The paper deals with the problem of material dispersion using supercritical fluid media. At the same time, emphasis is made on modifications(SAS, GAS, SEDS and ASES) of the supercritical fluid anti-solvent method of dispersion. The results of SAS method implementation for dispersion of pure polycarbonate and polycarbonate doped with "CdSe/CdS-core/shell" quantum dots(carried out in the pressure range of 8.0-25.0 MPa at temperatures of 313.15 K and 358.15 K) are submitted. The range of the operating parameters has been established through the example of pure polycarbonate dispersion, which provides the production of nanoparticles with the size range of 10-100 nm. Encapsulation of Cd Se/Cd S quantum dots into polycarbonate using the SAS method has no effect on optical properties of the encapsulated quantum dots. The results of paracetamol dispersion using the SEDS method are presented. The effect of operating conditions of the paracetamol dispersion process on morphology of the obtained product is described. Co-dispersion of ethylene–vinyl acetate copolymers and low-density polyethylene mixtures by SEDS method has been carried out under pressures of 8.0-25.0 MPa at temperatures of 313 K, 323 K, and 333 K. The comparison of melting and crystallization between the resulting copolymer mixtures and mixtures with the same composition obtained by mixing in the liquid melt, has shown that implementation of SEDS results in an increase of crystallinity degree of the polymer mixtures.

The aim of this study is to determine the genetic variability and differentiation among populations of pedunculate oak(Quercus robur)at the eastern margin of the species distribution *** applied new set of 95 geographically informative nuclear SNP(single nucleotide polymorphism)loci developed using Double Digest Restriction Site Associated DNA(ddRAD),a new generation DNA sequencing *** study area is located in the basins of the Volga River and its two main tributaries,Kama and *** the strong reduction and fragmentation of pedunculate oak forests over the last several centuries and comparatively small sizes of present stands,a relatively similar genetic diversity of seven populations was observed(on average,allelic diversity v_(a)=1.472-1.603,observed heterozygosity H_(O)=0.305-0.358,expected heterozygosity H_(E)=0.272-0.343).The genetic distances between populations vary between 0.102 and 0.170(on average,d_(0)=0.128).We have identified the absence of a spatial genetic structure and the existence of genetically peculiar populations in the territory *** genetic distances of Gregorius between populations vary between 0.102 and 0.170(on average,d_(0)=0.128).Genetic differentiation among populations was statistically significant with a mean of the fixation index FST of *** from the Privolzhye Upplands and from northern parts of the study area make the most contribution to overall inter-population differentiation(d_(0)=0.137).No significant differences exist among the samples at lowlands along the Volga river(d_(0)=0.110).It was concluded that the multiplicity and different ages of local populations and the complexity of migration routes of the pedunculate oak from Pleistocene refugia and secondary Holocene shelters can cause this phenomenon.

This article is devoted to the study of the system of indicators characterizing thevolume, structure and efficiency of the functioning of fixed assets of theproduction and non-production areas of the region based on the index *** factorial index analysis, models of the relationship between the grossregional product, the cost of fixed assets and capital productivity (capitalintensity) of industries producing goods and providing services were obtained,to identify reserves for increasing of the analyzed indicators. The obtainedresults indicate a trend towards significant decrease in capital productivity inthe production sector, which should become the basis for making managerialdecisions at the regional level to attract investment. They can be used in thepractice of macroeconomic analysis and forecasting, for detailing the factors fordetermining the potential of economic sectors, the efficiency of using fixedassets, and attracting investments.

The experimental data on supercritical CO2 extraction of microalgae are presented. It is confirmed that microalgae contains omega-3 fatty acid components. Phase equilibria data are presented for the triolein-methanol (T = 413 K, P = 5.8 - 11.9 MPa) and ethyl eicosapentaenoate-carbon dioxide (T = 313 - 333 K, P = 10 - 21 MPa) binary systems. The scheme of the batch-type experimental setup for supercritical transesterification of oils is presented. Temperature and molar ratio dependences of non-refined palm oil yield to fatty acid methyl esters (FAME) are presented for T = 563 - 693 K, methanol to palm oil molar ratio 39:1. Experiments on ultrasonic emulsification of rapeseed oil-ethanol mixture (molar ratios 150:1 - 7:1) were conducted. Research data on ultrasonic emulsion stability are presented for the time range of 0 - 40 minutes after ultrasonication completion. Correlation is defined between FAME yield of emulsified reaction mixtures and the emulsion grain size. FAME yields are compared for emulsified and non-emulsified reaction mixtures.

BACKGROUND The majority of published data report the results of biomechanical tests of various design pedicle screw *** clinical relevance and relative contribution of screw design to instrumentation stability have been insufficiently *** To estimate the contribution of screw design to rate of pedicle screw loosening in patients with degenerative diseases of the lumbar *** This study is a prospective evaluation of 175 patients with degenerative diseases and instability of the lumbar spine *** underwent spinal instrumentation employing pedicle screws with posterior only or transforaminal interbody ***-up was for 18 *** with signs of pedicle screw loosening on computed tomography were registered;logistic regression analysis was used to identify the factors that influenced the rate of *** Parameters included in the analysis were screw geometry,type of thread,external and internal screw diameter and helical pitch,bone density in Hounsfield units,number of levels fused,instrumentation without anterior support,laminectomy,and unilateral and bilateral total facet joint *** rate of screw loosening decreased with the increment in outer diameter,decrease in core diameter and helical *** rate of screw loosening correlated positively with the number of fused levels and decreasing bone *** facet joint removal significantly favored pedicle screw *** influence of other factors was *** Screw parameters had a significant impact on the loosening rate along with bone quality characteristics,the number of levels fused and the extensiveness of *** significance of the influence of screw parameters was comparable to those of patient-and surgery-related *** screw loosening was influenced by helical pitch,inner and outer diameter,but screw geometry and thread type were insignificant factors.

Results of research of supercritical fluid CO2-impregnation process (the static mode) within a problem of synthesis of the palladium catalyst are given. The kinetics of process is characterized in the pressure range from 15.0 to 35.0 MPa on temperatures 308.15?K, 313.15?K, 318.15?K, 323.15?K, 328.15?K and 333.15?K. Results of surface assessment and activity measurements of the catalyst samples synthesized by supercritical СO2-impregnation of aluminum oxide suggest competitiveness of the discussed approach in comparison to traditional methods.
