High-density polyethylene(HDPE)pipes have gradually become the first choice for gas networks because of their excellent *** the use of pipes increases,there will unavoidably be a significant amount of waste generated when the pipes cease their operation life,which,if improperly handled,might result in major environmental contamination *** this study,the thermal degradation of polyethylene materials is simulated for different pressures(10,50,100,and 150 MPa)and temperatures(2300,2500,2700,and 2900 K)in the framework of Reactive Force Field(ReaxFF)molecular dynamics *** main gas products,density,energy,and the mean square displacement with temperature and pressure are also *** findings indicate that raising the temperature leads to an increase in the production of gas products,while changing the pressure has an impact on the direction in which the products are generated;the faster the temperature drops,the less dense the air;both temperature and pressure increase impact the system’s energy conversion or distribution mechanism,changing the system’s potential energy as well as its total energy;the rate at which molecules diffuse increases with temperature,and decreases with *** results of this investigation provide a theoretical basis for the development of the pyrolytic treatment of polyethylene waste materials.

The Mechanism and Empirical Testing of the Impact of Cultural and Tourism Integration on Common Prosperity

Achieving common prosperity is the essential requirement of Chinese modernization,and the integration of culture and tourism is of great significance as an important path to narrow the regional gap,and effectively“improve quality”and“increase income”.This study used the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2010 to 2019,and conducted empirical tests by using the panel fixed effects model and the mediation effects *** results indicated that the integration of culture and tourism can significantly promote the realization of common *** integration can promote common prosperity by increasing the income and consumption level of urban and rural residents,the degree of equalization of basic public services and the capacity for sustainable *** analysis shows that there are regional differences in the promotion of common prosperity by cultural and tourism integration,which is particularly obvious in ethnic and non-ethnic ***,in response to the existing problems identified in the above analyses,countermeasure recommendations that align with the actual development are put forward.

Development of a Front End Array for Broadband Phased Array Receiver

The receiver is a signal receiving device placed at the focus of the *** order to improve the observation efficiency,the concept of phased array receiver has been proposed in recent years,which places a small phased array at the focal plane of the reflector,and flexible pattern and beam scanning functions can be achieved through a beamforming *** combined with the element multiplexing,all beams within the entire field of view can be observed simultaneously to achieve continuous sky *** article focuses on the front-end array of phased array receiver at 0.7-1.8 GHz for QiTai Telescope,and designs a Vivaldi antenna array of PCB structure with dual line *** polarization antenna is designed to arrange in a rectangle manner by 11×*** on the simulation results of the focal field,32,18,and eight elements were selected to form one beam at 0.7,1.25,and1.8 *** analog beamforming network was constructed,and the measured gains of axial beam under uniform weighting were 19.32,13.72,and 15.22 *** the beam scanning method of reflector antenna,the pattern test of different position element sets required for PAF beam scanning was carried out under independent *** pattern optimization at 1.25 GHz was carried out by weighting method of conjugate field *** with uniform weighting,the gain,sidelobe level,and main beam direction under conjugate field matching have been *** the above test and simulation results are slightly different,which is related to the passive array and laboratory testing condition,the relevant work has accumulated experience in the development of the front-end array for the phased array receiver,and has good guiding significance for future performance verification after the array is installed on the telescope.

Smart contracts have led to more efficient development in finance and healthcare,but vulnerabilities in contracts pose high risks to their future *** current vulnerability detection methods for contracts are either based on fixed expert rules,which are inefficient,or rely on simplistic deep learning techniques that do not fully leverage contract semantic ***,there is ample room for improvement in terms of detection *** solve these problems,this paper proposes a vulnerability detector based on deep learning techniques,graph representation,and Transformer,called *** method first performs swapping,insertion,and symbolization operations for contract functions,increasing the amount of small sample *** line of code is then treated as a basic semantic element,and information such as control and data relationships is extracted to construct a new representation in the form of a Line Graph(LG),which shows more structural features that differ from the serialized presentation of the ***,the node information and edge information of the graph are jointly learned using an improved Transformer-GP model to extract information globally and locally,and the fused features are used for vulnerability *** effectiveness of the method in reentrancy vulnerability detection is verified in experiments,where the F1 score reaches 95.16%,exceeding stateof-the-art methods.

Quantitative Assessment of the Relative Contributions of Climate and Human Factors to Net Primary Productivity in the Ili River Basin of China and Kazakhstan

It is necessary to quantitatively study the relationship between climate and human factors on net primary productivity(NPP)inorder to understand the driving mechanism of NPP and prevent *** study investigated the spatial and temporal differentiation features of actual net primary productivity(ANPP)in the Ili River Basin,a transboundary river between China and Kazakhstan,as well as the proportional contributions of climate and human causes to ANPP ***,we analyzed the pixel-scale relationship between ANPP and significant climatic *** in the Ili River Basin increased from 2001 to 2020 and was lower in the northeast and higher in the southwest;furthermore,it was distributed in a ring around the Tianshan *** the vegetation improvement zone,human activities were the dominant driving force,whereas in the degraded zone,climate change was the primary major driving *** correlation coefficients of ANPP with precipitation and temperature were 0.322 and 0.098,*** most areas,there was a positive relationship between vegetation change,temperature and *** 2001 to 2020,the basin’s climatic change trend was warm and humid,which promoted vegetation *** of the driving factors in the vegetation improvement area was moderate grazing by livestock.

