Numerous new taxa and classifications of Dothideomycetes have been published following the last monograph of families of Dothideomycetes in 2013.A recent publication by Honsanan et *** 2020 expanded information of families in Dothideo-mycetidae and Pleosporomycetidae with modern *** this paper,we provide a refined updated document on orders and families incertae sedis of *** family is provided with an updated description,notes,including figures to represent the morphology,a list of accepted genera,and economic and ecological *** also provide phylogenetic trees for each *** this study,31 orders which consist 50 families are assigned as orders incertae sedis in Dothideomycetes,and 41 families are treated as families incertae sedis due to lack of molecular or morphological *** new order,Catinellales,and four new families,Catinellaceae,Morenoinaceae Neobuelliellaceae and Thyrinulaceae are *** genera(Neobuelliella,Pseudomicrothyrium,Flagellostrigula,Swinscowia,Macroconstrictolumina,Pseudobogoriella,and Schummia)are *** new species(Acrospermum urticae,Bogoriella complexoluminata,Dothiorella ostryae,Dyfrolomyces distoseptatus,Macroconstrictolumina megalateralis,Patellaria microspora,and Pseu-domicrothyrium thailandicum)are introduced base on morphology and phylogeny,together with two new records/reports and five new collections from different *** new combinations are also provided in this paper.

Trace metal levels of groundwater in Lubumbashi,Kampemba and Kamalondo communes of Lubumbashi city were assessed from October 2016 to February *** hundred forty water samples collected from twenty-two spade-sunk wells and twelve drilled wells in these three communes of Lubumbashi city were analyzed for their metal contents using ICP-SF-MS(Inductively Coupled Plasma-Sector Field Mass Spectrometry).Twenty trace elements including strontium,molybdenum,cadmium,cesium,barium,tungsten,thallium,lead,bismuth,uranium,aluminum,vanadium,chromium,manganese,iron,cobalt,nickel,copper,zinc and arsenic were recorded at varying concentrations in all the water samples and were compared with the WHO(World Health Organization),US EPA(environmental Protection agency)and EU(European Union)drinking water MCLs(Maximum Concentration Limits)for cadmium,barium,thallium,lead,uranium,aluminum,chromium,manganese,iron,nickel,copper,zinc and *** cadmium,lead,aluminum,manganese,iron,nickel,zinc and arsenic levels respectively exceeded the WHO,US EPA and EU drinking water MCLs in 6.66%,3.38%,26.67%,5.02%,30.03%,3.38%,1.64% and 5.02% of the samples with the highest mean levels of 116.89μg/L for cadmium,38.162μg/L for lead,2,712.5μg/L for aluminum,1,242.68μg/L for manganese,17,325.98μg/L for iron,64.647μg/L for nickel,9,900.72μg/L for zinc and 65.458μg/L for *** water pH values ranged from 4.7 to 11.1 with 19.17% of the groundwater samples having mean pH values outside the WHO drinking water pH optimum range values of 6.5-8.5,including 5.02% of the water samples which were acidic(mean pH values ranging from 4.7 to 6.4)and 14.15% which were alkaline(mean pH values ranging from 8.6 to 11.1).With such physicochemical and trace metal contamination status of groundwater in the three communes of Lubumbashi city,there is a high risk to the health of people who use that water to meet their drinking water needs.

Dothideomycetes comprise a highly diverse range of fungi characterized mainly by asci with two wall layers(bitunicate asci)and often with fissitunicate *** species are saprobes,with many asexual states comprising important plant *** are also endophytes,epiphytes,fungicolous,lichenized,or lichenicolous *** occur in terrestrial,freshwater and marine habitats in almost every part of the *** accept 105 families in Dothideomycetes with the new families Anteagloniaceae,Bambusicolaceae,Biatriosporaceae,Lichenoconiaceae,Muyocopronaceae,Paranectriellaceae,Roussoellaceae,Salsugineaceae,Seynesiopeltidaceae and Thyridariaceae introduced in this *** family is provided with a description and notes,including asexual and asexual states,and if more than one genus is included,the type genus is also *** family is provided with at least one figure-plate,usually illustrating the type genus,a list of accepted genera,including asexual genera,and a key to these genera.A phylogenetic tree based on four gene combined analysis add support for 64 of the families and 22 orders,including the novel orders,Dyfrolomycetales,Lichenoconiales,Lichenotheliales,Monoblastiales,Natipusillales,Phaeotrichales and *** paper is expected to provide a working document on Dothideomycetes which can be modified as new data comes to *** is hoped that by illustrating types we provide stimulation and interest so that more work is carried out in this remarkable group of fungi.

