For the transient response problem of an automobile bumper generated by pulse knocking conditions,subjective evaluation,response signal testing and statistical analysis are conducted to obtain the evaluation threshold of the shock response characteristics of the bumper.A finite element model of the bumper system is established and its accuracy is verified by modal *** multi-body dynamics model of bumper is established,and the response characteristics under different shock waveforms and different pulse durations are analyzed by simulating the pulse knocking *** effects of the standard deviation of the load excitation,boundary frequency and energy index on the quality of the frequency response function are analyzed,and a composite pulse waveformn with a predominantly initial-peak sawtooth waveform under hand knocking conditions is obtained by virtual load iterative waveform fitting method,which improves the accuracy of the simulation and provides a new guiding direction for the evaluation of the subjective and objective dynamic response characteristics and structural design of the automotive bumper.

This paper studies the correlation between driver fatigue state detection and dangerous driving *** fatigue measurement method adopts the gold standard of the industry,namely EEG fatigue detection *** driver's original EEG signal was preprocessed,the EEG signal artifacts were removed,four typical EEG rhythm waves were constructed by wavelet packet decomposition and reconstruction algorithm,and the frequency band energy ratio was calculated to judge the fatigue *** at the dangerous driving behavior induced by fatigue,the data of steering wheel Angle,vehicle acceleration and speed collected synchronously were processed and analyzed by sample entropy *** on Pearson correlation coefficient,the co3 rrelation between EEG frequency band energy ratio and dangerous driving behavior index was *** is found that the steering wheel Angle control is most susceptible to the influence of fatigue and fluctuates dangerous driving behavior,and the correlation between the sample entropy of steering wheel Angle of dangerous driving behavior and driver fatigue state is the strongest.

Utilizing the theory of ultrasonic acoustic elasticity,a field-test method for evaluating the tightening characteristics of wheel bolts was *** designing specific testing items,the axial force degradation pattern during wheel bolt tightening was discerned,and the impact of various dynamic driving conditions on axial force degradation was *** such as test part temperature and environmental temperature on the results were *** these insights,an equivalent axial force calculation formula tailored for field-testing of wheel bolt tightening was derived.A streamlined segmented operating condition testing approach was devised,and its axial force measurement consistency was verified against the traditional *** evaluating axial force alterations across different road conditions for average users,a comparative relationship between the wheel bolt tightening field-test and routine road conditions was *** results indicated that the segmented wheel bolt tightening force field-test,using the ultrasonic method,is compliant with standard assessment criteria.

Multi-Objective Optimization for Structure Crashworthiness Based on Kriging Surrogate Model and Simulated Annealing Algorithm

Multi-objective optimization of crashworthiness in automobile front-end structure was performed,and finite element model(FEM)was validated by experimental results to ensure that FEM can predict the response value with sufficient *** design variables and four crashworthiness indicators were *** orthogonal design method,18 FEMs were established,and the response values of crashworthiness indicators were *** using the variable-response specimen matrix,Kriging surrogate model(KSM)was constructed to replace FEM to refect the function correlation between variables and *** accuracy of KSM was also ***,the simulated annealing optimization algorithm was implemented in KSM to seek optimal and reliable *** on the optimal results and comparison analysis,the 9096-th iteration point was the optimal *** the intrusion of firewall and the mass of optimal structure increased slightly,the vehicle acceleration of the optimal solution decreased by 6.9%,which fectively reduced the risk of occupant injury.

Study on Key Joining Technology and Test Method of Steel/Al Hybrid Structure Body-in-White

Green and low carbon promote the application and development of light-weight materials in body-in-white. Large-scale die-casting Al alloy (DCAA) and high-strength thermo-formed steel sheet (TFSS) have put forward higher requirements for the application of joining technology of high-strength steel/Al dissimilar materials. Taking the new die-casting Al alloy body as an example, this paper systematically studies the progress of the latest joining methods of steel/Al dissimilar material with combination of two-layer plate and three-layer plate. By analyzing the joining technologies such as FSPR, RES, FDS and SPR, the technology and process characteristics of steel/Al dissimilar material joining are studied, and the joining technical feasibility and realization means of different material combination of the body are analyzed. The conditions of material combination, material thickness, material strength, flange height, preformed holes and joint spacing for achieving high-quality joining are given. The FSPR joining technology is developed and tested in order to meet with the joining of parts with DCAA and TFSS, especially for the joining of three-layer plates with them. It finds the method and technical basis for the realization of high quality joining of dissimilar materials, provides the early conditions for the application of large DCAA and TFSS parts in body-in-white, and meets the design requirements of new energy body. .

To investigate the impact of the pore-forming agent on the performance of polymer membranes,four AlO/PVDF-HFP separators with different pore-forming agents,n-butanol,deionized water,ethanol and isopropanol are prepared by adding AlO as the *** wettability,morphology,mechanism strength,and electrochemical properties of above membranes are *** show that the membrane prepared with n-butanol as the pore-forming agent has the best property,with electrolyte uptake rate of 420%,ion transference number of 0.90,tensile strength of 14.93 MPa,conductivity of 0.50mS/cm,electrochemical stability of 5.2V,and discharging specific capacity of 108mAh/g at 4C with a LiFePO hall-cell.
