With the rapid integration of distributed energy resources(DERs),distribution utilities are faced with new and unprecedented *** challenges introduced by high penetra-tion of DERs range from poor observability to overload and reverse power flow problems,under-/over-voltages,maloperation of legacy protection systems,and requirements for new planning *** utility personnel are not adequately trained,and legacy control centers are not properly equipped to cope with these ***,distribution energy resource management systems(DERMSs)are emerging software technologies aimed to provide distribution system operators(DSOs)with a specialized set of tools to enable them to overcome the issues caused by DERs and to maximize the benefits of the presence of high penetration of these novel ***,as DERMS technology is still emerging,its definition is vague and can refer to very different levels of software hierarchies,spanning from decentralized virtual power plants to DER aggregators and fully centralized enterprise systems(called utility DERMS).Although they are all frequently simply called DERIMS,these software technologies have different sets of tools and aim to provide different services to different *** paper explores how these different software technologies can complement each other,and how they can provide significant benefits to DSOs in enabling them to successfully manage evolving distribution networks with high penetration of DERs when they are integrated together into the control centers of distribution utilities.

BACKGROUND： The well-known functions of bile acids（BAs） are the emulsification and absorption of lipophilic xenobiotics. However, the emerging evidences in the past decade showed that BAs act as signaling molecules that not only autoregulate their own metabolism and enterohepatic recirculation, but also as important regulators of integrative metabolism by activating nuclear and membrane-bound G protein-coupled receptors. The present review was to get insight into the role of maintenance of BA homeostasis and BA signaling pathways in development and management of hepatobiliary and intestinal *** SOURCES： Detailed and comprehensive search of PubM ed and Scopus databases was carried out for original and review ***： Disturbances in BA homeostasis contribute to the development of several hepatobiliary and intestinal disorders, such as non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, liver cirrhosis, cholesterol gallstone disease, intestinal diseases and both hepatocellular and colorectal ***： Further efforts made in order to advance the understanding of sophisticated BA signaling network may be promising in developing novel therapeutic strategies related not only to hepatobiliary and gastrointestinal but also systemic diseases.

Genetic differentiation in functional traits among wild cherry (Prunus avium L.) half-sib lines

Understanding intra-specific variation in leaf functional traits is one of the key requirements for the evaluation of species adaptive capacity to ongoing climate change, as well as for designing long-term breeding and conservation strategies. Hence, data of 19 functional traits describing plant physiology, antioxidant properties, anatomy and morphology were determined on 1-year-old seedlings of wild cherry (Prunus avium L.) half-sib lines. The variability within and among half-sib lines, as well as the estimation of multi-trait association, were examined using analysis of variance (ANOVA) followed by Tukey's honestly significant difference test and multivariate analyses: principal component analysis (PCA), canonical discriminant analysis (CDA) and stepwise discriminant analysis (SDA). Pearson’s correlation coefficient was used to evaluate linear correlation between the study parameters. The results of the ANOVA showed the presence of statistically significant differences (P < 0.01) among half-sib lines for all study traits. The differences within half-sib lines, observed through the contribution of the examined sources of variation to the total variance (%), had higher impact on total variation in the majority of the examined traits. Pearson’s correlation analysis and PCA showed strong relationships between gas exchange in plants and leaf size and stomatal density, as well as between leaf biomass accumulation, intercellular CO_(2) concentration and parameters related to antioxidant capacity of plants. Likewise, the results of SDA indicate that transpiration and stomatal conductance contributed to the largest extent, to the discrimination of the wild cherry half-sib lines. In addition, PCA and CDA showed separation of the wild cherry half-sib lines along the first principal component and first canonical variable with regards to humidity of their original sites. The aim of this paper is to evaluate a newly developed one dimensional unsteady flow,sediment transport and bed evolution model for a looped river network through a long term simulation of a reallife *** model was assessed by verifying it for the Danube,Tisa,and Sava rivers in Serbia for a five year time *** total length of the modeled domain was 741.94 km from which 486.48 km is the length of the modeled Danube River reach,132.50 km the modeled section of the Sava and 122.96 km the length of the modeled Tisa River *** simulated domain included smaller tributaries such as the Kolubara,Mlava,Nera,Pek,Porecka,Tamis,and Great Morava *** to the size of the domain that was included in the model,the work also includes extensive research regarding the available measurements,issues with measurement errors,and suggestions on overcoming incomplete measurements by developing different types of *** attained results were analyzed by comparing the simulation results with measured water levels,discharges,and suspended sediment *** implemented evaluation of the results confirmed the developed model's reliability.

An insight into chemical composition,nutritional value and potential health risk of increasingly popular bilberry and black chokeberry commercial juices was provided,based on HPLC-UV(anthocyanins and non-anthocyanin phenolics;patulin;hydroxymethylfurfural),AAS(minerals)and ICP-MS(trace elements)***(in bilberry)and cyanidin glycosides(in bilberry and chokeberry)were the most abundantly present anthocyanins,chlorogenic acid dominated among non-anthocyanin polyphenols,while mineral composition revealed high K and desirable low Na content.A glass of blueberry/black chockeberry juice(200 mL)per day could provide up to 63.5/27.0 mg of anthocyanins,147.2/314.0 mg of polyphenols,almost 50%of Mg(the only mineral satisfying the requirement for a nutritional claim)and,in case of chokeberry,20%of Mn adequate *** health risk was observed related to any of the investigated *** indications of a possible benefitial role for health,observed compositional variations precluded positioning of berry juices as functional *** labelling could help specialist in nutrition and functional foods as well as health-conscious consumers seeking foods with reliable quantity of dietary valuable phytochemicals and *** characterised food has been one of the prerequisites for the approval of a health claim,along with sufficiently defined and substantiated claimed effect.

Objective:To examine the effect of Rumex crispus(***)and Rumex sanguineus(***)plant extracts against isolates of Acinetobacter baumannii(***)from wounds,including multidrug-resistant ***:Six prepared Rumex extracts were subjected to liquid chromatography-tandem mass *** activity of extracts and pure compounds(catechin,quercetin,isoquercitrin,emodin,and gallic acid)was examined by a microtiter plate method,while for determination of compound binary combinations activity a checkerboard method was *** fractions of extracts were detected by agar-overlay high-performance thinlayer chromatography-bioautography assay followed by liquid chromatography-diode array detection-mass spectrometry ***:A total of 28 compounds were detected in two extracts of *** and 26 compounds in four different *** extracts,with catechin as a dominant *** activity was confirmed for all six *** and *** extracts at the concentration range from 1 to 4 mg/*** examined single compounds nor their binary combinations exhibited an *** activity(MIC>256μg/mL).The bioautography showed that fractions with the most prominent *** activity tended to contain more polar compounds,predominantly flavonol(quercetin and kaempherol)glycosides;but also fractions containing flavanone(eriodictyol)glycosides and anthraquinone(emodin)glycosides;and less polar eriodictyol ***:The results justify and elucidate the traditional application of *** and *** extracts for wound healing,indicating the necessity for their further examination in combat against multidrug-resistant *** isolates from wounds.
