With the development of fintech, applying artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to the financial field is a general trend. However, there are some inappropriate conditions, for instance, the AI model is always treated as a black box and cannot be interpreted. This paper studies the AI model interpretability when the models are applied in the financial field. We analyze the reasons of black box problem and explore the effective solutions. We propose a new kind of automatic Regtech tool—LIMER, and put forward policy suggestions, thereby continuously promoting the development of fintech to a higher level.

We analyze China Securities Index Co.,Ltd.(CSI)environmental,social and governance(ESG)scoring data,which incorporate Chinese characteristics,to assess the impact of ESG performance on corporate debt financing *** findings indicate that better CSI ESG scores are correlated with lower debt financing ***,improvements in local environmental execution enhance the effect of CSI ESG scores on debt financing ***,this effect diminishes with increased internal control quality and *** has the greatest impact on reducing debt financing costs,followed by social and environmental *** CSI ESG scores reduce corporate debt financing costs by enhancing debt repayment capacity and reducing information *** consequence analysis confirms that lower financing costs,driven by improved ESG performance,significantly enhance total factor productivity and firm *** ESG scores also significantly impact bank loans but not corporate bond financing.

Although a number of studies have been published in the general area on various factors affecting the ecologicalization of urban industrial structure,little work has been carried out for empirical studies quantitatively analyzing the relevance between green finance development and the ecologicalization of urban industrial ***,based on a comprehensive index of green finance development,this research employs panel data of target cities1 for the period 2012–2020 to explore the influence of green finance on the ecologicalization of urban industrial *** empirical results show that green finance development significantly improves the ecologicalization level of urban industrial *** addition,it is found that green finance plays a stronger role in promoting the ecologicalization of industrial structure in economically developed regions than in economically underdeveloped *** research results can provide a valuable policy reference for urban green financial market planning and green product innovation.

Deep Transfer Learning Models for Mobile-Based Ocular Disorder Identification on Retinal Images

The dynamics of opinion formation with two types of individuals over social networks is analyzed in this *** each interaction, individuals pick up one of his neighbors with a probability depending on the neighbor’s closeness and popularity and update their opinion based on the convex combination of the opinion of the interactive individuals. It is found that when the stubborn individuals have the same initial opinion, the whole population will definitely converge to a consensus,otherwise, opinion fluctuation can be be observed if regular individuals can reach at least two stubborn individuals with different opinion. Moreover, in the small world network larger average degree and rewiring probability can accelerate convergence speed to a large extent especially when they are relative small. The results may have some insight on the opinion dynamics in the real world.

The identification problem of systems with logarithmic quantized data is analyzed in this paper. A discrete-time system with an unknown parameter vector and Gaussian noise is considered. The output of the system is quantized by a logarithmic quantizer. The estimator of the unknown parameter vector is obtained using the quantile-based estimation. The convergence almost everywhere of the estimator and the upper bound of the estimation error are also analyzed, respectively.

Green finance,as an important branch of modern finance,has far-reaching significance that is not limited to the financial *** promoting green investment and optimizing resource allocation,green finance plays a crucial role in reducing environmental pollution and carbon *** the same time,it can also promote the quality of economic growth and achieve the harmonious development of economy,society and *** on China's provincial panel data from 2008 to 2022,the direct impact and indirect transmission mechanism of green finance on high-quality economic development are analyzed by constructing a dynamic panel model and a mediation effect *** is found that green finance not only directly promotes the high-quality development of the economy,but also indirectly promotes the sustainable and healthy growth of the economy through the transmission channel of technological *** mediating effect of technological innovation is as high as 78.65%,which shows the close connection between green finance and high-quality economic *** addition,the study also found that the direct promotion effect of green finance on high-quality economic development has significant regional *** results of this study suggest that when formulating relevant policies,it is necessary to fully consider the actual situation of each region and tailor them to the local conditions to ensure the in-depth promotion of green finance and the overall development of the economy.
