Early detection and treatment of cardiovascular diseases(CVDs) can be significantly enhanced through the use of flexible wearable electrocardiogram(ECG) sensors, potentially reducing CVD-related mortality. This paper introduces an ECG-on-Chip(EoC) solution tailored for flexible ECG sensors, incorporating novel features to address common challenges in wearable ECG technology. The EoC integrates a chopper-stabilized capacitively-coupled instrumentation amplifier(CS-CCIA),ensuring a high common-mode rejection ratio(CMRR) and low noise performance. Performance is further boosted via a positive feedback loop(PFL) and a programmable gain amplifier(PGA) with shared on-chip calibration logic, which enhances input impedance and minimizes gain variability to ensure consistent algorithm performance. Additionally, a secondary chopping technique is employed to further reduce noise, achieving an input-referred noise level of 454 nVrms. The embedded algorithm within the EoC is designed to extract clinically meaningful features, facilitating robust real-time arrhythmia analysis. Fabricated using a 0.18 μm CMOS process, the EoC consumes 14.9 μW with a supply voltage of 1.2 V. The algorithm's efficacy has been validated over 0.4 million heartbeats, demonstrating a sensitivity of over 99.7% for R-peak detection and 98.3% for arrhythmia analysis. To demonstrate practical application, the EoC has been integrated with a commercial Bluetooth low energy(BLE)transceiver, forming a wireless arrhythmia monitoring sensor equipped with dry electrodes. This system consumes 292.04 μW in arrhythmia-aware transmission mode, supporting 13 days of operation with a 30 mAh thin-film battery.

OBJECTIVE: To enhance the understanding of identifying personalized pharmacotherapy options in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM), and further support the registration of new TCM drugs. METHODS: Generalized Boosted Models and XGBoost were employed to construct a classification model to identify the bad prognosis factors in resistant hypertension(RH) patients. Furthermore, we used association analysis to explore the rules of "symptomsyndrome" and "symptom-herb" for the major influencing factors, in order to summarize prescription pattern and applicable patients of TCM. RESULTS: Patients with major adverse cardiac events mostly have complex symptoms of phlegm, stasis, deficiency and fire intermingled with each other, and finally summarized the human experience of using Chinese herbal medicine to precisely intervene in some symptoms of RH patients on the basis of conventional Western medical treatment. CONCLUSIONS: Machine learning algorithms can make full use of human use experience and evidence to save clinical trial resources and accelerate the development of TCM varieties.

Objective: The expression of programmed death 1（PD-1） on CD8+T cells is associated with their activation and exhaustion, while CD57 serves as a senescence marker. The impact of PD-1+and CD57+CD8+T cells on the prognosis of patients with advanced high-grade serous ovarian cancer（HGSOC） remain ***: We assessed the percentages of PD-1+and CD57+CD8+T cells in tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes（TILs, n=85） and tumor ascites lymphocytes（TALs, n=87） using flow cytometry. The optimal cutoffs for these markers in TILs and TALs were determined through the log-rank maximization method. Gene expression analysis elucidated the tumor immune microenvironment（TIME, n=36）.Results: Patients with higher PD-1+CD8+TILs（>87.8%） exhibited longer platinum-free interval（PFI） and overall survival（OS）. In contrast, those with elevated CD57+CD8+TALs（>28.69%） were more likely to experience chemotherapy and had lower complete remission rates, shorter PFI and OS. PD-1+CD8+TILs are primarily displayed an effector memory state with strong proliferative and secretory capabilities. Approximately 50% of CD57+CD8+TALs were terminally differentiated, exhibiting significantly impaired proliferation. Based on the proportions of PD-1+CD8+TILs and CD57+CD8+TALs, patients were categorized into good, median and poor prognosis groups, with median PFI of 47.78, 27.29 and 11.96 months, respectively（P<0.0001）. Median OS for these groups was not reach, 49.23 and 30.92 months, respectively（P<0.0001）. Patients with poor prognosis exhibit significantly reduced CD8+T cell proportion and increased M2 macrophage in the TIME, alongside downregulation of multiple T cell activation-related ***: Lower levels of PD-1+CD8+TILs and higher CD57+CD8+TALs, assessed prior to treatment,correlated with poor prognosis and suppressive TIME in advanced HGSOC.
