Statistical Analytical Study of the Impact of Consumer Awareness Among the Students of the faculty of business Administration at the University of Kuwait in Consumer Protection and Its Relationship to Some Economic and Social Characteristics

This paper mainly examines the cultivation objective and teaching practice of application-oriented talents under the financial management undergraduate program. It is concluded that a cultivation objective focusing on application ability shall be established according to the social development. In addition, cultivation development objectives, knowledge system, curriculum framework and practical teaching steps shall be determined based on the employment demands so as to carry out teaching practices.

Kuwaiti youth is an importam element in the field of development in the Kuwaiti society, especially in the field of self- consciousness and social consciousness incident. As always said, that young Gulf inherently consumerist element of first degree because of abundant liquidity and reasonable level of income compared to others of non - Gulf societies. Therefore, this research aims to study and analyze the impact of consumer awareness among the students of the faculty of business Administration in consumer protection in terms of the current role and hoped to guide consumption and its relationship to some economic and social characteristics of the consumers. In particular it has been studying the impact of some of the qualifications for heads of Kuwaiti families, their total monthly income and their place of residency inhabited by the expressive factors of consumer awareness in college students as well as their impact on the degree of preference for quality of consumer goods in being a low-price, median-price or expensive-price. In addition, it has been studying the relationship of these social variables noted with the role of government and consumer protection associations through what they are doing to develop laws and policies directed to develop and educate consumers. To achieve these goals, a special questionnaire has been prepared especially for this purpose has been met from a random sample of students from the University of Kuwait. I have been using the appropriate statistical analysis to study these goals. Thus, some of the appropriate suggestions and recommendations are obtained to achieve the objectives of this research.

The general purpose of this study is to formulate a portrait of the issue of online lectures on accounting students of the faculty of Economics and business during the covid-19 pandemic at the Muhammadiyah University of North *** research was conducted at the faculty of Economics and *** type of research is survey *** research sample is Grade 6/B Accounting Student of the faculty of Economics and business at the Muhammadiyah University of North *** collection using interviews and question ***,data analysis is used *** *** results showed,The media used by lecturers is very helpful to students in the learning process,related to the learning materials students agree each lecturer provides material following RPS,For every lecturer who conveys the material turns out that students do not understand what has been conveyed,even though students are given regular assignments,some lecturers are less respect for students who have impaired connections or networks,And this online lecture system makes students very complain about data *** are more respect to face-to-face learning,and it turns out that the online lecture system has not been implemented to the maximum.

This paper investigates the free vibration and transient response of interconnected structures including double curved beams and intermediate straight beams,which are all constructed from functionally graded porous(FGP) materials. The strain potential and kinetic energies of each beam along with the work done by the external force are calculated. Additionally, a higher-order beam element is introduced to derive stiffness and mass matrices, along with the force vector. The curved and straight beams are discretized, and their assembled stiffness, mass matrices, and force vectors, are *** conditions at the joints are used to derive the total matrices of the entire structure. Subsequently, the natural frequencies and transient response of the system are determined. The accuracy of the mathematical model and the self-developed computer program is validated through the comparison of the obtained results with those of the existing literature and commercial software ANSYS, demonstrating excellent ***, a comprehensive study is conducted to investigate the effects of various parameters on the free vibration and transient response of the considered structure.

The role of copper element has been an increasingly relevant topic in recent years in the fields of human and animal health, for both the study of new drugs and innovative food and feed supplements. This metal plays an important role in the central nervous system, where it is associated with glutamatergic signaling, and it is widely involved in inflammatory processes. Thus, diseases involving copper(Ⅱ) dyshomeostasis often have neurological symptoms, as exemplified by Alzheimer's and other diseases(such as Parkinson's and Wilson's diseases). Moreover, imbalanced copper ion concentrations have also been associated with diabetes and certain types of cancer, including glioma. In this paper, we propose a comprehensive overview of recent results that show the importance of these metal ions in several pathologies, mainly Alzheimer's disease, through the lens of the development and use of copper chelators as research compounds and potential therapeutics if included in multi-target hybrid drugs. Seeing how copper homeostasis is important for the well-being of animals as well as humans, we shortly describe the state of the art regarding the effects of copper and its chelators in agriculture, livestock rearing, and aquaculture, as ingredients for the formulation of feed supplements as well as to prevent the effects of pollution on animal productions.

The outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted the development of the global *** most developing and third world countries are heavily dependent on agriculture and agricultural imports,the agricultural supply chains(ASC)in all these countries are exposed to unprecedented risks following ***,it is vital to investigate the impact of risks and create resilient ASC *** this study,critical risks associated with ASC were assessed using a novel Analytical Hierarchy Process based on spherical fuzzy sets(SF-AHP).The findings indicated that depending on the scope and scale of the organization,supply risks,demand risks,financial risks,logistics and infrastructure risks,management and operational risks,policy and regulatory risks,and biological and environmental risks all have a significant impact on *** research highlighted that the most significant criterion is specified as Transportation(TP),followed by Market(MA)and Policy(PO),***,Technology(TL)is the least significant *** study’s findings can help managers with a holistic view of the agriculture supply chain risk ***,this study may assist managers in sharing information about the processing of agricultural products from top to bottom to manage risk in the supply chain.

This study aims to assess and rank the service quality of the healthcare system utilizing a Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchical Process(Fuzzy AHP)andGreyRelationalAnalysis(Fuzzy GRA)*** this study,the six primary characteristics of healthcare service quality,comprising Tangibles(A),Healthcare Staff(B),Responsiveness(C),Relationships(D),Support Service(E),and Accessibility(F),are examined through a case study of 20 private and public hospitals in Hanoi,*** weighting results of Fuzzy AHP technique indicated that Responsiveness(C)has the highest ranking,followed by Relationships(D)and Healthcare Staff(B).Meanwhile,Tangibility has finally comprised the next priority for increasing satisfaction with the service quality in the healthcare ***,the highest service quality rankings are top 5 private hospitals via the Fuzzy GRA ***,this proposed approach may be applied to a complex decision-making process,which often makes sense with subjective data or imprecise information.

The aviation industry is one of the most competitive markets. Themost common approach for airline service providers is to improve passengersatisfaction. Passenger satisfaction in the aviation industry occurs whenpassengers’ expectations are met during flights. Airline service quality iscritical in attracting new passengers and retaining existing ones. It is crucialto identify passengers’ pain points and enhance their satisfaction with theservices offered. The airlines used a variety of techniques to improve servicequality. They used data analysis approaches to analyze the passenger pointdata. These solutions have focused simply on surveys;consequently, deeplearningapproaches have received insufficient attention. In this study, deepneural networks with the adaptive moment estimation Adam optimizationalgorithm were applied to enhance classification performance. In previousstudies, the quality of the dataset has been ignored. The proposed approachwas applied to the airline passenger satisfaction dataset from the Kagglerepository. It was validated by applying artificial neural networks (ANNs),random forests, and support vector machine techniques to the same dataset. Itwas compared with other research papers that used the same dataset and had asimilar problem. The experimental results showed that the proposed approachoutperformed previous studies. It has achieved an accuracy of 99.3%.
