Background:With the global popularity of short videos,particularly among young people,short video addiction has become a worrying phenomenon that poses significant risks to individual health and ***-regulated learning(SRL)strategies are key factors in predicting learning *** study,based on the SRL theory,uses short video addiction as the independent variable,SRL strategies as the mediating variable,and learning well-being as the outcome variable,aiming to reveal the relationships among short video addiction,self-regulated learning,and learning well-being among Chinese college ***:Using a cross-sectional study design and applying the snowball sampling technique,an online survey was administered to Chinese undergraduate students.A total of 706 valid questionnaires were collected,with an effective response rate of 85.7%.The average age of the participants was 20.5 ***:The results of structural equation modeling indicate that 7 hypotheses were *** video addiction was negatively correlated with self-regulated learning strategies(preparatory,performance,and appraisal strategy),while SRL strategies were positively correlated with learning ***,short video addiction had a mediating effect on learning well-being through the three types of SRL *** three types of SRL strategies explained 39%of the variance in learning ***:Previous research has typically focused on the impact of self-regulated learning strategies on media addiction or problematic media *** study,based on the SRL model,highlights the negative issues caused by short video addiction and emphasizes the importance of cultivating self-regulation abilities and media *** video addiction stems from failures in trait self-regulation,which naturally impairs the ability to effectively engage in self-regulation during the learning *** study confirms and underscores that the SRL model can serve

Background:Healthcare resource utilisation for Alzheimer’s disease(AD)in China is not well *** Delphi panel study aimed to describe the clinical management pathways for moderate and severe AD patients in urban China and to define the amount and cost of healthcare resources ***:A panel of 11 experts was recruited from urban China to participate in two rounds of preparatory *** the first round,9 physicians specialised in dementia gave a qualitative description of the clinical management of AD *** the second round,2 hospital administrators were asked about the cost of AD management and *** from the interviews were discussed by the experts in a Delphi panel meeting,where consensus was reached on quantitative aspects of AD management,including the rate of healthcare resource utilisation,the respective unit costs and caregiving ***:Interviewees reported that mild AD is under-recognised in China;most patients are diagnosed with moderate to severe *** of independence and agitation/aggression are the main drivers for healthcare resource utilisation and contribute to a heavier caregiver *** was estimated that 70%moderate AD patients are independent/non-aggressive at the time of diagnosis,15%are independent/aggressive,10%are dependent/non-aggressive,and 5%are dependent/***/aggressive AD patients are more likely to be hospitalised(70–90%)than accepted in a nursing home(0–20%),while the opposite is true for dependent/non-aggressive patients(5–35%for hospitalisation vs.80%for nursing home).Independent AD patients require 1–3 hours/day of caregiver time,while dependent patients can require up to 12–15 hours/*** agreed that AD complicates the management of age-related comorbidities,found in 70–80%of all AD patients,increasing the frequency and cost of ***:The Delphi panel approach was an efficient method of gathering data about the amount of healthcare resources used

The physics of compressible turbulence in high energy density(HED) plasmas is an unchartered experimental *** of compressible and radiative flows relevant for astrophysics rely mainly on subscale parameters. Therefore,we plan to perform turbulent hydrodynamics experiments in HED plasmas(TurboHEDP) in order to improve our understanding of such important phenomena for interest in both communities: laser plasma physics and astrophysics. We will focus on the physics of supernovae remnants which are complex structures subject to fluid instabilities such as the Rayleigh–Taylor and Kelvin–Helmholtz instabilities. The advent of megajoule laser facilities, like the National Ignition Facility and the Laser Megajoule, creates novel opportunities in laboratory astrophysics, as it provides unique platforms to study turbulent mixing flows in HED plasmas. Indeed, the physics requires accelerating targets over larger distances and longer time periods than previously achieved. In a preparatory phase, scaling from experiments at lower laser energies is used to guarantee the performance of future MJ experiments. This subscale experiments allow us to develop experimental skills and numerical tools in this new field of research, and are stepping stones to achieve our objectives on larger laser facilities. We review first in this paper recent advances in high energy density experiments devoted to laboratory astrophysics. Then we describe the necessary steps forward to commission an experimental platform devoted to turbulent hydrodynamics on a megajoule laser facility. Recent novel experimental results acquired on LULI2000, as well as supporting radiative hydrodynamics simulations, are presented. Together with the development of LiF detectors as transformative X-ray diagnostics, these preliminary results are promising on the way to achieve micrometric spatial resolution in turbulent HED physics experiments in the near future.
