The growing importance of the service economy during the last 40 years has raised the need for new tools for designing and managing services. As a result, several authors have developed service classification systems, in order to better understand the nature of service operations and provide methods and tools to improve service efficiency and quality. This paper exploits the work resulting from service classification systems and identifies the principal attributes to be considered in service management. The tool introduced for this purpose is the Service Attribute-Process Matrix （SAPM）, which uses selected results from existing service classification schemes to investigate the importance of the significant service attributes to major processes of the service life cycle.

A freshwater dinoflagellate was identified as Durinskia baltica(Levander) Carty & Cox by morphological characteristics,with the plate formula:Po,x,4,2a,6,5c,4s,5,*** was a newly recorded dinoflagellate genus for China with two anterior intercalary plates and six characteristic precingular *** sequences of the small and large subunit ribosomal DNA and internal transcribed spacer sequences for the dinoflagellate cells were obtained from field *** phylogenetic results indicated Durinskia species could cluster into a monophyletic group,which were distinct from Peridinium *** to morphological and molecular evidence,it was agreed that the genus Durinskia was separated from the genus Peridinium,which could be a polyphyletic *** addition,*** was an infrequent diatom-harboring dinoflagellate which was known to possess an endosymbiotic diatom or diatom-like *** phylogenetic analyses indicated that *** had a close affinity with Peridiniopsis penardii and ***,common freshwater bloom-forming species in China.

Study of daily solar Irradiance forecast based on chaos optimization neural networks

In this works, artificial neural network is com-bined with wavelet analysis for the forecast of solar irradiance. This method is characteristic of the preprocessing of sample data using wavelet transformation for the forecast, i.e., the data se-quence of solar irradiance as the sample is first mapped into several time-frequency domains, and then a chaos optimization neural network is established for each domain. The forecasted so-lar irradiance is exactly the algebraic sum of all the forecasted components obtained by the re-spective networks, which correspond respec-tively the time-frequency domains. On the basis of combination of chaos optimization neural network and wavelet analysis, a model is devel-oped for more accurate forecasts of solar irradi-ance. An example of the forecast of daily solar irradiance is presented in the paper, the historical daily records of solar irradiance in Shanghai constituting the data sample. Pugionium(Brassicaceae)is a small genus that occurs in central Asian *** interspecific delimitation and taxonomic treatments of this genus are disputed and its phylogenetic origin remains unknown. In the present study,we examined these issues based on morphological and molecular data obtained for the first *** used statistical methods to examine inter-and intraspecific morphological *** results suggest that only two species,namely *** and ***,can be warranted for all examined populations and specimens,whereas three species(***,***,and ***)should be incorporated into P. *** delimitation was further supported by the molecular data:all populations of ***,P. calcaratum,***,and *** shared the same internal transcribed spacer genotype,whereas those from *** had another *** analyses of Pugionium and representative genera of Brassicaceae based on ndhF sequences suggest that this genus is sister to the genus Megacarpaea,which,together,comprise a well-supported lineage with Farsetia,Lobularia,Iberis,and Ionopsidium,whereas the two other genera that were previously suggested to be closely related to this genus(Isatis and Bunias)were placed in the other *** further discuss the origin of Pugionium and suggest that it probably originated in central Asia when the climate became drier from the late Miocene.

In this study,we aimed to study the phylogeographic pattern of Juniperus sabina,a shrub species commonly occurring in the northern,northwestern and western China. We sequenced three chloroplast DNA fragments (trnL-trnF,trnS-trnG,and trnD-trnT) for 137 individuals from 16 populations of this species. Five chloroplast DNA chlorotypes (A,B,C,D,and E) were identified and they showed no overlapping distribution. The population subdivision is very high (GST=0.926,NST=0.980),suggesting a distinct phylogeographic structure (NST>GST,P<0.05). Phylogenetic analyses of the five chlorotypes were clustered into three clades,consistent with their respective distributions in three separate regions:northern Xinjiang,western Xinjiang,and northern-northwestern China. However,within each region,the interpopulation differentiation is extremely low. These results as well as statistical tests suggested distinct allopatric differentiations between regional populations and independent glacial refugia for postglacial recolonization. The deserts that developed during the late Quaternary might have acted as effective barriers to promote genetic differentiation among these regions. However,the low diversity dominated by the single chlorotype within each fragmented region suggested that all current populations were derived from a common regional range expansion.

The title complex [Cu(L)2] (HL=4-salicylideneamino-3,5-dimethanol-1,2,4-triazole) was synthesized by the reaction of Cu(CH3COO)22H2O with 4-salicylideneamino-3,5-dimethanol- 1,2,4-triazole in the methanol. The single-crystal X-ray study reveals that the compound crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 11.746(5), b = 8.145(3), c = 12.786(5) ? b = 106.64(1), V = 1172(1) ?, Z = 2, Dc = 1.581 g/cm3, m = 0.989 mm-1, F(000) = 574, C22H22Cu- N8O6, Mr = 558.02, T = 293(2) K, R = 0.0394 and Rw = 0.0835 for 2376 observed reflections with I > 2s(I). The complex comprises a four-coordinated copper(II) center, with an N2O2 planar coordi- nation environment. The molecules are connected by hydrogen bonds to form one-dimensional chains which are further linked to form a two-dimensional plane.
