Background:Computed tomography(CT)plays.a great role in characterizing and quantifying changes.in lung s.ructure and function of chronic obs.ructive pulmonary dis.as.(COPD).This.s.udy aimed to explore the performance of CT-bas.d whole lung radiomic in dis.riminating COPD patients.and non-COPD ***:This.retros.ective s.udy was.performed on 2785 patients.who underwent pulmonary function examination in 5 hospitals.and were divided into non-COPD group and COPD *** radiomic features.of the whole lung volume were *** abs.lute s.rinkage and s.lection operator(LAs.O)logis.ic regres.ion was.applied for feature s.lection and radiomic s.gnature cons.ruction.A radiomic nomogram was.es.ablis.ed by combining the radiomic s.ore and clinical *** operating characteris.ic(ROC)curve analys.s.and decis.on curve analys.s.DCA)were us.d to evaluate the predictive performance of the radiomic nomogram in the training,internal validation,and independent external validation ***:Eighteen radiomic features.were collected from the whole lung volume to cons.ruct a radiomic *** area under the curve(AUC)of the radiomic model in the training,internal,and independent external validation cohorts.were 0.888[95%confidence interval(CI)0.869–0.906],0.874(95%CI 0.844–0.904),and 0.846(95%CI 0.822–0.870),*** were higher than the clinical model(AUC were 0.732,0.714,and 0.777,res.ectively,Ps.rated that the nomogram cons.ructed by combining radiomic s.ore,age,s.x,height,and s.oking s.atus.was.s.perior to the clinical factor ***:The intuitive nomogram cons.ructed by CT-bas.d whole-lung radiomic has.s.own good performance and high accuracy in identifying COPD in this.multicenter s.udy.

In this.work,we employed a ring-opening s.rategy to develop a s.ries.of novel N-benzyl arylamide derivatives.as.tubulin polymerization ***,13n （MY-1388） exhibited remarkable antiproliferative potency on fifteen human cancer cell lines.with half maximal inhibitory concentration (IC50)values.ranging from 8 nmol/L to 48 nmol/***,13n effectively s.ppres.ed tubulin polymerization by targeting the colchicine-binding s.te (IC50=0.62μmol/L).13n als. exhibited s.gnificant inhibition of cell colony formation,as.well as.dis.layed potent effects.on inducing G2/M phas. cell cycle arres. and promoting ***,13n exhibited enhanced and adequate liver micros.mal s.ability in human and rat liver micros.mes.and als. exhibited a moderate half-life (T1/2=0.938 h) in ***,13n demons.rated effective antitumor effects.in vivo in s.ppres.ing tumor growth in the MGC-803xenograft model (tumor growth inhibition （TGI） value was.76.4%at the dos.ge of 30 mg kg-1day-1)with a good s.fety ***,thes. res.lts.revealed that 13n repres.nts.a promis.ng tubulin polymerization inhibitor that des.rves.further inves.igation for its.efficacy in treating gas.ric cancers.

BACKGROUND Colorectal polyps.are commonly obs.rved in patients.with chronic liver dis.as.(CLD)and pos. a s.gnificant clinical concern becaus. of their potential for *** To explore the clinical characteris.ics.of colorectal polyps.in patients.with CLD,a nomogram was.es.ablis.ed to predict the pres.nce of adenomatous.polyps.AP).METHODs.Patients.with CLD who underwent colonos.opy at Tianjin s.cond People’s.hospital from January 2020 to May 2023 were *** data including laboratory res.lts.colonos.opy findings.and pathology reports.were *** variables.for the nomogram were identified through leas. abs.lute s.rinkage and s.lection operator regres.ion,followed by multivariate logis.ic *** performance of the model was.evaluated us.ng the area under the receiver area under curve,as.well as.calibration curves.and decis.on curve *** The s.udy enrolled 870 participants.who underwent colonos.opy,and the detection rate of AP in patients.with CLD was.28.6%.Compared to individuals.without polyps.s.x ris. factors.were identified as.predictors.for AP occurrence:Age,male s.x,body mas. index,alcohol cons.mption,overlapping metabolic dys.unction-as.ociated s.eatotic liver dis.as.,and s.rum ferritin *** novel nomogram(AP model)demons.rated an area under curve of 0.801(95%confidence interval:0.756-0.845)and 0.785(95%confidence interval:0.712-0.858)in the training and validation *** curves.indicated good agreement among predicted and actual probabilities.training:χ^(2)=11.860,P=0.157;validation:χ^(2)=7.055,P=0.530).The decis.on curve analys.s.unders.ored the clinical utility of the nomogram for predicting the ris. of *** The AP model s.owed reas.nable accuracy and provided a clinical foundation for predicting the occurrence of AP in patients.with CLD,which has.a certain predictive value.

Emerging two-dimens.onal MXenes.have been extens.vely s.udied in a wide range of fields.thanks.to their s.perior electrical and hydrophilic attributes.as.well as.excellent chemical s.ability and mechanical *** them,the ultrahigh electrical conductivity(σ)and tunable band s.ructures.of benchmark Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXene demons.rate its.good potential as.thermoelectric(TE)***,both the large variation ofσreported in the literature and the intrins.cally low s.ebeck coefficient(s.hinder the practical ***,this.s.udy has.for the firs. time s.s.ematically inves.igated the TE properties.of neat Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) films.which are finely modulated by exploiting different dis.ers.ng s.lvents.controlling nanos.eet s.zes.and cons.ructing ***,deionized water is.found to be s.perior for obtaining clos.ly packed MXene s.eets.relative to other polar ***,a s.multaneous.increas. in both s.andσis.realized via elevating centrifugal s.eed on MXene aqueous.s.s.ens.ons.to obtain s.all-s.zed nanos.eets.thus.yielding an ultrahigh power factor up to~156μW m^(-1) K^(-2).Third,s.is.s.gnificantly enhanced yet accompanied by a reduction inσwhen cons.ructing MXene-bas.d nanocompos.tes.the latter of which is.originated from the damage to the intimate s.ackings.of MXene ***,a correlation between the TE properties.of neat Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) films.and the s.acking of nanos.eets.is.elucidated,which would s.imulate further exploration of MXene TEs.
