A new method was developed for simultaneous determination of levels of AMP,ADP and ATP in blood by anion-exchange *** three adenosine phosphates were separated by Dionex IonPac AG18（50 mm×4 mm） guard column and IonPac AS 18（250 mm×4 mm） analytical column using a gradient method and detected with a suppressed conductivity detector. This paper describes field trials of two-way digital video transmissions over a 700-m long medium-voltage power cable using a frequency division duplex scheme. The purpose is to check the feasibility of using time-domain synchronous orthogonal frequency division multiplexing （TDS-OFDM） technology in powerline communication （PLC）. TDS-OFDM is the core technology in digital multimedia broadcasting-terrestrial （DMB-T）, developed by Tsinghua University for digital television terrestrial multimedia broadcast applications and successfully adopted in the Chinese Digital Terrestrial Television Broadcasting Standard. PLC systems are widely believed to be bandwidth or data throughput limited. However, the use of known pseudo random sequences as guard intervals for synchronization and channel estimation in TDS-OFDM greatly reduces the system overhead and increases the spectrum efficiency. These experiments show that TDS-OFDM is appropriate not only for broadcasting but also for PLC applications with appropriate modifications.

This paper investigates the transmission scheme of the orthogonal time frequency space(OTFS)system with multiple *** works have studied the multi-antenna transmitter diversity scheme with the ideal pulse shaping in OTFS systems assuming the wireless channels of two consecutive frames duration are ***,the ideal pulse shaping can not be realized in practice and the channel varies rapidly in two consecutive frames in the high-speed mobility *** this end,we redesign the multi-antenna transmitter diversity scheme to ensure its practicability in the rectangular-pulsebased OTFS *** first,the information symbols of each antenna are divided into two half frames along the Doppler ***,the guard symbols are carefully arranged to eliminate the interference between two half frames,and to ensure the equivalent channels of two half frames being *** considering the positions of the guard symbols,the transmission codeword is designed and a low complexity linear detection is ***,simulation results validate that the bit error rate performance of the proposed scheme has the superiority over the existing works.

Sedum alfredii Hance is a cadmium(Cd)/zinc(Zn)hyperaccumulator native to ***,its relatively low biomass restricted the large-scale application for heavy metal contamination *** chromosome set doubling of *** in vitro was achieved by 0.1%–0.2%(W/V)colchicine *** plant DNA ploidy was analyzed by flow cytometry and chromosome set doubling plants(CSD)were identified based on the obvious different sharp peak.A tissue culture experiment with different Cd treated levels and a field trial with natural polluted mined soil were conducted to study the effects of chromosome doubling on plant biomass and Cd accumulation in *** results suggested that *** is a *** with the wild type plants(WT),CSD exhibited typical"gigas"characteristics in morphology including stem thickness,root hair production,number of leaves and size of stoma guard *** weight and dry weight of CSD were increased to 1.62–2.03-fold and 2.26–3.25-fold of *** Cd content of CSD showed a17.49%–42.82%increase and 59%increase under tissue culture and field condition,*** addition,the TF and in BCF of CSD were 2.37-and 1.59-fold of WT,*** results proved that it is feasible to promote phytoextraction efficiency of *** in Cd contaminated soils through chromosomal engineering,which provides a novel approach for hyperaccumulator application in phytoremediation.

This paper presents the design and implementation of a monolithic CMOS DC-DC boost converter that is hardened for total dose *** order to improve its radiation tolerant abilities,circuit-level and device-level RHBD（radiation-hardening by design） techniques were *** slope compensation was used to improve the inherent *** H-gate MOS transistors,annular gate MOS transistors and guard rings were applied to reduce the impact of total ionizing dose.A boost converter was fabricated by a standard commercial 0.35μm CMOS *** hardened design converter can work properly in a wide range of total dose radiation environments,with increasing total dose *** efficiency is not as strongly affected by the total dose radiation and so does the leakage performance.

This paper proposes a systematic design method of overlap frequency domain equalization(FDE) for single carrier (SC) transmission without a guard interval (GI).Based on the analysis of signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio (SINR) of the equalizer output for each symbol,the authors adaptivelydetermine the block of the overlap FDE,where the block is defined as a set of symbols at the equalizeroutput with sufficiently low error rate,for a certain fixed sliding window size,which corresponds toa fast Fourier transform (FFT) window *** proposed method takes advantage of the fact thatthe utility part of the equalized signal is localized around the center of the FFT *** addition,the authors also propose to adjust the block size in order to control the computational complexity ofthe equalization per processed sample associating with the average bit error rate (BER) of the *** results show that the proposed scheme can achieve comparable BER performance to theconventional SC-FDE scheme with sufficient GI insertion for both the coded and uncoded cases withvarious modulation levels,while requiring lower computational complexity compared to the SC overlapFDE transmission with the fixed block.

Spinel LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4,which is considered as one of the most attractive candidates for high energy density battery due to its high voltage platform over 4.7 V,suffers from the side reactions with electrolyte,strong oxidability of Ni4þand therefore the complicated and frangible Solid Electrolyte Interfaces(SEI)layer that hinders the practical application of *** this work,traditional coprecipitation method is applied and improved by anion and cation doping method to construct superior interface on the surface of LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4 to suppress side reactions especially at high *** properties including structure,morphology and electrochemical performance of pristine sample,single-doped and co-doped samples are *** characterizations reveal that the co-doped sample with regular octahedron has a moderate grain size and specific surface area between Al and F single doping,and holds the advantages of rate performance and capacity retention causing by Al doping and better stability under high temperature constructing by *** exhibits the best capacity retention of 92%after 200 cycles under 55 C,which is higher than that of the pristine sample(87%).Analysis of the electrode after cycling shows that doping reduces the thickness of the electrode interface film and the content of inorganic substances such as LiF to improve the interface characteristics and the high temperature cycling *** work has certain significance for the commercial application of LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4.
