Accurate irrigation and nitrogen application are essential for promoting the growth and yield of cherry *** investigating the effects of irrigation and nitrogen on the growth,photosynthesis,and yield of cherry tomatoes,nine treatments including three levels of both irrigation and nitrogen were conducted over two growing *** stem diameter and horizontal stem diameter had the best performance at the irrigation level of 75%evaporation(E_(p)),although their responses to nitrogen were different for the two *** height increased with the increase of irrigation and *** dry matter(PDM)was significantly affected by irrigation and nitrogen *** lowest PDM was found in the highest proportion of root dry matter,which occurred under low nitrogen *** net photosynthetic rate(Pn)and transpiration rate enhanced with the increase of *** nitrogen showed promotion effect on all photosynthetic parameters in both growing *** of all fourteen indicators showed significant correlations with ***,single plant fruit number and PDM in 2018 Fall had significant positive direct effects on yield with the path coefficients of 0.648 and 1.159,while the significant direct path coefficients were 0.362 and 0.294 in Fruit dry matter and Pn for 2019 Spring,*** on the comprehensive evaluation of growth and yield by TOPSIS,the irrigation level of 75%E_(p) combined with medium nitrogen application produced higher yields by promoting the growth and photosynthesis of cherry *** provides a strategy for water and nitrogen management of cherry tomatoes in Northwest China.

Transcriptome sequencing-based study on the mechanism of action of Jintiange capsules (金天格胶囊) in regulating Synovial mesenchymal stem cells exosomal miRNA and Articular chondrocytes mRNA for the treatment of osteoarthritis

OBJECTIVE: To corroborate the efficacy of Jintiange capsules (JTGs) (金天格胶囊) in the treatment of osteoarthritis (OA) by exploring the potential mechanism of action of synovial mesenchymal stem cell exosomes (SMSC-Exos) and articular chondrocytes (ACs) through transcriptome sequencing (RNA-seq).METHODS: Type II collagenase was used to induce OA in rats. The efficacy of JTGs was confirmed by macroscopic observation of articular cartilage， micro-CT observation， and safranin fast green staining. After SMSC-Exos and ACs were qualified， RNA-seq was used to screen differentially expressed miRNAs and mRNAs. The target genes of differentially expressed miRNAs in Synovial mesenchymal stem cells (SMSCs) were predicted based on the multiMiR R package. The co-differentially expressed genes of SMSC-Exos and ACs were obtained by venny 2.1.0. The miRNA-mRNA regulatory network was constructed by Cytoscape software. Based on the OmicShare platform， Gene Ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes enrichment analysis was performed on the mRNA regulated by key miRNAs. Expression trend analysis was performed for co-differentially expressed genes. Correlation analysis was performed on micro-CT efficacy indicators， co-differentially expressed genes mRNA and ***: The efficacy of each administration group of JTGs was significant compared with the model group. SMSC-Exos and ACs were identified by their characteristics. The expression of rno-miR-23a-3p， rno-miR-342-3p， rno-miR-146b-5p， rno-miR-501-3p， rno-miR-214-3p was down-regulated in OA pathological state， and the expression of rno-miR-222-3p， rno-miR-30e-3p， rno-miR-676， and rno-miR-192-5p expression was up-regulated， and the expression of all these miRNAs was reversed after the intervention with JTGs containing serum. The chiral epoxidation of styrene and its derivatives is an important transformation that has attracted considerable scientific interest in the chemical ***,we integrate enzymatic catalysis and electrocatalysis to propose a new route for the chiral epoxidation of styrene and its ***(CPO)functionalized with 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide(ILEMB)was loaded onto cobalt nitrogen-doped carbon nanotubes(CoN@CNT)to form a biohybrid(CPO-ILEMB/CoN@CNT).H_(2)O_(2)species were generated in situ through a two-electron oxygen reduction reaction(2e–ORR)at CoN@CNT to initiate the following enzymatic epoxidation of styrene by ***@CNT had high electroactivity for the ORR to produce H_(2)O_(2)at a more positive potential,prohibiting the conversion of FeⅢ to FeⅡ in the heme of CPO to maintain enzymatic ***,CoN@CNT could serve as an ideal carrier for the immobilization of ***,the coimmobilization of CPO-ILEMB and CoN@CNT could facilitate the diffusion of intermediate H_(2)O_(2),which achieved 17 times higher efficiency than the equivalent amounts of free CPO-ILEMB in bulk solution for styrene ***,an enhancement(~45%)of chiral selectivity for the epoxidation of styrene was achieved.

Background: Carotid intima-media thickness (IMT) and diameter, stiffness, and wave reflections, are independent and important clinical biomarkers and risk predictors for cardiovascular diseases. The purpose of the present study was to establish nationwide reference values of carotid properties for healthy Chinese adults and to explore potential clinical ***: A total of 3053 healthy Han Chinese adults (1922 women) aged 18-79 years were enrolled at 28 collaborating tertiary centers throughout China between April 2021 and July 2022. The real-time tracking of common carotid artery walls was achieved by the radio frequency (RF) ultrasound system. The IMT, diameter, compliance coefficient, β stiffness, local pulse wave velocity (PWV), local systolic blood pressure, augmented pressure (AP), and augmentation index (AIx) were then automatically measured and reported. Data were stratified by age groups and sex. The relationships between age and carotid property parameters were analyzed by Jonckheere-Terpstra test and simple linear regressions. The major clinical determinants of carotid properties were identified by Pearson’s correlation, multiple linear regression, and analyses of ***: All the parameters of carotid properties demonstrated significantly age-related trajectories. Women showed thinner IMT, smaller carotid diameter, larger AP, and AIx than men. The β stiffness and PWV were significantly higher in men than women before forties, but the differences reversed after that.