The Scale of Government-financed Persons in China and the Variables Affecting It： The Experience of the Last Ten Years of Institutional Reform

Government-financed persons （GFPs） form the basis of government administration and the number of the GFPs has a direct bearing on government efficiency and social harmony. Government restructuring since 1998 has effectively curbed inflation in the number of the GFPs, which at present remains at a safe overall level and under control. However, optimizing the structure and functions of GFPs still poses a huge challenge to the central government. The issue of GFPs is by no means an isolated one, but is closely related to government restructuring at a deeper level. In a real sense, the issue of GFPs is a microcosm of China＇s government restructuring and many of the underlying problems in the government system find a concentrated reflection in the question of GFPs. Conversely, many of the real problems in GFPs can only be thoroughly resolved by government restructuring.

A randomized controlled clinical trial: Interruption of intrauterine transmission of hepatitis B virus infection with HBIG

AIM： To evaluate the efficacy of interruption of intrauterine infection of HBV with HBIG in pregnant women with positive HBeAg and ***： A prospective randomized controlled trial was adopted. Sixty cases with positive HBeAg and HBsAg were coincident with the criteria of inclusion, and 8 cases were excluded. Fifty-two cases were analyzed （28 cases in trial group and 24 in control group）. All cases in trial group received 200 IU HBIG intravenously every 4 wk for 3 times from the 28^th wk. The cases of control group received placebo in the same way. All pregnant women were detected for HBeAg and HBV-DNA at the beginning of the trial and end of the trial （delivery）. The cord blood of all newborns were collected for detecting HBeAg and HBV-DNA ***： For investigation of HBeAg of newborns in trial group, 6 of 28 cases of newborns had positive HBeAg, the HBeAg positive rate being 21.4%, the total rate of 95% CI being 8%-41%. In control group, 19 of 24 cases of newborns had positive HBeAg, HBeAg positive rate was 79.2%, the rate of 95%CI being 5%-93%. By statistical analysis, 2= 17.26, P 〈 0.01, RR = 0.27, 95% CI （6.3 × 10^-6, 8.6 × 10^-5）. For investigation of HBV-DNA of newborns in trial group, 7 of 28 cases of newborns had positive HBV-DNA, HBV-DNA positive rate being 25%, the total rate of 95% CI being 11%-45%. In control group, 20 of 24 cases of newborns had positive HBV-DNA, HBV-DNA positive rate was 83.3%, the total rate of 95% CI being 63%-95%. By statistical analysis, X^2 = 17.62, P 〈 0.01, RR = 0.30, 95% CI （1.5 × 10^-5, 1.7× 10^-4）. The results indicated that there was significant difference in HBeAg positive rate and HBV-DNA positive rate of newborns between the two groups. In trial group, 7 of 28 newborns had HBV-DNA positive, but the HBV-DNA load of newborns was lower than that of their mothers. In control group, 20 of 24 newborns still had HBV-DNA positive, and the HBV-DNA load of newborns was close to those of their mothers. Statis

SOX5 Regulates Cell Proliferation, Apoptosis, Migration and Invasion in KSHV-Infected Cells

Kaposi's sarcoma(KS) originates from vascular endothelial cells, with KS-associated herpesvirus(KSHV) as the etiological agent. SRY-box transcription factor 5(SOX5) plays different roles in various types of cancer, although its role in KS remains poorly understood. In this study, we identified the role of SOX5 in KS tissues and KSHV-infected cells and elucidated the molecular mechanism. Thirty-two KS patients were enrolled in this study. Measurement of SOX5 m RNA and protein levels in human KS tissues and adjacent control tissues revealed lower levels in KS tissues, with KS patients having higher SOX5 level in the early stages of the disease compared to the later stages. And SOX5 m RNA and protein was also lower in KSHV-infected cells(iSLK-219 and iSLK-BAC) than normal cells(iSLK-Puro). Additionally, SOX5 overexpression inhibited cell proliferation and promoted apoptosis and decreased KSHV-infected cell migration and invasion. Moreover, we found that SOX5 overexpression suppressed the epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition of KSHV-infected cells. These results suggest SOX5 is a suppressor factor during KS development and a potential target for KS treatment.

Correlation of serum GDF-15 and MIF contents with the malignant behaviors of cancer cells in patients with NSCLC

Objective:To study the correlation of serum GDF-15 and MIF contents with the malignant behaviors of cancer cells in patients with ***: Patients with non-small cell lung cancer who underwent surgical resection in Kashgar Prefecture First People's Hospital in the xinjiang uygur autonomous region between January 2015 and November 2017 were selected as lung cancer group for the research, and healthy volunteers who received physical examination in Kashgar Prefecture First People's Hospital in the xinjiang uygur autonomous region during the same period were selected as the control group. Serum was collected from the lung cancer group before surgery and from the control group during physical examination respectively to determine the contents of GDF-15 and MIF;lung cancer tissue and adjacent tissue were collected from lung cancer group after surgery to determine the expression of tumor suppressor genes, proliferation genes and invasion ***:Serum GDF-15 and MIF contents of lung cancer group were significantly higher than those of control group;TCF21, Bax, GRPC5A and PTEN mRNA expression in lung cancer tissue were significantly lower than those in the adjacent tissue whereas Bcl-2, AQP4, c-myc, CyclinD1, SIRT1, CatL, MMP9, N-cadherin and Vimentin mRNA expression were significantly higher than those in adjacent tissue;serum GDF-15 and MIF contents of patients with lung cancer were negatively correlated with TCF21, Bax, GRPC5A and PTEN mRNA expression, and positively correlated with Bcl-2, AQP4, c-myc, CyclinD1, SIRT1, CatL, MMP9, N-cadherin and Vimentin mRNA expression in lung cancer ***:The abnormal increase of GDF-15 and MIF in patients with NSCLC is closely related to the abnormal proliferation and invasion of cancer cells.

Since the 1980s, there has been rising a new method, that is, detecting hydrocarbon microseepage by using remote sensing technique. This makes it possible to look for the reservoirs directly.
