stage and classification. Results： In ISO/TC 249, there were 2 international standards, 18 standard projects and 24 new standard proposals proposed in 2014. These 44 standard subjects increased year by year since 2011. Twenty-nine of them were proposed by China, 15 were assigned to WG 4, 36 were in preliminary and preparatory stage and 8 were categorized into 4 fields, 7 groups and sub-groups based on International Classification Standards. Conclusion： A rapid and steady development of international standardization in TCM can be observed in ISO/TC 249.

＜正＞Besides the roles in sensory processing,the thalamus also plays a role in motor *** nuclei in the thalamus transmit signals from the brainstem,the basal ganglia and the cerebellum to the movement-related areas in the cerebral cortex,including the frontal eye field and the supplementary eye *** ocular motor control,these thalamocortical pathways have been viewed as feedback pathways that relay corollary discharge signals for the on-line monitoring of eye ***,more recent studies suggest that the ascending pathways through the thalamus are also important for the planning and generation of volitional eye *** example,we recently found that the time course of neuronal activity in the ventrolateral thalamus of monkeys predict the timing of self-initiated saccadic eye *** of these neurons did not alter externally triggered,visually-guided saccades,but delayed the initiation of self-timed,memory-guided *** results suggest that signals in the thalamus plays a role in saccade generation,in particular,when both goals and timing of saccades were internally *** signals through the thalamus that increase over time might assist preparatory processes in the cerebral cortex,thereby regulating the timing of self-initiated *** evidence for the thalamic involvement in saccade generation came from the neuronal analysis during *** monkeys were required to suppress saccade to the peripheral visual stimuli （pro-saccade） and instead to make a saccade in the opposite direction（anti-saccade）,many thalamic neurons exhibited greater activity as compared with *** addition,inactivation of the ventrolateral thalamus increased the number of error trials in the anti-saccade task but not in the pro-saccade ***,these results suggest that signals through the motor thalamus might be essential for the volitional control of eye movements,while those pathways do

Information and communication technologies enable the transformation of traditional energy systems into cyber-physical energy systems(CPESs),but such systems have also become popular targets of ***,available methods for evaluating the impacts of cyberattacks suffer from limited resilience,efficacy,and practical *** mitigate their potentially disastrous consequences,this study suggests a two-stage,discrepancy-based optimization approach that considers both preparatory actions and response measures,integrating concepts from social *** proposed Kullback-Leibler divergence-based,distributionally robust optimization(KDR)method has a hierarchical,two-stage objective function that incorporates the operating costs of both system infrastructures(e.g.,energy resources,reserve capacity)and real-time response measures(e.g.,load shedding,demand-side management,electric vehicle charging station management).By incorporating social computing principles,the optimization framework can also capture the social behavior and interactions of energy consumers in response to *** preparatory stage entails day-ahead operational decisions,leveraging insights from social computing to model and predict the behaviors of individuals and communities affected by potential *** mitigation stage generates responses designed to contain the consequences of the attack by directing and optimizing energy use from the demand side,taking into account the social context and preferences of energy consumers,to ensure resilient,economically efficient CPES *** method can determine optimal schemes in both stages,accounting for the social dimensions of the *** original disaster mitigation model uses an abstract formulation to develop a risk-neutral model that characterizes cyberattacks through KDR,incorporating social computing techniques to enhance the understanding and response to cyber *** approach can mitigate the impacts more