Development of Cold-Chain for Postharvest Loss Reduction of Chinese Cabbage(Brassica campestris ***)

Cold-chain is a well-known method for reducing postharvest losses and low-cost cooling technology has not previously been tested as part of postharvest handling in *** objective of this study was to measure postharvest loss,quality changes,and safety concerns of Chinese cabbage(Brassica campestris ***),during transportation using a cold-chain and compared to current farmers’employing ambient-chain *** quality and safety of Chinese cabbage were further evaluated by using ambient storage and Coolbot-powered cold chamber storage with and without modified atmosphere packaging(MAP).The samples were transported from farm sources in Battambang Province to a Phnom Penh specialty wholesale *** loss was evaluated by measuring weight loss and visual quality measurements,in addition to various physiochemical and nutritional quality *** addition,food safety was evaluated by quantifying total coliforms and Enterobacteriaceae,as well as the Salmonella spcies,and Escherichia *** results revealed that the cold-chain avoided postharvest loss,as indicated by produce weight gain of 14%on market arrival due to rehydration while inside the ice box during *** contrast,the traditional practice of ambient transport(28-31°C,62-78%relative humidity)resulted in very high postharvest loss,comprising 11%weight loss and 10%visual quality loss,for a total loss of 21%.Moreover,leaf yellowing found no marked influence on shelf life as L*,a*and b*values did not greatly differ with *** total soluble solids(TSS),titratable acidity(TA),pH and vitamin C content were not significantly affected during *** safety indicators(coliforms,Enterobacteriaceae,Salmonella and Escherichia coli)were lower in cold-chain storage than ambient-chain with lower counts of coliform bacteria,Enterobacteriaceae,and Salmonella *** traditionally handled *** coli was detected only in cold-chain *** had no effec

Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)often co-occurs with substance use(SU)and/or substance use disorder(SUD).Individuals with concurrent ADHD and SU/SUD can have complex presentations that may complicate diagnosis and *** can be further complicated by the context in which services are ***,when working with young people and adults with co-existing ADHD and SU/SUD,there is uncertainty among healthcare practitioners on how best to meet their *** February 2022,the United Kingdom ADHD Partnership hosted a meeting attended by multidisciplinary experts to address these *** presentations providing attendees with an overview of the literature,group discussions were held synthesizing research evidence and clinical *** included:(1)A review of substances and reasons for use/misuse;(2)identification,assessment and treatment of illicit SU/SUD in young people and adults with ADHD presenting in community services;and(3)identification,assessment and treatment of ADHD in adults presenting in SU/SUD community and inpatient *** highlighted inter-service barriers and fragmentation of *** was concluded that a multimodal and multi-agency approach is *** consensus group generated a table of practice recommendations providing guidance on:identification and assessment;pharmacological and psychological treatment;and multi-agency interventions.

本文通过调查黄龙风景区水体的环境地质特征与微生物群落结构及多样性,并与黄石公园对比分析,探讨了两种特殊地理环境下的微生物群落结构和多样性及其对钙华沉积的影响。结果表明:黄龙沟泉水属于地下冷泉,且景区内覆盖着大量植被,水体中有大量藻类和细菌;黄石公园猛犸象温泉区泉水属于地下热泉,植被覆盖率很低,泉水中微生物多为嗜热菌,藻类较少。黄龙与黄石钙华主要由方解石组成并且微生物参与了钙华的形成过程。微生物对钙华沉积的作用,主要分为模板作用、产物诱导作用和代谢调控作用,对比探讨了特殊地质环境下的微生物对钙华沉积的贡献,指出微生物沉积作用在钙华沉积过程中的重要性,可为黄龙钙华"黑化"防治提供理论依据。

云南地处印度板块、欧亚板块-中国大陆碰撞带东缘,地壳运动剧烈,主要受到印度板块NE向挤压与川滇菱形块体SSE滑移的联合作用。在构造上,云南地区可以划分为滇缅泰板块、印支板块、扬子板块、华南板块等4个一级构造单元和腾冲块体、保山块体、兰坪-思茅弧后盆地、盐源-丽江陆缘坳陷、滇中坳陷、康滇古隆起、滇东坳褶等7个二级构造单元。滇西区域构造包含缅泰板块、印支板块、扬子板块3个一级构造单元和腾冲块体、保山块体、兰坪-思茅弧后盆地、盐源-丽江陆缘坳陷、滇中坳陷等5个二级构造单元,深大断裂发育,是云南地震活跃区域之一,对该区域应力场进行研究,有助于深入认识其地壳动力学特征及强震孕育成因。

From April to July 2018,a data sample at the peak energy of the T(4 S) resonance was collected with the Belle Ⅱ detector at the SuperKEKB electron-positron *** is the first data sample of the Belle Ⅱ *** Bhabha and digamma events,we measure the integrated luminosity of the data sample to be(496.3±0.3±3.0) pb-1,where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second is *** work provides a basis for future luminosity measurements at Belle Ⅱ.
